"Woohoo! We're here!" Sooyoung yelled.

We were already in Lotte World and there were very little people than we expected. As far as I know, the crew for WGM made sure that we could go around the amus.e.m.e.nt park without being mobbed by fans. So it was like we were normal people for once.

Wendy was the most expressive and outspoken person in Red Velvet as far as I know. But for some reasons, she was just walking quietly beside me. I wonder what's up.

"Are you okay? You're pretty quiet today." I asked.

"What do you mean?" She asked in confusion.

I chuckled. "I'd rather have you be yourself today. I like girls who don't put their best foot forward. So you don't have to pretend to be something or someone else today."

Her eyes widened. "How did you…"

"You should ask Seulgi-noona when you get home." I laughed.

"What are you guys doing?! Let's go!" Sungjae yelled. We were talking to each other that we didn't notice them walking so fast. They were already far away.

I grabbed her hand by instinct and smiled at her. "Let's go."

We ran towards where they were. When they saw what happened they started teasing us.

"So I'm guessing that you took a long sip on the Iced Americano, JayB-ya." Sooyoung teased.

I was confused for a second as to what they were saying but when I turn to look at what they were staring. I forgot that I was still holding Wendy's hand.

Startled, I immediately let go of her hand. "Sorry about that, Wendy-ssi."

She waved her hands in front of her. "No, it's really okay… I actually kind of liked it." The last part was whispered.

"What was that?" I asked.

"N-nothing!" She responded.

Sungjae started laughing. "How about this? Let's make our trip here interesting. Let's make a bet?"

"A bet?" I asked.

He nodded. "Let's have three bets. The person that loses the first bet has to buy ice cream while holding hands until they reach the ice cream stall."

We all agreed to it.

Wendy then spoke, "Alright. Since you're the married couple here, you give the first challenge."

"Alright. Fair enough. What do you think Sooyoung-ah? What do you want to do?" He turn to ask Sooyoung.

She pondered for a while looking around. "How about this? We'll ride the roller coaster and form a heart before the camera takes a picture of us. The best looking heart when the picture comes up, wins. How about that?"

"Call." Wendy said as she turn to me. I gave her a thumbs up while smiling.

Now there was one person who wasn't happy about this. And it was Sungjae. He was really terrified of heights. So it was going to be a challenge for him. I think this is Sooyoung's way of making him conquer his fear.

"Ahh! Let's just go!" He was left with no choice but to agree.

"Are we really doing this?" He asked.

"Yes we are. Now go." Sooyoung told him as he pushed him towards the ride.

We rode the roller coaster and there were plenty of screams coming from the people who rode it. Of course, we were screaming too. It was really starting to get fun for me. Wendy was also holding tightly to my arm while burying her face on it from time to time. Truthfully? Her reactions were really funny and cute.

The moment finally came and I gave her a nudge signaling that it was time to pose. Despite her fear, she smiled for the camera as we posed for our pictures to be taken.

When we were finally off, everyone was a mess. Our hair was all messed up and Sungjae could barely stand. Sooyoung kept asking if he was okay while she wobbled too. Sungjae asked for a second to rest. Wendy and I on the other hand were laughing hysterically. We were looking at our pictures which were really funny.

This round… the loser was clear. It was the Bbyu Couple.

"Bbyu Couple… go get our Ice Cream." Wendy was starting to be more like herself which was nice.

"Right. Go minions!" I followed suit.

They chuckled as they shook their head. They were about to go and leave but Sungjae turned to us and said, "Oh yeah. If we're the Bbyu couple, what are you guys?"

Seriously…

Her reactions are too cute and innocent.

I turned to them and shrugged. "You can call us the JayDy Couple I guess."

They both started laughing when they heard my answer. Well, I couldn't come up with a better answer on the spot so I'm sorry if it's a little weird for you guys.

"Hey, why don't we sit down over there and wait?" I told Wendy.

