"It's nice that I get to spend time with you today." I said.

"Thank you for brining me here. It's been a while since I've been to the beach." Tzuyu replied.

We were in Busan right now and were enjoying the beach. Although it was a little bit cold, it was still relaxing. We spent the entire morning driving here and it was almost lunch time. Both Tzuyu and I really love spending time with each other. Even if we don't talk to each other that much, each other's presence was enough for us. So we just sat there on the sand under an umbrella watching the sea while she's leaning on my shoulder.

"No problem. Why don't we grab a bite to eat? I heard there's a nearby restaurant that serves mean kimbap." I offered.

She lifted her head up to face me. Her face lit up as she nodded profusely. I immediately leaned in to give her a peck on the lips which made her blush. It was the cutest thing ever.

She then pinched me. "Ya. You shouldn't be doing that."

I chuckled. "You're worried that someone might see?"

She turn to check the area before she nodded at me.

I smiled at her. "Let them find out. I don't mind. Everybody knows I'm dating you anyway and I'm proud of it."

"Ya! Tzuyu-ya! I'm coming for you!" I chased after her which made her squeal and giggle. It was really the cutest thing ever.

"What is with you and Kimbap?" I asked Tzuyu as I leaned on both of my hands while watching her eat.

She shrugged. "They're the closest thing to Taiwanese food I guess."

Her response made me chuckle. "Did I tell you how cute you are?"

She responded in a stoic face. "Every time. You never seem to stop actually."

I leaned back on my chair as I picked up my chopsticks. "What did I ever do to deserve someone as amazing as you?"

"You stalked me at every gathering that we had, and you never seize grabbing my attention every time." She said before holding her hair and sipping on some noodles.

"Hey! I did NOT stalk you." I defended.

"Well, whatever. I was already attracted to you even before we met." She casually said in between her chewing.

My jaw dropped at the sudden revelation. "Wait wait wait. You liked me first?"

She nodded her head in response as she continued eating. "Didn't I tell you that?"

I shook my head. "Uh No... you didn't."

She sighed as soon as she finished swallowing her food. "The moment I saw you competing on TV, I started liking you then. I just didn't tell you that because I didn't want to look like an aggressive woman."

After she responded, I stood up and went over to her to giver a her from behind and kiss her cheek.

"What are you doing, Jiwoo-ya? I'm eating." She said as she placed her chopsticks down to hold my hand.

"I love you." I suddenly blurted out.

She flinched a little when she heard that.

"I said, 'I love you'…" I repeated, hoping for a response.

She then pulled my arms off of her slowly and turn to face me. She stood up and was opening and closing her mouth. I guess she doesn't feel the same way. Liking someone is just different compared to loving someone.

I chuckled awkwardly. "Don't worry. You don't have to say it back. It's just that… ever since we were young, you were the only girl in my eyes. Even when there were a lot of girls approaching me during those gatherings that we have, my eyes and heart already belonged to you. And I just wanted you to know that. So don't be pressured to respond."

She bit her lip before she tried opening her mouth again. "I-"

Just then, my phone starts ringing. I sighed to how awful the timing was. It was PD-nim so I had to pick this up.

"Sorry about this, Tzuyu-ya. It's PD-nim. I should-" Before I could finish excusing myself, she suddenly cupped my face and pulled me in to a tender kiss.

"I just wanted to say that I love you too before it's too late. Go ahead and answer it. We'll continue talking after you're done." She said before rushing off to the comfort room her face all red.

I was still stunned with what she just did, but the constant vibrating and ringing of the phone on my hand snapped me out of my trance.

I immediately picked it up.

"So are you saying what I think you're saying?" I asked again trying to contain my excitement.

"That's right. Idol Sports Athletic Championship is yours for the taking. You HAVE been looking forward to it, am I right?" PD-nim said happily over the phone.

I laughed. "'Looking forward'? More like 'dying to join'. Wa! Thank you so much, PD-nim! You have no idea how happy I am!"

He chuckled over the phone. "I'm glad that you are. Call the rest of the members about it, I'm sure they'll be thrilled."

As soon as I hang up, I immediately called JayB-hyung to inform him of our sudden schedule. Is it really okay? I'm pretty sure that he's with his family right about now. I'm calling him once we get back to Seoul.

"What's up? Why did PD-nim call just now?" Tzuyu asked as soon as she got out of the comfort room.

I turn to her and grabbed her by the waist to lift her up twirling her around before putting her down. She giggled. "Judging from your reaction just now, it must be something really good?"

"We're going to be in Idol Sports Athletic Championship! And I'll be playing in 3 sports events tomorrow…" I said before trailing away.

She seem to catch what that I suddenly frowned and became quiet and so she slowly lifted my chin as she asked the question, "Hey… what's wrong?"

