He was buying a woman's clothes but there was no ring on his finger so I decided it was best to not assume. Assumptions could kill you except if you are Mary the mother of Christ that is.

I lost interest in shopping since my mind wasn't there and there was no fun in it anymore because something more tantalizing to look out was standing right beside me. I picked up a leather skirt I sighted immediately I entered the boutique. He was going to the counter so I had to too.

I practically rushed there not wanting to miss him. The receptionist was flirting with him but he didn't seem to notice. Good boy I like that. But the problem was he didn't seem to notice me too. Bad boy.

I dropped the leather skirt on the desk and waited for her to package it. I didn't know I had forgotten my ATM in the car till she stretched out her hands for her money or any form of payment that is any card on me which I accidentally forgot, not on purpose, I actually did forget it.

It must have fallen off when I was looking for my lipstick. I was so embarrassed to check my bag afterwards and find that my ATM was in fact not with me.

"I will leave this here. Let me go get my ATM." I was almost rushing out after that statement when a hand held mine stopping me on my tracks. "I'll pay don't worry." He said to me. I turned around and looked up at him literally looked up at him and gosh I almost fainted. My heart was beating so fast in my c.h.e.s.t and my knees were getting weak.

"Thanks." That was all I could manage to get out of my shaking lips. I heard Nigerian girls didn't refuse such offers.

The receptionist had a frown on her face through out the time she was packaging my clothes and then she shoved it to me rudely. She was lucky I was trying to be meek or she would have had a taste of my tongue. She's stupid to not realize who I am. The heck I could have her fired and sent to Costa Rica where ever that place was, with just a single call. But I had to play nice. Sucks to be me.

"You can give me your number. I'll send the money back to you." I said as we both walked out. It wasn't necessary the skirt was a meager 7 thousand but I needed to keep up a conversation with him or start one whatever the case maybe because he sure as hell didn't look like he was going to say anything.