When I walked away, she didn't move and was just staring at the couple that had just left. He was staring at their hands which were intertwined. Now, I get it. I understand what she's feeling.

I slowly intertwined my hand on hers. "We might have lost, but I still get to hold your hand for today, right? Unless… you don't want me to."

She smiled. "I would like that. Thank you."

I smiled in return. "Let's go then."

"Hey guys! We're back! Hope you guys didn't wait too long." Sooyoung said.

"Not at all. We were just talking and planning about what challenge we'll take up next." Wendy said.

Sungjae then patted the bench to clean it off and signaled for Sooyoung to sit. "Oh yeah? So what's the challenge? And please, no rides this time."

I chuckled. "Don't worry. We've thought about that too. Wendy-noona, do you mind telling them the challenge?"

"Noona? You certainly got close in the few minutes that we left you guys." Sooyoung teased.

Wendy rolled her eyes. "Whatever. Now do you want to hear the challenge or not?"

Now that's the Wendy I know and like.

"Go ahead, noona." I urged her.

"Easy enough, right?" I asked.

"Okay. We got it. So what's the punishment?" Sungaje asked.

I chuckled. "The couple that loses must give their partners a back hug."

"Should we just lose then?" Sooyoung joked which made Sungjae jerk a little from the surprise.

She was straightforward today.

After all the joking, we immediately went to arcade to shoot some hoops. We started the game and people were slowly gathering around us. I knew that Joy would do well since we used to play basketball back at home. Wendy on the other hand… wasn't doing well. When I say "not doing well" I mean she's awful at it.

I'm sorry… but it's the truth.

In the end, Sooyoung tripled Wendy' score.

"What do you think JayB-ya? Still want to continue this challenge?" Sungjae provoked.

Wendy then pinched my sleeve. "I'm sorry. It's my fault."

I patted her head by instinct which made the girls around us squeal. "Don't worry. It's not over yet."

And with that. We began the game. I had a game like this in my room back in America so I used to play this game a lot. In just a few seconds, I already halved the gap between us couples. Even Wendy was surprised. I did my best to catch up but in the end, we lost by four points which was still okay for me.

"So I guess we lost…" I told Wendy before I turned around and headed for the Bbyu couple to congratulate them.

She giggled. "Well… I guess we could say that we didn't lose completely."

She suddenly went and hugged me from behind. I was surprised at first so I couldn't move. I'm a taller than Wendy so she was hugging from just above the waist. Sooyoung and Sungjae didn't let this opportunity pass as they took out their phones and snapped some pictures.

"Umm… Wendy-noona… you can let go now." I reminded her. It was slowly getting embarrassing for me at the receiving end.

She slowly removed her hands from me, and was about to run away and escape.

Oh no you don't!

I immediately wrapped my hands around her waist and place my head on her shoulders. The people around us started taking pictures and were screaming from the excitement that they felt. The crew did their work and stopped the people from doing so. Meanwhile, Sungjae and Sooyoung were enjoying themselves as they took pictures.

"You guys really look like a real couple!" Sooyoung yelled.

I smiled as I turn to look at Wendy while still hugging her from behind and whispered, "Really? You heard that noona? We look good together. Shouldn't we just date?"

Of course I was joking and was being sarcastic.

"Let's date then." She suddenly said.

Which made me let go in surprise.

"I'm kidding! I'm kidding! Relax! Although it wouldn't be a bad idea. I still think it's too early for us to date. Don't you think so?" She suddenly took it back.

I almost had a heart attack. "You got me noona. I actually almost believed it. Yeah, it's still early. But who knows? Let's see how today goes first."

She nodded before she held my hand. "Alright. Let's do that then."

The bbyu couple were really happy with the way things turned out. They were finally able to snag a win from us. And it was totally worth it for them too. They thought that they're matchmaking skills were working.

We were about to head out when one of the crewmen handed the Bbyu couple a red envelope. The content says that the producers were giving us the last challenge. Whoever loses will have to kiss.

