I accidentally married a "CEO"

"Miss Ann this way, please!" Peter ushered Ann followed by a [Fuming mad] Lea behind.

Ann was still wondering what had happened to her husband that was supposed to be taking care of everything? She kept on dialing his number, but it was not going through, and it was making her more and more upset by the minutes. ' You wait when I see you, it will be your last day on earth. Mark my word, Mr. Jeff Go.'

"Boss lady, where's your knight in shining armor that's supposed to come to the rescue?" Lea asked jokingly.

"As you can see, he's not here! Why are you asking a stupid question?" Ann replied, irritably.

"Well, I guess we don't have any choice we just have to deal with it, he is not answering my calls," Ann mumbled, without paying attention to where she was heading.

She was in deep thought trying to figure out why Jeff was not answering her call when Lea who was standing by her side kept on nudging her, but Ann wasn't paying much attention to her and the surrounding area.

"What? Stop it! Can't you see I'm busy trying to figure out how we're going to get out of this mess?

I think if worst comes to worst, I'll have to do the job, what do you think?"

"Ann...Ann! ANN!!!!"Look!" Lea was pointing to the direction of the CEO's office across the room where they were headed.

"WHAT!!! Why-are-you so excited? She asked Lea while she continued walking into the CEO's office, still oblivious and not paying attention around her. "Look what?"

Then she looked at the direction Lea's finger was pointing. What she saw stunned her, and she stood there with a blank look on her face, shocked to the point that she didn't and couldn't comprehend what was going on:

The person she was looking at was none-other than...her husband. The same person she had been trying to get hold of all morning without success.

Ann now clearly understood why Jeff told her not to worry, and he will take care of everything. It's because Jeff owns the company and he is the CEO."

Ann was about to curse him out right there and then.

However, she realized that there were other people in Jeff's office beside himself. Ann shut her mouth and sweetly smiled and observed everyone in the room.

Seating on the far end of the sofa was an older gentleman around early 40s, very handsome and elegant. Next to him is a young girl about Ann's age, and then a 'Goddess' an exquisitely beautiful woman a little on the older side, she was old enough to be her mother...

'Her Mother!' Recognition dawned on Ann. To make sure, she glanced again with the corner of her eyes without being apparent.' What she saw made her uncomfortable. 'It is her famous mother in person, flesh, and blood! What is she doing here?' Ann was confused as to why her mother would be there?

Ann had a lot of questions, but she didn't know how she was going to get answers. 'How does Jeff know this person? What is going on? What's the relationship between all of them?'

Too many questions that needed answers, but first of all, she needed to get out of there ASAP! She was not ready to face this person yet. Not until she's on the same level as her whenever it may be?

She was about to excuse herself when Jeff came forward and said: "Hello! You must be..." Everyone looked in her direction at the same time. They couldn't see Jeff's facial expression; he winked at her as if he was telling her to play along.

She recalled the contract she drew that stated that they would not divulge their relationship to the public, so she played along.

"Hello! My name is Ann Wen, I was asked to come as per your request, so here I am!" She smiled as sweetly as she can, showing her pearly white straight teeth. However, in the inside, she was shaking to the core of her being.

Jeff sensed this when he held Ann's hand while acting like they are shaking hands, but in reality, he wanted to touch his wife without being noticeable to the people around them.

Jeff wanted to comfort his wife, but there were too many prying eyes in the room. He just played it cool and ushered Ann to the direction of the trio sitting on the sofa.

Jeff introduced her to everyone; "the first one is the gentleman sitting on the far end of the sofa his name is Albert Tan he is the CEO of Tan Corporation," "nice to meet you!" He shook her hand but held it for a while longer.

Ann felt it in her bones that there was something wrong the way he looked at her then looked at the woman sitting next to him curiously.

The second one that Jeff introduced to her was the young girl about her age, beautiful and slender with very soft milky white skin just like that woman "her Mother" Ann was wondering what their relationship is with each other, they have a lot of similarities 'is she her daughter?' Ann thought.

The introduction was very brief. Ann found out that her name is Claudia, she's CEO Tans' daughter from his first marriage so, technically, she does not have any blood relations with her Mother; Claudia is her step-sister by law.

Lastly, the anticipated introduction with her mother, first she didn't want to even shake hands with her, but she did not have any choice, so she touched the extended hand very lightly and then let go very quickly. The atmosphere in the whole room was strained.

The other side of the room Lea and Roland were watching anticipating what was going to happen next.

Now that you know each other, I'd like to introduce our new spokesperson for the whole company:

"Ann Wen," everyone applauded except for Claudia who was still upset because she didn't get the contract as the new spokesperson of the company.

'You just wait, copycat, the contract will fall into my hands along with Ceo Go, you're a nobody and will stay a nobody until the end' Claudia was daydreaming and looking straight at Jeff as if she wanted to eat him alive.

Sophia saw all this, and she had a feeling that Claudia will create a problem for everyone, including her and especially to her biological daughter, she will need to watch this kid closely.

Once the introduction was over Jeff got up and informed everyone that they had a reservation in one of the most prestigious restaurants in the city, requested for everyone to join him and continue where they left off. Everyone agreed, except for Ann.

"Excuse me, CEO Go, may I speak with you for a moment thank you!" Ann asked nonchalantly.

Jeff agreed to her request then ordered Ronald to take everyone to the restaurant, and they will follow suit in a little bit.

Sophia was hesitant to leave at first because she wanted to have a moment with Ann. 'Oh well, she will talk to her later when they arrive at the restaurants' she then got up and started heading to the door followed by the father and daughter and Leah and Ronald.

Jeff couldn't wait for everyone to leave. As soon as they stepped out of his office; Jeff turned Ann around grabbed her by her waist and put her in a tight embrace.

He started kissing her softly at first, then deeper-deeper and more in-depth, he couldn't get enough of her. He wanted to take her right there,

Unfortunately, someone might walk in on them, so he just went to the second option he grabbed her pulled her to the couch and set her in his lap snuggled with her and started kissing her behind her ears her neck her shoulder.

Ann couldn't think straight due to what Jeff was doing to her he was making her hot and she wanted more. "Jeff stop, please we need to talk."

"Okay, talk! What do you want to talk about?"

"I want to know what the relationship is between those people and your company. Why were they here with you when I arrived?" Ann asked Jeff seriously

"To be honest with you, it's a very long story, and there's too much detail that we can't get into it right now. Please wait until we get home tonight and I will tell you everything, alright!"

Jeff continued kissing her collarbone, the back of her neck her earlobes then back down above her cleavage then stopped right in the middle where he could see two mountains trying to peek out of her dress.

'What does he mean by that? We will talk later when we get home? What home? Whose home? He's doesn't seriously think we're going to be living together, does he? We need to talk about this too, he better not be getting the wrong idea' Ann couldn't think straight due to what Jeff was doing to her.

Jeff had stopped what he was doing to Ann, a while back and was looking at his wife lovingly.

Suddenly a call came from Lea telling her that they were waiting for them so they can start eating.

She was embarrassed to the max even though they did not do anything wrong.
