"You're already promised to be married to my best friend's daughter." Senior Mr. Li strictly informed his son, Ethan Li. Ethan, who aloofly sat on his chair, clenched his fist until they turned white. His eyes turned cold as he gaze at the man before him.

"Who is she?" He grumbles.

Mr. Li smirked. "Oh, I'm pretty sure you know her." He said in a taunting tone.

Ethan raised his eyebrow in confusion.

"Who?"

"The CEO of the White Phoenix Empire, Lillie Bai."

"Mr Li, I expect that you've been filled of the matter you're about to face?" A beautiful yet cold and emotionless woman spoke in monotone.

"As the matter of fact, Mrs Li, yes I've been informed of this 'wonderful' news." Ethan Li said, nonchalantly sipping his wine. Lillie Bai bluntly blinked, as if she's not affected by his words.

"Your manners, Mr Li. We are not married yet, so call me with formality." She insisted.

Ethan raised his eyebrow. "Oh? Calling you Mrs Li is not formal for you?"

"On the contrary, it sounds foul in my ears." She bluntly rebuked.

"Well, I hope you get used to it, Mrs Li, for everyone will be calling you that for the rest of your life."