"Ah… this is too much." Sungjae said.

I went to read what the challenge was. "Oh… this is going to be fun."

The challenge was to go through the horror house. The couple with the least screams, yells, or yelps wins.

"I seriously can't do this." Both of the women said it.

I went to hold Wendy's hands. "I'm here, noona. All you have to do is stay beside me and I'll protect you."

"Hey! Hey! Hey! This episode is about the Bbyu couple, isn't it? You can't be more lovey dovey than us." Sungjae joked.

With that, we headed to the horror house and got our gears readied by the crew. The Bbyu couple went ahead of us first. After a minute in, we were asked to go inside too. I could hear them screaming from a far. I told Wendy-noona to just hug me from behind as I held her hand. She was already scared even before we entered the horror house.

"No matter what. Do not listen to the sound or the jump scares, that'll cause you to scream." I reminded her as we entered the horror house.

As soon as we were in the middle. The "ghosts" were forcing us to run. I didn't though which frightened Wendy, she was starting to scream and cry.

By the time that we were nearing the end, her body just shuts down from the fear.

"Please, JayB-ya. Get me out of here. I'm begging you. I can't move anymore." She said as she sat down on the floor crying.

"Alright. I'm sorry for doing this." Before she could respond, I carried her princess bridal style and ran towards the exit. I carefully carried her though. As soon as we reached the exit, I immediately put her back on her feet.

"I'm sorry for inappropriately touching you like that. I had to. I couldn't just leave you like that." I explained.

"You don't have to apologize. I'm sorry that you had to go through that because of me." She said as she started wiping her tears away. Her make-up was slowly getting ruined.

I took my handkerchief out and started wiping it for her. "Here, let me."

The Bbyu couple were still recovering from the fear as they sat down on one of the nearby benches while staring at us. As soon as we were done, we went to claim our prize.

"Wa... Those two..." Sungjae muttered.

"We should be more like them." Sooyoung joked.

Since they were a new couple. They did a kiss on the cheek. But Wendy-noona and I didn't agree to it. And because of our persistent nagging, they gave in and had their first legit kiss. Although it was a peck, a kiss is still a kiss. Finally… I've never seen my best friend this happy before. She was red as a tomato from the embarrassment. We decided to go to the next stop to relax. It was fun here and all, but I think we were just too extreme today. After getting in the car, we drove to our next destination which was Coex Aquarium.

"Well that was fun. We actually took a lot of pictures." Sooyoung was scrolling through her phone as we walked towards the last exhibit in the aquarium.

"I didn't know that we were coming here today. I really like this surprise." Wendy-noona said.

I smiled at her. "Well, I'm glad you like this surprise."

"Alright guys. There's still about an hour left before we have our dinner. So why don't we split up as couples so we can get to know each other better?" Sungjae suggested.

"Man, you're bad with transitions." Wendy-noona bluntly said.

I chuckled. "Alright, I like the idea. Let's go."

I held Wendy-noona's hand and went around to look at the last exhibit. It was actually the fishes that glowed in different colors. These breed can only be found in Atlantis. Since it exists in this world, some people got their hands on it and promised to take care of it. Wendy-noona like this kind of fish so I got lucky in picking out the 2nd stop for our date today.

Suddenly one of the staff of the aquarium approached me and asked if it was time. I nodded and gave him the go signal.

"Wendy-noona. Can you wait here a while? I need to go to the rest room real quick." I asked.

"You're definitely a mood killer. You know that?" She joked.

I was actually being a mood killer which made me smile wryly at her. But I actually have a surprise for her.

I hid in one of the pillars not too far from her and gave the signal to the staff that I asked for a favor. He smiled and nodded before radioing someone over the other end of the line. Suddenly, As Wendy was enjoying the fishes in the aquarium 2 divers swam in front of Wendy-noona and waved at her.

"Oh! Hi there." She waved excitedly at them.

