My mom was teasing me and I was really embarrassed.

To run out of that situation I thought we all should go to my room and hang out there. So I planned to play cards and we then proceeded towards my room.

As we were going to my room, Richy was coming towards the living room so we told him the plan and took him with us.

My room was all messy, but still, I said find somewhere to sit.

Richy replied, " Do you want us to sit onto your books?"

Ria and Ana were smiling,

Ria then said, " He was like that from childhood,

Let me help you to clean your room."

I made others wait for few minutes to arrange my books and Ria was helping me, I kept my books on the table and said,

" Now there's enough space for a platoon to sit here,

So take your seats. "

I said that in a taunting way.

I then took the cards from the shelf and started shuffling the deck but then Richy said,

" Wait, before playing tell me one thing.

Is this really your room?

(pause)

Because when I was changing clothes, I found some girly clothes onto the chair at the corner. "

( Pause)

He then said,

" Don't tell me that you have a hidden personality, and if that's really the case then I am leaving now," he said all that while making a really nasty face.

I immediately understood that those clothes must be of Ria when she changed in my room. But then I was afraid if I told them that then the situation would be really awkward.

I was quiet for a bit but then I said,

" Oh, those clothes,

Those are of....."

Suddenly Ria interfered by saying,

"Actually I thought this was Ana's room so I changed my clothes here.

Those are my clothes. "

She said that so casually that Richy and Ana went silent.

They didn't ask any more question and situation started getting more cumbersome.

To relax the situation I said,

" Let's start playing, why are we wasting time. "

I then started reshuffling cards and distributed it, after a few minutes situation looked normal.

We were playing cards, and it was fun at the beginning but after few rounds of the game we were feeling bored so I thought to change the game, everyone agreed and we all started discussing what to play next.

But then Ria suggested, Let's play Truth and Dare, we are all 18 and it will be fun to play truth and dare.

We don't need any props for playing that, a bottle is enough.

There was already a plastic bottle in my room so we just sat on the carpet in a circular fashion and started our game.

I had a feeling that today many beans were going to spill with this game.

We rotated the bottle and the tip of the bottle stopped at Richy.

I was very excited so I asked

" So the first question is

Do you have a girlfriend,

because I always see you with a girl sometimes at the cafe or at school canteen"

Ria also said, " I also watched you a few times with some girl at the cafe.

Tell me I really want to know, was she your girlfriend. "

He started laughing.

And then he said,

" So you guys also mistook her for my girlfriend.

She was just my fellow colleague and I have no such feelings in my heart for her.

We were just discussing drama club,

Recently I had a feeling to join some kind of social group so I filled the form for the drama club. "

I didn't really believe his answer but then I thought he actually talks very casually with girls so he might be saying the truth.

Then suddenly Ana said,

" Let's start the second round, he gave his answer so why are we waiting ."

She was very excited to play this game, I guess it was her first time playing with friends at a stayover.

We then rotated the bottle and now the bottle stopped in front of Ria,

I could see that she was nervous, but excited at the same time.

Richy said,

" Now it's my turn to give the truth or dare.

So tell me when are you going to find a boyfriend for yourself.

You are already in college and you don't have a boyfriend, it will tough for you to bear this college life.

Also, Kevin will not be there for you every time. "

He sounded the same as the day when we were going to college together.

After hearing that Ria got huffy, she said,

" You know what,

You cannot ask questions like that to a girl.

I am pretty cool by myself.

Also, Kevin will be there for me to help me with college, so don't worry about us ."

She said that angrily and turned her face away.

I started laughing after hearing her answer, and that made her even madder. She started pouting like a toddler.

She said, " Kevin, Now you are also making fun of me."

Ana was also smiling but she started relieving Ria by saying,

" They were just joking.

Don't take them seriously."

I then said, " Let's start another round" and by saying that I rotated the bottle.

And looked like I owned the luck of a devil,

I rotated the bottle and it stopped in front of me.

Richy was very excited with that and he said,

" I'll give you a dare,

Since you are very bad at dealing with girls and someday or the other you will have to confess your love.

Why don't you practice that?

I want you to propose to Ana in front of us.

Since Ria is your childhood friend it will be easy for you to propose Ria, so I want you to propose Ana. "

I understood his trick, he knew that I had a crush on her but still he put me under a situation like this to pull my leg.

But then I thought it could be a nice chance to practice in front of her. If I controlled my nervousness now, I could fearlessly propose her later.

Ana was feeling shy, but she didn't refuse.

She was ready and everything was set, I stood up and ask Ana to stand up.

I bent onto my knees and was just about to propose her,

I could see that she was getting red.

As I was about to propose her suddenly the door opened and Sally came.

I immediately stood up and started acting like I was searching for something on the floor.

Sally said, " Bro Kevin, mom is calling everyone for dinner pls come down. "

She then ran out of the room while giggling.

Ana then ran out of the room saying, we should go now dinner is ready.

I was really embarrassed at that time.