I gulped. "That means we have to go home early today…"

She rubbed my arm and pecked my cheek. "Hey, it's fine. At least, we became a lot closer today."

I smiled guiltily at her. "Do you mean that? Are you sure that it's okay that we cut our day short?"

She giggled. "I actually got the same call. So I'll be watching you tomorrow. Besides, I KNOW you really have been looking forward to that." She gave me a wink at the end.

I smiled. "I love you. You know that?"

"I know." She smirked before giving me a kiss.

After driving back to Seoul and bringing Tzuyu back to her dorm, I went back to my dorm as well to inform the rest of the members. Only JayB-hyung wasn't there yet so I decided to call him. He's probably done right about now.

"Hello?" JayB-hyung answered the phone.

"Hyung? What's going on? Why is it so noisy there? Where are you?" I asked.

Before he answered, I could hear him talking to some people at the other end. "If you idiots won't shut up, I'll make sure you'd never get out of prison."

He spoke to me again. "What was that again? Oh right! I'm at the police station with my siblings."

"What?! What happened?! Are you okay?!" I became worried because he looked like he was in trouble.

He chuckled. "Relax. We were mugged. Well... they TRIED to mug us. We're fine though."

Thank goodness that he's fine. Those people though. They're probably going to get it. Just thinking about what Kibum-hyung is capable of... it just gives me shivers.

I sighed. "I feel sorry for those people."

I could hear him chuckling. "So, why'd you call?"

"Oh right! We have a schedule tomorrow. It's just me though. But the group has to be there." I replied.

"Really? Is it a TV show?" He asked.

"Yep! I've been looking forward to this ever since we debuted!" I got so excited just with the thought of it.

He must have been curious as well because he then asked, "What show is it?"

I smiled as brightly as I could as if he was in front of me. "Idol Sports Athletic Championship!"

After our call, I hurriedly prepared for tomorrow and decided to go on an evening run. It wouldn't hurt to prepare for tomorrow. As soon as I returned from my exercise, JayB-hyung was already back in our dorm.

He really looked so pissed off, so I didn't bother asking if he was okay. I ended up cooling down inside our room before heading to bed.

I better sleep now while I'm tired. If the excitement takes over, I probably can't sleep anymore.

"Will Lee Jiwoo grab another medal for his team again after those 3 events?!" The MC for ISAC yelled.

It was already the last event for the day. I've been really stressed out from the pressure that I was receiving from the fans. They really wanted me to succeed. A lot of the Pack actually came here to support us. Earlier this morning, we played basketball and we won by 15 points. I toned down a little knowing that we still had events in the afternoon.

We also found out that everyone else was going to compete instead of just being me. I could really have just taken all the events for myself, but we agreed that we will divide the events accordingly in order for us not to draw any suspicions. Especially in holding records in track and field.

After lunch was the swimming and track and field competitions. I really wanted to compete in the swimming competition to set a record, but according to JayB-hyung, I should give it to Zee instead who was also a swimmer. I happily agreed to it and competed in the 100m, 200m and 400m dash while setting records as well.

Overall, I had 4 medals now. It was finally time to end this day with the final event in Archery. I was pressured to do well because this was my girlfriend's sport. She was known for her accuracy and her talent for archery before she became an idol. And to put oil to the fire, she was sitting on the bleachers cheering me on.

Wooh…

I have to do great for her sake too.

Many people have been criticizing us since we dated before she became an idol. I blame myself for that. If I just waited a little before her debut, it could have been better. I on the other hand have been scolded by her fans, saying I've been using my status as an idol to flirt with a trainee. They didn't even believe that we were childhood friends which was sad.

Oh yeah…

I should let go of this arrow.

As soon as I did, the first arrow hit 10 which made the crowd go wild. I then went over to my members as they cheered for me. The next one up was Jungkook who was also trying to catch glances on IU-sunbaenim on the bleachers.

Oh?

Was that my imagination?

IU-sunbaenim actually gave a smile to Jungkook. I must be seeing things.

Jungkook then let go of his arrow and hit 9. BTS then celebrated with him as Jungkook went over to them.

They celebrated with every shot that he made. It didn't last long though. Their spirits died down when they saw me consistently hitting 10 without fail. The judges even had to check my gear twice to see if I was cheating.

It was the last arrow and it wasn't pretty much of a challenge since I was going to break the record regardless of what I hit.

Well, as long as it was 7 and above of course.

I turn to look at JayB-hyung. He smirked and nodded slowly. I knew he wanted me to hit a lower number since I was grabbing the attention of so many people. Without breaking my gaze from him, I knocked an arrow and shot it towards the target. It hit 9 which still pretty much got the attention of the MC.

They were yelling of how much of a trick shot that was. I didn't even look at the target and yet I was able to hit it close to a bullseye. The rest of the crowd cheered. My girlfriend even stood up and started cheering my name. It was a great day for me.

