I Am Undying

Dragger's eyes widened as he threw some saliva. Paul was already away when Dragger threw up and was forced to kneel on the ground, looking unwell.

Mister Yita who was outside the cage sweated. He knew that Mr. Tong was using this chance to promote his son's debut further by getting the impressions of the crowd. Everyone will look at Paul as the one who stopped Dragger's consecutive wins.

Mister Yita took a glimpse at the VIP box and saw that Mr. Tong glaring at him as if threatening him. Mister Yita took a huge gulp and was getting anxious. Paul may go too far and injure Dragger for the sake of showing his strength as a Natural Energy Practitioner at Second Stage of Focus. Mister Yita knew that the possibility of that weren't small.

He worriedly looked inside the cage and felt like Paul was already to the point where he was playing Dragger.

He bit his teeth and there's nothing he could do.

"Mister Yita…"

He looked beside him to see who called him and saw a man in a hood with a facemask on…

"Yes!! Finally, I'm in the Colden Cage Arena. After this, I'll be sure to get into the Colden Institute even without my father's recommendation. Hihihi!! All these years of hardship aren't for… naught!", Paul sharply laughed as he kneed Dragger in the face.

When Paul's body glowed blue again and was about kick Dragger with all he got but was interrupted when he heard, "We surrender!"

Paul stopped his control over the Natural Energy, he looked and saw Mister Yita clenching his hand on the cage and then looked at Mr. Ton in the VIP box who nodded back at him with a smile.

Paul smiled and said as his body glowed blue again, "Wait, just a few hits more."

"There's a new challenger!!", Mister Yita yelled as soon as possible but Paul ignored it and raised his foot, ready to hit Dragger.

Whoosh-! Pa!* Paul's eyes widened when he saw a pair of golden eyes under the shadow of the hood.

His foot was blocked by two stacked arms. Paul immediately removed it and put him on guard. At the same time, the golden eyes disappeared.

Even Mr. Tong was surprised and when he realized the face mask, he got confused and thought, 'Who really is this kid?', but he smirked, 'Hah! Now that he became a challenger. Nobody's going to complain if we hurt him a little even if he has a huge background!'

"Mister Yita, care to explain who's the challenger?", Mr. Tong casually spoke but inside, he was excited to know who this kid really is.

Mister Yita gulped and replied, "The new challenger is… is Rin! Rin Gotha!"

"Rin!", Mr. Tong sharply whispered as he formed a huge smile and said, "And?"

Mr. Tong furrowed a bit and repeated, "And?!", but Mister Yita couldn't reply, "And?!! What's his background?!"

Mister Yita understood but was confused why he asked that, "Umm… ehem!.. He's Rin Gotha with no background, Mr. Tong."

Mr. Tong's eyebrow raised, 'Huh!? No background?'

Seeing Mr. Tong silent, Mister Yita continued, "This is the first time that Rin Gotha entered this arena." Mister Yita didn't lie since this arena is Level 2 and Rin only entered Level 1 back then. He didn't want to say what happened there and tell that although a complete newbie, Rin defeated Dragger. It would ruin Dragger's name completely! However, he also know that Rin has this unknown master but he kept it to himself.

Mr. Tong bit his teeth hard, 'First time?! And here I was thinking he was someone special!? Ahh!!!', although he was screaming in the inside, he spoke calmly, "Okay… Paul"

Paul looked at his father all smiley.

"Go break a leg."

Paul's smile suddenly vanished and instead, felt pressure from his father. That sound like a normal cheer from the voice only but with Mr. Tong expression, it was an order.

Paul furrowed and his eyebrows and got serious. He nodded and looked at Rin.

Without any warning again, the bell rang while the crowds were silent in intense.

However, before Paul could rush again, he stood his stance and asked, "What manual did you use to have golden eyes?", but Rin stayed silent.

Paul looked and saw that Dragger was already outside of the cage. He smiled and murmured to himself, "Then I gotta need to ask you properly, huh?" his whole body glowed blue again and he ran towards Rin with caution since he have no idea what Stage of Focus Rin is and he doubted that Rin was at the Third Stage of Focus.

Paul threw a punch when he got a close-range to Rin but Rin was able to blocked it with two arms. Paul heard Rin grunted at that time and a crack.

His eyes widened and fell back, "You, you're just at the First Stage of Focus. What are you doing?", Paul tilted his head.

Rin held his left arm in pain but he kept it in. It wouldn't heal itself since it was not life-threatening. However, he knew the feeling of getting healed by Natural Energy. He closed his eyes and it glowed gold but nobody noticed.

The fractured bone glowed blue. Rin tried not to make it obvious and apparently, he was lucky that he was wearing a hoodie with long sleeves.

He stood straight and let the healing processed. Rin sweated, he didn't know that doing it himself was tiring but he didn't show a bit of fatigue with the help of the face mask.
