"Cover me, I need to get the kids away from here." Katherine said. "Okay!" They all said at once. "Alright kids, listen to me. I want all of you to hold each other hands." Katherine said and the kids followed. "Now, close your eyes and do not let go of the hands of the person beside you." Katherine said and the kids nodded. "At the count of three...one...two...three..." Katherine said and they disappeared infront of everyone. Trevor stood up hastily when he saw what happened. Drake smirked seeing Trevor's face.

"Uncle Lazarus!? Cassius!?" The two men hurriedly went out when they heard Katherine's voice. "Woah! How did you..." Lazarus asked with a puzzled face seeing the kids infront of him. "Please take good care of them." Katherine said then vanished. "How did she...?" Lazarus asked making Cassius shrugged his shoulders.

"Are we having a staring game here?" Athan asked and move forward. The men infront of him stepped back making him smirked. "Why don't you do the first move and we'll be the one to finish this game." Alaric said. "My hands are itching, where are we going to start?" Blade said rubbing his hands. "I'm beginning to get bored. Why don't we start right now?" Kieran said and gave a jab on the man infront of him sending him on the floor.

"Patience...patience...patience." Trevor said. "I want to wait for your beloved princess so she can see how will her friends die in my own hands." Drake cursed when he saw a gun and he's certain that it contains silver bullets. Everyone stepped back when they saw Trevor raised the gun. "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. Catch a tiger by the toe. If he hollers, let him go. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe." Trevor said pointing the gun simultaneously and he stopped. Amber's eyes went wide and before everyone could do a thing to save Amber, Trevor pulled the trigger. Amber closed her eyes and wait for her death.

"NO ONE, NO ONE IS GOING TO HARM ANYONE!!!" Katherine's voice echoed throughout the place. "YOU WILL PAY FOR ABDUCTING THE KIDS AND HUNTER!!!" Trevor stepped back when he saw Katherine is walking towards him."YOU WILL PAY FOR TRYING TO HURT MY FRIENDS!!! Katherine continued. "YOU!!! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE THE CHANCE TO HURT THEM AGAIN!!!" No one is moving. Not only Katherine's angry voice made them stiffened but also, her appearance. Trevor pointed the gun to Katherine but before he could pull the trigger again, she was already infront of him.

"YOUR LIFE IS NOT ENOUGH. REMEMBER THIS, EVEN ON YOUR NEXT LIFE, I WILL FIND YOU AND KILL YOU...AGAIN!!!" Before Trevor could avoid his death, Katherine pulled his heart and crushed it just like the bullet that will hit Amber a while ago. Everyone gasped seeing what Katherine did. Her friends were in shock, it is the second time Katherine killed someone and that's because of her anger. They want to rejoice because they won on Trevor's game but they knew Katherine will not be okay after this just like when she killed the woman who tried to bite Drake. Eventhough, she's not telling it to them. Killing still bothers Katherine. She doesn't want any bloodshed but because anger is eating her up, she can't avoid it.

"No! No! Not again!" And that's what they are worrying about. Katherine looked at her hands filled with blood. Drake hurriedly approached and hugged her. "I killed him, I killed him." Katherine said crying. "Baby, calm down, please calm down." Drake said stroking her back. Drake signalled his friends to bring the rest of the Sanguinarians outside. "It's not your fault. You only wanted to protect the kids, Hunter, and Amber." Drake said. "But it's not right to kill him." Katherine said while sobbing. "If you did not kill him, it will be you and I don't want to think about it because I swear, I will do the same. I will hunt him forever." Drake said. "I also killed vampires, not only one but many of them. We didn't kill them just for fun. We kill because we are protecting the people we loved. You are protecting us and he didn't leave you any choice." Drake continued. "I will find Luther. I will find him and end everything." Katherine said with firmness in her tone. "We will find him." Drake said and embraced Katherine tightly.

"Calm down, it's not the right time yet. Trevor sacrificed his life for us. We will seek vengeance for him. Let's go!" Luther mind link his clan. Travis closed his fist tightly and followed his brother.

The rest of the Sanguinarians led by Trevor were held captives just like Gregory's clan but they can't be called prisoners because they were having the same priveleges others were getting like food, shelter, and clothing. They are free to roam around the area but they should behave properly according to the rules of the Banpiroa clan. Guards are also everywhere so one wrong move and they will meet their punishment.

"How are you?" Katherine asked her grandfather. They were sitting at the veranda looking at the sunset sipping blood in a bag. "I'm fighting." Serafino said making Katheriine smile. "How about you?" Serafino asked. "I'm okay." Serafino knew that she's really not.

After a long silence, Katherine spoke. "After my first kill, I promised myself not to do it again...but I failed." Katherine sighed deeply. "Killing him is not your fault. You're protecting your people against him. He tried to harm your people and your responsibility as the future queen is to secure their safety." Serafino said. "But he belonged to my people." Katherine said. "Yes and you protected him from doing more dangers for us and for himself." Serafino said. Their conversation was interrupted when Gregory mind link Katherine.

"Do you have time? I need to talk to you." Gregory said. "Okay, I'll come to you." Katherine replied. She deeply sighed. "What's the problem?" Serafino asked. "Gregory wanted to talk to me and I don't know what will I say about his brother." Katherine said. "I guess he already knew what really happened. He will understand. You said he's different from them." Serafino said. "I'll talk to him." Katherine said and Serafino nodded.

Katherine was surprised seeing Drake is standing outside. "Ready?" He asked making Katherine furrowed her forehead. "Gregory..." Drake said. "You're coming?" Katherine asked. "Yeah, he also asked me." Drake said. "Really?" Katherine asked not believing her mate. Drake smiled. "Let's go." Drake said then holds her hand and together they walked going to Gregory.
