Love's Got a Hold of My Heart

I sent her home with a happy heart. What just happened a while ago. What unexpectedly that we are an officially couple. A real couple that I can call her my girlfriend not just dating thing I am glad she never rejected me. I got nervous back then about her reply.

I want to know more about her son and spend more time both our kids together like a family. My daughter loves her and I am sure her son will be okay with it. I went to bed with contentment in my heart. 

I woke up the next day for work. I send my daughter to school and goes to the hospital for my clinic schedule. I gave her a text more often than the usual, because she is now my girlfriend. 

Shane: Hey, beautiful! 

Macy: Hello, handsome! 

Shane: Miss me? coz I miss you

Macy: Nope, I don't. ????

She replied teasing me.

Shane: ???? Are you sure? I can see that you are lying, love? ????????

Macy:Hahaha... I miss you too my love ????

Shane: Now, I have the energy to work my butt since you called me my love too ????

Macy: Me too, I am happy to call you that because I know now that I can call you mine. ????

Shane: You were the second person I dated seriously after my wife. Macy, do not doubt me for what we have because I am not playing with you. You know that right. 

I know what she means because I have known as womanizer in high school. I never dated, seriously me just hooking up with a woman nothing serious.

We just met recently not too long to going out and had fun together of course, she had doubts. I am really serious with her. My, the one that got away before and I do not want to have now. I make it right this time.

Shane: of course, I know what you mean by that my love, but this with you I will prove that I am not kidding.

Macy: Okay. I believe you and get back your ass to work. ???? You patients need you to focus. ????

Shane: Got it my love. Let's back to work. Text you later!????

Macy: ????

I placed my phone inside my pocket and do my duty as a physician. I will text her later at lunch after my roving with my patients.
