Episode 21-God’s Test

Lempria took some time to understand Lempra’s orders.

Kills her own father, Paint.

If it was Lemfra’s order, there was no reason Lempria couldn’t do it.

Lempria got up from her seat and headed towards her pit, but she stopped.

‘Why did Lemfra-nim order me to kill her father?’

In Lemfra’s mythology, death was not a big deal.

Because if you die, you will eventually go to Lemfra-sama’s side.

All believers lived and died for Lempr-sama, and some died for Lempr-sama, so the fear of death was lightened.

But murder was a matter of another dimension.

Murder was no different than taking away the time I could devote to Lemprasin.

Therefore, killing a believer in Lemfra was considered the most serious sin.

If Lempria herself had told her to commit suicide for Lempra-sama’s sake, she would have died without hesitation, but the story of her own death and killing others were very different.

[Are you not going to listen to my orders?]

There was a hint of laughter in Lemfra’s voice.

From noble mtl dot com

Why are you laughing?

No matter how omniscient and omnipotent God Lemfra was, Feint could be seen as an important apostle to him as well.

Are you happy that such a person dies?

Otherwise,

‘Are you testing me?’

Lemfra’s voice contained not only laughter but also interest.

It was as if he wanted to see how Lempria behaved.

Lemfra walked through her rain and towards her pit.

As I walked, I thought endlessly.

Why did Lemfra-nim order her father to be killed?

‘Cathria, Goddess of Wisdom, grant me wisdom. Please enlighten me, a lowly human being, her truth.’

[What you are going through is Lemfra’s test.]

It was a single sentence.

Lempria-sama’s test, this one word made Lempria feel relieved in her heart.

I don’t have to kill my father.

My father doesn’t have to take the time to devote himself to Lemfra.

‘No matter how much the test is, it’s Lemfra’s order.’

I thought endlessly as I walked towards her pit, what should I do to make Lem Phra happy?

Catria, the goddess of wisdom, did not bestow any other wisdom except for a single sentence.

From now on, it was a problem that Lempria had to solve.

“I, Lempria’s father, come out with the paint.”

Lempria approached her pit and said.

There was power in her voice.

Until just 10 minutes ago, she was a confident girl, but now she is oozing the chariska of a leader.

The paint came out of the pit at the daughter’s changed mood.

Paint looked at her daughter without saying anything.

“I was ordered by Lemprasin to kill you.”

Feint smiled lightly and looked at Lempria.

“But I will not kill you.”

“Daughter, Lemfra’s orders are absolute. You must kill me.”

“No, I’m not killing you.”

If Katria hadn’t told her that it was Lemfra’s test, she might have really killed the feint.

But when she found out that what she was taking was Lemfra’s test, she came up with another way.

“Lord Lemprasin, I will offer you something else. So please revoke my order to kill Feint, my father.”

For the past 15 years since Lempria was born, Lempria has been by Feint’s side and listened to Lempra’s orders.

What she felt after hearing about her Remfra was that she was a god who was surprisingly good at listening to humans.

When Feint asked for something, he usually listened to it, even if there were a lot of measurements.

Lemfra, who changes her own opinion according to her human words, was not considered less divine.

He probably wants humans to grow up with their own opinions.

That’s why I recite another plan to the god.

This was the conclusion Lem Pria came to while walking to her pit.

If Lemfra tells you to kill Feint despite Lempria’s request, he will have no choice but to do everything he can as a human.

[Pu-sup, puh-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!]

Lempria started to laugh loudly.

[What an interesting idea, as you think, it is important for humans to develop the power to think for themselves and express their opinions. In that respect, you have a very good mindset. Even though they have their own opinion, if I don’t accept it, they have the will to follow my words. I didn’t pass the test the way I wanted, but that’s enough to say I passed the test.]

Did it happen?

God Lemfra’s reaction bothered her, but the fact that she gave her own opinion and extended the days for Feint to obey Lemfra calmed her heart.

[And don’t call your father by name, the first thing you should think about is me, Lemp, the second is the village, and the third is the family, so be polite.]

“I understand. Mr. Lempra.”

[And if you have time, try fighting your father.]

“Okay.”

Lempra’s voice suddenly cut off.

Thinking that the test was finally over, Lempria fell to the floor.

“Daughter!”

Feint picked up Lempria as she fell to the floor.

“Dad, I guess I did a good job, right?”

“Since Lemfra said you did well, it’s true that you did well.”

Feint hugged Lempria and rubbed each other’s foreheads.

Before the typhoon had stopped, the clear sun was shining in the sky.

“Queueek!!”

At the blow of the paint, Lempria flew far away and blossomed.

Receiving Lemfra’s blessing, Lempria became much stronger than before, but for nearly 20 years, he could not defeat Feint following Lemfra.

“Now I think I understand Lemfra’s true meaning…”

“When you were blessed by Lemfra-sama, I also received an oracle from Lemfra-sama. If my daughter wants to kill me, try your best not to die. You won’t be able to kill me for a while anyway, so try to kill me. It must have meant that you should build up your own knowledge while doing it.”

“I misinterpreted the meaning.”

“No. You’re just interpreting God’s will differently. There’s no way Lemfra couldn’t read how you would act. Obviously, as you say, we humans can prove our ability to speak our own opinions, so it’s a test. You must have had in mind that you passed the test. No matter how you passed the test, Lemfra-sama passed it. You can be proud of it.”

“Okay. I’ll be proud.”

Lem Pria stretched out her shoulders wide.

Feint looked at Lempria and burst into a small laugh.

“But remember, Lemfra-sama’s orders are absolute. Lemfra-sama only said that you passed the test, but your fate of having to kill me has not disappeared.”

“I don’t think I can kill you no matter how hard I try for the time being?”

“You are growing up and my body is declining, so maybe the day will come when you surpass me. Keep training in preparation for that time.”

I’m killing my father…

It wasn’t something I could figure out yet.

From a religious point of view, it was a bad thing to take time to devote to Lemfra, but from a moral point of view, killing the father who gave birth to her was really unimaginable.

“I won’t spare you even if you ask for help later.”

“I have no intention of begging for help.”

The paint tapped her Lempria on the shoulder.

“Shouldn’t we stop talking to our father and go on an expedition?”

“Is it really okay for me to go? Wouldn’t it be much better for my father to go?”

“Because I’m old, my body hurts. This time, I was blessed by Lemfra, and you’re the one who will lead the village from now on, so it’s good for my daughter to take the lead. I believe my daughter will be able to do well.”

“Okay. I’ll do well.”

From noble mtl dot com

Lem Pria hugged the paint and turned her body back.

“Then I’ll be back.”

“Yes. Have a good trip.”

Lempria walked in front of her without looking behind her.

Where she headed, there were about 200 strong men sharpening their weapons.

“Is everyone ready!”

“I’m ready!”

The men who were sharpening her weapons looked at Lem Pria and answered.

“We are going to a sacred war to relieve the wrath of Ifritia, the god of war. Let’s spread the faith of Lemfra to the poor people who don’t believe in Lemfra yet.”

“Okay.”

Lempria walked in front of her, holding her own weapons that she had prepared beforehand.

As she walked in the lead, the Imp and Alprea followed on either side of her, followed by soldiers again.

“For Lemfra!”

“For Lempra!!”

Thus began the crusade that began from the wrath of Ifritia.
