Katherine slowly opened her eyes but furrowed her forehead when the room is an unfamiliar place for her.

"Finally, you're awake. I thought it will take 24 hours before you open your eyes." Katherine heard a familiar tone of voice and when she realized who it was, she was alarmed and tried to dash away from the person who spoke but to her disappoitment, pain surrounded her body. When she looked at herself, she rolled her eyes seeing that her hands and feet were chained by a silver metal. Her wrist are beginning to redden and if she move further, it will cause wound.

"You might be wandering why and how did you got here. Well, thanks to the witches because you were the most cooperative person a while ago. Getting you was just a piece of cake." Travis said. "What do you want?" Katherine asked. "Hhhmmm, I need you..." Katherine felt goosebumps throughout her body from the way Travis is looking at her. "But my brother needed you the most." Travis continued. "He'll come for you. Let's just wait for his arrival. For the meantime, enjoy the moment before he takes you from here." Travis said. He stood up and reached for the door. "By the way, be a good girl. Someone might get hurt if you try something foolish." Travis said smirking.

When Travis went out, Katherine tried to escape from the chain but she heard a scream. "Celeste!?" She shouted.

The door opened and she saw the smiling Travis again. "Tsk...tsk...tsk... I told you to be a good girl." He said and approached the television set. When he turned on the TV, Katherine clenched her fist. Celeste was tied with a rope, beside her was a man and she saw he wiped his mouth with blood. When she looked at Celeste's neck, it has two small holes. "Everytime you try to escape, my man will bite her neck and sip a small amount of blood. You don't want her blood to be emptied by him from her body, right?" Travis said while tracing her face with his bare hands. "Let her go." Katherine said making Travis laughed. "So you could escape?" Travis asked moving behind her. "I promise I won't escape, just let her go." Katherine felt goosebumps again when she felt Travis sniffing her scent. "That won't do, Milady. Until my brother returns, both of you will stay here. It will be the safest thing to do for all of us. I know you're too strong to handle. It's better to be safe than sorry." Travis said. "By the way, your mate can't find this place so don't waste your power contacting them." Travis said then, he went out again.

At Serafino's house...

After training hard, Drake and the rest separated ways to clean themselves and change clothes for dinner. Drake directly went to his room and after doing his stuffs, he hurriedly went to Katherine's room. He furrowed his forehead when no one is lying on bed. He went towards the washroom to check if Katherine is taking a shower but, he found no one again. "Katherine..." He tried to mind link his mate but he got no response.

"Have you seen Katherine?" Drake mind linked everyone. "No." Everyone answered at once. Drake's face was filled with worries. "She's not here in her room." After mind linking everyone, each one of them appeared infront of Drake.

"You said she was sleeping here." Amber said. Dawn went inside to check again but she found nothing too. "Where did she go?" Thana asked. "Everyone look for her and return here if you find nothing. We'll start looking for her outside the area." Drake ordered and everyone vanished into thin air.

"Drake!" Serafino mind linked the man and in an instant, he appeared infront of Serafino. "Celeste is missing." Serafino said making Drake messed his hair. "Katherine's ..." Drake doesn't know what to say. "Elder!" One of the guards shouted. "We've traced Celeste's scent through the help of Hunter but we lost the scent right after the falls." The guard reported.

One by one, Athan and the rest appeared infront of them. "Have you found her?" Drake said. "Who were you looking for?" Serafino asked. "Katherine...she's missing too." Serafino closed his eyes and calmed himself. "In my own house? How did they do it?" Serafino asked with his hands closed tightly. "Drake, bring back my granddaughter safe and sound. And punish the one who invade my territory." Serafino said and Drake nodded.

Drake gave each and everyone a nod and led the group but before they could vanished, Gregory spoke.

"I know where he took her." Gregory said. "Who took her?" Drake said with his gritted teeth. "It might be Luther but my hunch is telling me that's it's Travis." Gregory answered. "Where?" Athan asked. "Just follow me but I'm warning you, there would be black witches in there so be careful. They will try to poison your minds so focus. Don't let them rule your sanity. Think first before you act." Everyone nodded.

"Let's go!" Drake shouted and everyone disappeared.

"Vladamir!" Serafino called his assistant. "Yes, Milord." Vladamir said. "You know what to do." Serafino said. "As you wish, Milord, but I'm warning you, don't ever leave the place. I don't want to die early." Vladamir said making Serafino smiled. "Yes, I won't but promised me too, bring all of them back here in one piece." Serafino said and Vladamir nodded.

"Boys!" Vladamir shouted and one by one, Cassius, Rodolfo, and Silas appeared infront of him. "It's time. Let's rock and roll!" Vladamir said. "Finally!" The three spoke at once then, vanished into thin air.