The two divers were holding a folded tarp. Both of them slowly spread it and showed it to her. The moment it was revealed, she suddenly got surprised and started crying. I was worried because she was really sobbing.

I quickly approached her and tried comforting her. "Hey… Are you okay? It's was supposed to be a surprise. I'm sorry. Did I offend you in some way?"

She shook her head as she slowly went over to hug me. I didn't know how to respond so I just hugged her in return while patting her back. I gave the divers a thumbs up. They gave an okay sign before swimming away.

When she was finally good to talk, she looked at me and started chuckling. "I'm sorry for reacting this way. I didn't know that someone would actually do this for me."

"Are you sure you're okay? I was worried there for a second." I told her.

She nodded her head. "Yes, I'm good. But how did you know?"

I decided to tell her everything about me. I just couldn't lie to someone who was crying like that. It was going to be hard to explain things this way too. We sat on the floor under an aquarium tunnel while we talked about it. At first, she didn't believe me, but then she started laughing and saying that she believes me now.

"So I should thank you. You're the reason why I got to debut in the first place." She said as she bumped her shoulder to me.

"You really nailed it in the auditions. You passed on your own. I had nothing to do with that." I replied as I bumped her shoulder back.

We were staring at the tarp that was plastered on the aquarium.

It read, "Happy Anniversary to your coming here in Korea, Wendy-noona. I'm glad you came to South Korea to be a singer. Thank you for being my date today."

She slowly leaned her head on my shoulder. "No wonder Jie-Eun-ah likes you so much. You're such a sweet guy."

I chuckled. "What can I say? I enjoy doing little things for people."

She rolled her eyes. "Whatever. Just don't go around breaking girls' hearts."

"Who says I am?" I asked.

"Come on. Do you think women in this industry don't talk? Pssh. I hope that mystery girl of yours is worth it." She said.

Again with that!

We continued staying like that for a while until the Bbyu couple showed up and decided to have dinner. We headed over to Yo Chul-hyung's restaurant and had dinner. We knew that the girls had a busy schedule tomorrow and were exhausted from the day so we didn't stay too long and decided to take Wendy home after dinner. The couple on the other hand went to their "couple house".

I just asked them to drop me off at my dorm. After dropping me off and saying our goodbyes, I immediately went inside to get changed and sleep. But as I was about to close my eyes. My phone started ringing.

"Hey, hyung. It's a miracle that you called." I answered.

"Ya... Is that how you talk to your older brother now? You haven't been seeing your siblings for a while now." My eldest brother said.

"Sorry, hyung. I was on tour for 2 weeks. It was really tiring. I also had a shoot today for a TV show. Besides, you guys didn't show up in my party a month ago." I said.

I chuckled. "You know how it is, Jinbo-ya. We're all busy now. One of your sisters are debuting next week. Your other sister will be debuting during the Golden Disc awards. It's been confirmed."

I slowly sat back up from my bed. "Really? Show Your Case was today? I guess I was really too busy to realize that. Send my regards to them for me."

"Ya! Kim Jinbo! I checked with JYP-samcheon. He said that you had nothing to do tomorrow since you just got back from your tour. Come have lunch with me. Please." He said.

I sighed. "I actually miss you guys. It's been a year since we haven't sat down together and talked. But I just want to sleep the entire day tomorrow."

"If you just stayed in SM then we could have bonded more. That mystery girl better be pretty." He said.

I grunted. "Will you stop? Fine. I'll go have lunch with you tomorrow. I'll meet you at your restaurant. How's that?"

"Fine. Since I'm the one who called, then I should be treating you." He said.

He was about to hung up. "Oh… And hyung."

"Yes?" He replied.

"Invite our sisters over too. Let's have a great day tomorrow." I said.

"Alright. I'll update them tomorrow. Shinee has a schedule tomorrow morning. So I might be a little late. Okay? Good night, Jinbo-ya." He said.

I chuckled. "Busy as ever. Good night, Kibum-hyung."
