Now Jin Chanzi has experienced several lives, and the curtain of Journey to the West has been opened. The rest depends on when the backhand he left behind will explode.

Thinking of this, Hongyun raised his hand and a divine light burst out, falling into Jin Chanzi's sea of ​​consciousness, temporarily suppressing the resentment against Buddhism in his soul.

As a result, no one can detect the deep resentment towards Buddhism in Jin Chanzi's soul.

In this way, when they find Jin Chanzi, they will let him complete his journey to the west.

Five hundred years later, Guanyin Bodhisattva followed the Tathagata's decree, brought five treasures including the brocade cassock, and came to the Eastern Land of the Tang Dynasty with the Hui'an practitioner.

By the Tang Dynasty, Buddhism had already been introduced to the East and was booming.

The Two Sacred Hearts of the West knew that the time had come, so they sent Guanshiyin and his disciples to the Eastern Tang Dynasty to look for the people who went to the Western Heaven to obtain the Tripitaka Sutra.

Although they knew in their hearts that this person was Jin Chanzi who was knocked down to the mortal world by the two saints, they still needed to do something to save their face.

The two masters and apprentices rode the clouds in mid-air and came to the sky above Chang'an, the capital of the Tang Dynasty.

This was already the thirteenth year of Zhenguan.

On this day, Li Shimin, Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty, ordered the eminent monk Chen Xuanzang to set up an altar in Huasheng Temple to preach Buddhism. Guanyin and Hui'anxingren became wandering monks, holding cassocks and other treasures to the gate of the palace, asking to see Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty and offering him treasures. .

At this time, Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty was more fond of Buddhist scriptures. After hearing that someone was offering treasures, he immediately called them to the temple and asked how much the treasures cost in total.

Avalokitesvara laughed and said, "This treasure of mine is not valuable. It is given to someone who is destined to go to Tathagata Buddha to find the Tripitaka Sutra."

When Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty heard this, he wondered: "What is this Tripitaka Sutra?"

Avalokitesvara smiled and said: "The practices here are all Hinayana Buddhism, which can only save oneself but not others. The Tripitaka Sutra is Mahayana Buddhism, which shows the Tathagata."

After saying that, he changed into his original appearance with Hui'an Walker and left on the clouds.

When Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty saw that the wandering monk turned out to be Guanyin Bodhisattva, he quickly led all the civil and military officials of the dynasty to pay homage to heaven and respectfully sent the Bodhisattva off.

After Avalokitesvara left, Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty was thinking about who should be the candidate for Buddhist scriptures. Today, in the Tang Dynasty, the only person in the Tang Dynasty who was highly skilled in Buddhism and could travel long distances was Chen Xuanzang.

Moreover, Chen Xuanzang was quite famous in the Tang Dynasty, and he was indeed the best candidate to learn from it.

Thinking of this, Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty was very happy. In addition, this matter was something Guanyin Bodhisattva personally told him. In order to show his respect, he and Chen Xuanzang became brothers with different surnames.

Chen Xuanzang also became the imperial younger brother of the Tang Dynasty.

After the two became brothers with different surnames, Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty asked him to go to the West to obtain the Tripitaka Sutra. He also gave him the protective cassock and other treasures given by Guanyin Bodhisattva, and changed his name to "Tang Tripitaka". ".

After Tang Sanzang received several treasures given by Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty, he first completed the water and land ceremony.

After a few days, we were ready to leave.

On the day Tang Sanzang set out, Tang Taizong led all the civil and military officials to the outside of Chang'an City, and assigned him a white horse and two servants to watch Tang Sanzang leave Chang'an City.

After Tang Sanzang and his two servants left Chang'an City, they hurried for two days before arriving at the first place to stay, which was Famen Temple.

Naturally, the monks in the temple also heard about Tang Sanzang's journey to the West to obtain scriptures under the orders of Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty, and they immediately came out to greet Tang Sanzang and his entourage.

In the evening, the monks sat together and discussed the difficult and dangerous journey to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures.

The abbot of Fahua Temple even asked directly: "It is extremely difficult and dangerous to go to the Western Heavens. Master Sanzang has this in mind."

Tang Sanzang pointed to his heart and said: "As long as you have firm faith, any danger is nothing!"

As soon as these words came out, the monks of Fahua Temple praised him repeatedly.

Early the next morning, after Tang Sanzang and the others had breakfast, they said goodbye to the monks of Fahua Temple, and then continued walking west on horseback.

Within a few days, they arrived at Hezhou, the border of the Tang Dynasty. After the general soldiers at the town heard the news that Tang Sanzang had arrived, they cooperated with the local monks to take Tang Sanzang and his party to Fuyuan Temple to rest.

Before dawn the next day, Tang Sanzang called his two servants up, and the three of them hurried on by moonlight.

It is a long way to go to the West, and they must seize all the time to make the journey, so that they can return to the Tang Dynasty as early as possible.

Use Mahayana Buddhism to save the world.

The three of them walked for more than ten miles under the moonlight, and then they encountered a mountain. The mountain was in front of everyone and there was no way to go around it.

The three of them looked at each other, and they all saw the helplessness in each other's eyes.

Immediately, Tang Sanzang's heart changed, and he started to go up the mountain with two servants, preparing to cross the mountain in front of him and continue on his way.

However, the road on the mountain is undulating and overgrown with weeds, making it very difficult to walk.

Tang Sanzang's two servants had no choice but to walk in front, pulling weeds as they moved forward. However, even as they did so, the three of them moved at an unusually slow speed.

I don't know how long it took, but the three of them suddenly felt that their feet were empty, and the three of them fell into the pit together with their horses.

There was simply loose soil under the deep pit, so the three of them were not injured.

However, when something unexpected happened, the three of them inevitably panicked and tried to climb out of the pit.

But just when the three of them were panicking, they suddenly heard a burst of chaotic footsteps, followed by a sharp cry: "Grab it! Gratch it!"

After the shouts, a gust of wind appeared. When the three of them looked up again, they saw a group of monsters appearing on the edge of the pit.

The green-faced man with sharp fangs scared the three of them into unconsciousness.
