Chapter 24: drunk

  Chapter 24 Drunkard

  Alyssa's house.

A Dodge is parked on the side of the road.

Luke got out of the car and warned David, "If you still dare to kick the door without a search warrant, you will die."

David said disapprovingly, "comeon, don't be so serious. I also see the situation. It doesn't happen every time. In that kind of community where bad people gather, there will be no problem doing that. It can't be more normal."

There is no fence in the yard of Alisa's house. The left side is the garage, and the right side is the lawn, which is fairly neatly trimmed.

Luke waved his hand, "Stand back, I'll call the door."

"We are partners, we should have more trust."

"Then you should behave well and win my trust." Luke walked to the door of Alisa's house, knocked on the door, "Boom..."

  No response from the room.

"Boom..." Luke knocked harder a few more times.

"Which **** is knocking on the door, you will die when I get out!" A grumpy voice came from the room.

"Crackling..." The door opened, and a man in his thirties stood at the door with a red face and messy hair, "Who are you looking for?"

Luke smelled a strong smell of alcohol, and looking at the other party's state, he probably wasn't fully awake yet, "Alyssa."

"There is no such person here, you can get out." After the man finished speaking, he was about to close the door.

Luke put his foot against the door and flashed his police badge, "lapd, if Alyssa is not here, then we have something to talk about."

When the man saw the police badge, he woke up a little drunk, and his tone softened, "What do you want to do?"

   "Where is Alisa?"

"I don't know, maybe ran off with some rich bastard, who knows."

"When was the last time you saw her?"

"Why are you asking this? What happened to Alisa?"

"Now I'm asking you, answer well."

"It seems to be Friday... Yes, it was Friday afternoon. She said she would go to her parents' house, but she never came back."

   "Have you looked for her?"

"No, she sent a text message saying that the two of us are finished and told me not to go to him."

"May I have your name?"

   "Steven Moore."

   "What conflicts do you have?"

"It's just some household chores... You policemen even take care of household chores? No, why don't you wear police uniforms?"

"We are not patrolmen, but agents of the Robbery and Murder Division."

"Robbery and Murder Division! What are you doing here?"

"We are investigating a robbery. Alisa may be the target of the robbers. We want to confirm her safety."

   "Are you serious?"

"Haven't you ever doubted the authenticity of the text message? Never thought that your wife was kidnapped and the suspect used her mobile phone to send text messages?"

"I bought it, I bought it..."

Steven touched his forehead with his hand, with a look of self-blame on his face, "Alyssa's cell phone has been disconnected, I thought she didn't answer my call on purpose, and thought she was going to leave me...

nonono, nothing will happen to her, absolutely not! "

Luke is most afraid of encountering a drunk when investigating a case, just like the current situation.

"Steven, calm down. We are here to find Alisa. If you want to find her as soon as possible, you must assist the police in the investigation."

"OK, what should I do?" Steven stepped aside, "Please come in, please come in and say."

Luke entered the house, the room was in a mess, the coffee table was full of leftover food, and there was no place to sit on the sofa.

"We must first determine whether Alisa ran away from home or encountered danger. If it is the former, it is a problem between your husband and wife. If it is the latter, the police will do their best to rescue her.

You are her husband, you know her better.

Where do you think she would be if she hadn't been kidnapped? "

Steven said without hesitation, "Her parents' house."

   "Have you looked for it?"

   "No."

   "Ever called?"

   "No."

"Since you know that Alisa may be at your parents' house, why don't you call and ask?"

"I don't have a good relationship with her parents. If Alyssa wants to leave me, they will definitely support her. I even suspect that they are instigating it. There is absolutely such a possibility."

"Do you have any other ways to contact Alisa?"

   "No."

   "You can't find Alisa either?"

"You can contact Alisa's parents, she is probably at her parents' house."

"You don't need to remind, we will." Luke got up, ready to leave.

   "Oh, are you leaving now?"

Luke stopped, "When you sober up, remember to go to the Robbery and Murder Division to take notes."

"Although I have been drinking, I am clear-headed now, and I can help you find Alisa right now."

"OK, how do you want to find it?"

"I..." Steven opened his mouth, not knowing what to say.

"Don't let me see you again until I sober up." Luke left the house after saying a word.

David followed behind and spat, "I really want to beat this bastard."

  …

   Police Detective Agency.

As soon as Luke and David walked to the door of the office, they saw Captain Susan leaving in a hurry.

   "Where did the captain go?"

The deputy team combed his thinning silver hair and said, "I was called away by the chief, probably related to the Taser robbery.

Have you found any clues about Alisa? "

Luke took a cup of coffee, moistened his throat, "Alyssa wasn't at home, we saw his husband, and that guy didn't know anything, thinking his wife ran off with a rich man."

The deputy said, "Generally speaking, the husband is the number one suspect in cases where the wife disappears. Why don't you bring him back to the bureau for questioning?"

"The guy was drinking, drunk, you want to give a record to a drunk?"

"No." The deputy team shook his head, "However, I have seen some people involved in the case deliberately get drunk in order to avoid taking notes, as long as you go to him, they are all drunk.

Keep an eye out, this guy might have a problem in my experience. "

   "Yes, captain."

Vincent corrected, "It's the deputy team. Kid, don't try to flatter me, I don't like that."

Luke smiled, and looked at Raymond, "Inspector Raymond, can you locate Alisa's mobile phone signal?"

Raymond said with a serious face, "I went to the technical department and asked them to locate Alisa's mobile phone and card, but they all failed. It is currently out of contact."

Luke asked, "Any news from Alisa's parents?"

Jenny replied, "I notified Alisa's parents. They also don't know Alisa's whereabouts. After learning that Alisa may be missing, they seem very anxious and are asking relatives and friends about Alisa's whereabouts."

The deputy team concluded, "Alisa lost contact with her mobile phone, resigned, and cut off contact with her family. In addition, the time of disappearance was Friday night, and the physical characteristics similar to other victims...

Judging from the above circumstances, Luke's guess may be right, and she is most likely the third victim of the Taser gun robbery.

In addition, judging from the content of the text message, the suspect has a certain understanding of Alisa, and may be an acquaintance..."

"boom!"

Before the deputy team could finish speaking, the door of the office was slammed open.