During the awarding ceremony, I was able to snag 5 medals and was able to break 4 records. It was really a fun day for a sports geek like me.

"Are you coming over Woo?" Seiji-hyung called out to me from the hallway.

I gave him a thumbs up. "I'll catch up. I just need to meet someone."

"Alright. Just hurry up since PD-nim still needs to talk to us and I need to get to the 95 liners meeting." JayB-hyung said.

I gave him a nod before heading to one of the girls locker rooms. When I arrived, I immediately texted my girlfriend. But before I was able to hit send I felt two hands covering my eyes.

"Guess who?"

I could clearly tell that it was her. So I decided to play a prank. "Chaeyoung-ah?"

"What was that?" She asked in a deep tone as she let go of me.

"I'm just messing with you, baby." I smiled at her as she blushed madly from the pet name.

She pouted. "It's the first time that I've heard you call me that. Are you sure you're referring to me?"

I gave her a smile before slowly placing her head on my c.h.e.s.t for a hug. Well… I am taller than her after all. "I plan to call you that from now on. I don't care what people say. I've waited years for you to be mine. Now that you are, I'm not letting you go."

"Who says that I'm yours?" She joked.

I pulled her out of the hug. "Ya… Chou Tzuyu. Don't even joke about it."

She giggled before giving me a peck. We both laughed when suddenly someone cleared her throat. It was Nayeon-noona.

"Oh? Unnie… Right! I forgot! Sorry about that!" Tzuyu suddenly said.

Nayeon-noona crossed her arms and chuckled.

Tzuyu then turned to me and asked, "Are you free afterwards? Let's go meet JayB-oppa so that Nayeon-unnie can go with him to their meeting."

"You mean the 95 liners meeting in Busan? Isn't that too far?" I asked.

She rubbed her elbow a bit. "Well… I just wanted to pick up where we left off. Besides, I wanted to meet other idols from other groups as well."

"Alright then. Let's go." I replied with a smirk.

"Ya. If you two love birds are done, I'd like to go now." Nayeon-noona said which made us shake our heads and laugh. She actually supports us. She's just not used to us dating and acting all sweet in front of her.

After talking to PD-nim and getting ready, we headed for Busan together with JayB-hyung in their meeting.

"Waaa! I never thought I would be meeting a lot of idols in person like that." Tzuyu said.

I chuckled. "How about in award shows? Aren't we meeting with them a lot?"

We were walking in one of Busan's park near the café where the meeting is being held at. The view and the ambiance here at night was something to look forward to. There were still people roaming around despite it being late in the evening.

She shook her head in response to my question. "It isn't the same. In award shows, we pretend like all of us are strangers which makes me sick to be honest. We have to treat our friends that way because it would upset our fans or it'll start rumors."

"That's true though. Were you looking to meet someone from the 95 line?" I asked.

She turned into her stoic face before pondering. "Hmm… no one in particular. It was just fun watching Nayeon-unnie crushing on Joshua-oppa."

I chuckled. "She really looked cute when she was fl.u.s.tered. She becomes noisier and louder when she's embarrassed."

She giggled. "You're right. It was really epic."

After talking about what happened today and how we were in terms of our careers, we decided to start heading back to the café.

"Well, it's been almost two hours now, do you think their done now?" She asked as she hugged my arm and leaned her head on it.

I was careful not to make her uncomfortable since we were walking as we were doing this. "I guess so. We're here anyway. Let me go check it out. You wait in the car."

I jogged towards the entrance of the café, but before I could come in I saw a familiar face.

"Oh? Isn't that IU-sunbaenim with JayB-hyung?" I slowly came into a halt. I wanted to call them and say hi but when I heard their conversation, it made me hide behind a bush and eavesdrop.

They were really serious. But my brain suddenly stopped working when I heard the last part of their conversation, I wished that I wasn't even there.

JayB-hyung tried to explain something, "But you told me to-"

"I know what I said!" IU-sunbaenim harshly interjected as she started tearing up.

What the hell is happening?

She sighed. "I can't help it JayB-ya. I really tried."

"Then what do you want me to do?" JayB-hyung calmly asked.

"Nothing… I can't force you… when you don't even want to anymore." She replied in between her sobs.

I tried to hide myself well since JayB-hyung was looking this way.

I could hear him sigh heavily. "It's not that… it's… I don't think it's possible for now."

"I didn't expect you to say yes actually... That's why I just came here to say my piece." She said trying to stop herself from crying.

"Say what?" JayB-hyung asked.

I tried to take a peak and see what was happening since she became silent. IU-sunbaenim slowly wiped her tears and stared at hyung's eyes with conviction. "I like you, Kim Jinbo."

My jaw fell… "What the…"
