Love's Got a Hold of My Heart

After we exchanged our text my eyes caught up one of the message sent by my couch friend. He texted me this morning, letting me know that about their first game. I almost had forgotten about it.

My daughter went home with my mother after her classes. They will go to the mall to buy her new dress for her classmate's birthday tomorrow. So, I decided to watch the game since in a few minutes I will be off.

I reached the gym with loud voices I heard the game already started few minutes ago.  I find my own seat not far from the coach and his players. I got seated to the upper area in a few rows. 

I already foresee the winner and it is our school their scores were way too far than the other team. The number 9 kid was done an excellent job playing. 

It never failed my judgment our school won and the number 9 kid has a big potential. I stood up ready to go home when my caught on Macy.

I raised my brows wondering what she was doing in here. She said she was out with her parents. I walked down towards to approach her when a young boy embraced her. I stopped my tracks and it was the kid in Jersey number 9. I heard him called her Mommy and my heart suddenly stopped after hearing him... What's going on?

I got confused that I could not step forward to them. I saw them left their seats and walked to the exit door. I followed my eyes on them and kept my distance not to know that I was watching them. They headed to the parking area and saw them get inside the car then drove away. 

I stepped in my car and took a deep breath before decided to head home. My mind still in some kind of twirl about what I witness. That was Macy's son?

As soon as I reached home, saw my little princess watching in the living room with my parents. "Hello Daddy!" she jumped out from the couch and hugged me.

I carried her up into my arms and kissed her. "How was your shopping with granny baby?"

"Granny bought me pretty dress for tomorrow Daddy and it is my favourite colour." She said excitedly.

"That's nice my little princess. I know you will look pretty wearing it on." I said and put her down. "Okay, go back to what you were watching and Daddy will take a shower. Love you"

"Okay, Daddy, love you too." She replied as she sat back beside my mother.

I went straight to my room I need to take a shower a cold shower because I still not in my right mind to think what I saw.

I striped off my clothes and tossed it to my laundry basket. When I was inside the bathroom I turned on the shower into a cold one.

It bothered me what I saw. What's going on? How come?
