Love's Got a Hold of My Heart

Since that night, we started hang out we make it a habit to sneak out every now and then after we put our kids to bed. 

I still haven't meet his son and I do not want to pressure her on something she is not ready yet. It has been too long since my wife died that I enjoyed someone with me. Well, she was my secret crush when we were in high school that I could not court her because of our age back then.

I know two years is not that old but she was underage and I could not do that to her and she is my sister's best friend. Shay will not like it if I court her that time. She knew how I treated girls and I think if we became an item that time maybe it will end up not in good terms. 

In all honesty, I wanted to make it right this time. I wanted to properly date her not just sneaking around at night.

It has been very long when I do dating well, just my wife. I decided to call her and ask if she say yes for a date I hope she will.

I was still in the school clinic because it's my schedule. "Come on pick up baby, pick up." I murmured while waiting for her to answer. I was alone in my office and no one's around no one's here for treatment. I have been thinking or planning for weeks to date her properly.

"Hey, sorry my phone was in a little volume I did not hear right away." She explained. "What's up?"

"It's okay at least you answered. Are you free tonight?" I asked sounding a little panicked of what will be her answer.

"Yes, I am free. What's on your mind?" she spoken.

"I will take you on a proper date not just in the Mountainview but cozy restaurant with something like that. Then after we can drop by our favourite spot Mountainview." I declared.  "What do you thinking?

"Sounds great I love the idea, okay pick me up around 8 o'clock. Are you okay with that or earlier than 8?" she inquired.

"Eight it is. See you tonight love. Bye."

"Bye!" she responded and I heard the end of the tone.

I smiled when I heard her answer. 'Yes' we are going to have a proper date.
