I accidentally married a "CEO"

The young housekeeper was astonished to see Grandfather Go fainting right in front of her eyes. She began panicking and hysterically screaming for someone to appear.

" Help!... Help! Master has fainted!" She squealed like a hyena that everyone in the Mansion ran to see what's occurring.

"Call the family doctor quick!" The Chef ordered while stooping down, ready to give the older man CPR. Though, before he had an opportunity, grandpa Go regained consciousness.

Not long after that, the family doctor arrived, with eyes overflowing with care for Grandfather Go.

"How are you feeling? You are pretty lucky that I was close by if not, who knows what would have happened to you? Do you know how many fingers this is?"

His placed his hands in front of the old man. "Two!" Grandpa Go replied, still groggy and out of sorts. "Are you sure now?" The Doctor humorously asked him.

"Why don't you ever listen to any advice I give you? I told you! Not just once, but many times to not anger yourself or it could cost your life. You never listen!" The Family Doctor retorted.

"I know... I know! I was doing my best not to get upset, but this rascal of a grandson of mine just did it on purpose. He has proceeded and got himself a wife, knowing I already have one chosen for him. How am I supposed to take it casually? Tell me!" He told him fiercely.

"What do you mean he got married? To whom? Which girl? It's amazingly unbelievable; Jeff finally outwitted you. Ha ha ha!" He patted grandpa's shoulder as he chuckled out loud.

"Well, it seems that you're doing fine now, so what's the plan? I know you are scheming something to get even with your grandson, and you want me to help you, right? Just like four years ago." The Doctor asked Grandfather, Go thoughtfully.

"Well... I do have something in mind that I want you to help me. If this works out that undesired grand-daughter in-law will be out of the picture before my 60th birthday." Grandfather Go mischievously notifies the family Doctor.

In the meantime at Tan Mansion, Sophia was excited over something. The whole Mansion was a buzz, and She's been ordering them left and right since daybreak.

"Edna, will you give me Miss. Wen's telephone number, I would like to invite her for tea."

Edna looks up Miss. Wen's number and verbally gave it to Sophia. Just as she was about to go back to what she was doing before, Sophia called her again.

"Call my designer to come. I have an idea for a gown that I wanted to wear for Chairman Go's 60th birthday party celebration."

"Yes! Mrs. Tan" Edna proceeded to make the call to the designer. The phone only rang a couple of time before it was picked up by an assistant.
Edna was on hold for less than a minute, and the head designer quickly got on the phone excitedly. Once he learned that it's Sophia's assistant, he dropped whatever he was doing and answered the call happily.

Then hung up.

Meanwhile, Sophia made a call to Ann, but it was Lea who answered the call.

She asked in a very demanding tone of voice. [She's a Diva after all]

Lea replied sweetly but contemplating if she should bother the couple. She's now in a dilemma, on the other of the line is Sophia the Diva, and on this end, is the Princess Diva.

She thought about playing dumb and flat-out lie. But then, 'Nuh!' I could get into hot water if I'm caught, I better not.' She has no other choice but to go and let Ann knows that she has a phone call, and go from there.

*knock* *knock!* "Ann... it's me, can you come out for a minute, please!" Whispering, barely audible for anyone to hear. [Ann and Jeff went back to sleep after their round 3, both got K.O.]

However, Ann was a light sleeper; she overheard the light knocking that Lea did. She removed Jeff's hand from his embrace, slowly as to not wake him up. She then quietly got up from the bed and tip-toed to the door and whispered back to Lea;

"What is it?"

Lea whispered back... " Your Highness the Princess, a call from the Mother Queen! Ms. Sophia, the 'Diva."

Lea was only joking, not knowing how accurate what she just said.

"Do you want to take the call?"

Ann was about to tell Lea that's she not available but decided against it, she opened the door a little and put her hand out to take the phone from Lea before closing it back quietly.

She's doing her best to speak professionally.
Sophia anxiously waited for her reply, she was tapping her long beautiful fingernail on top of the legs, and her heart was beating fast.

Ann didn't know how to reply... " I'm sorry, but I need to..."

Sophia cut her off before she gets to finished what she wanted to say.

The sound of Sophia's voice was cracking like she's about to cry.

Ann felt her heart crushing. She began stifling and was almost in tears from what she heard. All her life, she yearns for her Mother, to say those word someday... But now that she heard it, she doesn't know what to say or do.

While Sophia was waiting for her reply, she was in deep thought...

'What do you want from me? Do you know who I am? Do you know that I'm the daughter you abandoned 22 years ago and never looked back even once? God! Why is she doing this to me?' She was in deep thought and contemplating. It's too late now, Mother...! You already inflicted so much pain in me.'

Ann wanted to tell Sophia everything from her thought, but instead, she replied confidently.

"Let me check my schedule for the day alright, and I'll get back to you!"

Ann then hung up without saying goodbye, walked back toward the bed, lay back down next to her husband, and hugged him tightly, then started sobbing...
