Hogwarts Diary: Snape Goes Crazy

Chapter 504 Dumbledore’S Funeral

All classes have been suspended and exams have been postponed. Some students have been picked up by their parents, and some are still at school waiting for Dumbledore's funeral to end before leaving.

There were also many people in the school, many of whom came from other places to attend Dumbledore's funeral.

Monsieur Nicolème also came.

He also had some disputes with Vesey about this. He wanted to take Vesey back to the manor, but Vesey refused.

"You will die if you stay here. If you still recognize me as a teacher, you should leave with me immediately. Believe me, they will definitely win, and you just need to wait..."

Vesey shook her head firmly.

"Teacher, I know you are worried about my life, but when everyone is working hard, how can I stay in the manor and protect myself?"

"But you will die..."

"Teacher, death is a scary adventure, but some things are more important than this kind of adventure. If I die, then let me die!"

Nicoléme was so angry that he was speechless as he pointed at her.

He wanted to turn around and leave angrily, but he was worried that something would happen to his primary school student, so he stayed at the school worriedly, looking forward to convincing her.

But Vesey was surprisingly determined.

There was no way that Nicoléme could force her to take her back.

Seeing Nico Flamel's worried face, Vesey hesitated for a moment before telling her about her relationship with the souls of Voldemort's relatives.

Nick Flamel had more on his mind.

If Voldemort had explored Vesey's soul before, he might have also read the diary.

Now that I have read the diary, it is unlikely that he killed Vesey.

So as long as this stupid kid doesn't commit suicide, he won't die.

He hesitated for a long time and finally agreed to let Vesey stay.

"I will close the manor and only you can come in.

In addition, I will only stay in the manor for one year. If you haven't killed him within one year, I will take you away!"

Nicoléme said seriously.

According to the diary, the war ended in only one year. If the situation was different from what was written in the diary, then he would not agree to Vesey coming out again.

Although he also understood that if Vesey didn't want to, he couldn't take her away.

But unless he said something, he couldn't suppress this anger at all.

Why did Dumbledore die now?

He also wrote a letter to Dumbledore in advance, asking him to pay attention to the situation, but he still died.

It really makes people worry that the ending in the diary will never change.

Apart from arguing with Nick Flamel about whether to come to school, Vesey spent the rest of her time with Harry and the others.

Everyone is seizing the time to spend time with friends and loved ones. Everyone understands that these days are numbered.

One afternoon, Harry and Qiu Zhang finally stopped kissing, and Vesey suddenly said: "Brother, I forgot to tell you something.

Harry looked over quickly.

"What is it? Something about RAB?"

Vesey shook his head.

"I don't know about him. I'm just wondering why Regulus's body is in that cave?"

That night, Vesey handed Regulus' body to Sirius.

Of course he knew his own brother Sirius. After feeling sad for a while, he took Regulus back and buried him.

He thought Regulus' body had rotted away!

Harry thought of Sirius' description of Regulus and said softly:

"Silly girl, don't think about these things. I know you sympathize with Regulus, but he is a Death Eater. It's normal for Death Eaters to go there, isn't it?

He definitely turned into an Inferi on purpose to help Voldemort guard that place. I think this is a normal idea for those crazy Death Eaters.

Harry looked at Vesey worriedly.

Afraid that she would think it was her fault again.

Dumbledore's death, Harry thought, had done a lot of damage to Vesey.

Although they all knew that Snape's killing of Dumbledore had nothing to do with Vesey. He was deliberately framing Vesey, but Vesey took it seriously.

No matter how they comforted her, she still felt a little self-conscious.

Thinking that she was too weak, if she were stronger, she could defeat Voldemort and then save Dumbledore.

Or, if she refused when Dumbledore asked her to leave, would it allow Dumbledore to survive?

Harry thought she was just a silly girl.

How could she refuse Dumbledore's request?

She was just doing something Dumbledore asked her to do that clearly had nothing to do with her.

"Keep in mind that Snape is lying to you. He is working with Voldemort to make you feel uncomfortable. Don't be fooled!"

Harry said loudly.

The students passing by were startled.

Vesey smiled apologetically at them, and then said:

"Speaking of Professor Snape... Snape, I've always wanted to tell you that he is the Half-Blood Prince.

When I was in first grade, I saw the Half-Blood Prince book. The professor said it was his. I didn't tell you because I wanted you to get involved with him..."

Harry was in a daze.

The book Half-Blood Prince seems like it was a distant year ago.

When he went to hunt down Snape before, Snape had told him that the Half-Blood Prince was him, but now that Vesey had revealed this fact again, he couldn't help but feel sad.

When he was talking about Vesey and Dumbledore surrendering their trust to Snape, he didn't even notice that he had also surrendered all his trust to Snape.

He couldn't believe that the half-blood prince who had been with him for a year, the half-blood prince whom he had considered a friend, was actually a murderer.

Neither of them spoke, and Harry covered his face.

The next morning.

Dumbledore's funeral was held on this day.

Everyone wore black robes. Professor McGonagall specially made the position of principal vacant. She was obviously the acting principal now, but she still didn't want to take that position.

When they finished eating, Professor McGonagall took them to the lake.

There were already many chairs there, and she asked them to sit down one by one.

Vesey was sitting next to Cassandra.

Cassandra held her hand as if Vesey had disappeared as soon as she let go.

Vesey actually wanted to yawn under the hot sunshine and then lie down on the deck chair and take a nap.

But there were so many people, so of course it was impossible for her to do this, so she buried her face in Cassandra's arms.

Then she played a funny movie in her mind. The scene was too heavy and she wanted to laugh.

Perhaps because her shoulders twitched from time to time, Cassandra thought she was crying (haha, Zhao Hao), so she patted her back carefully, lowered her eyes and kissed her hair.

"||It will pass eventually, everything will be fine..."

She comforted him softly, but it wasn't until the funeral was over that Vesey finally crawled out of her arms.

Her eyes were filled with tears of laughter.

"It's okay, I'm fine, I'll be fine soon, don't worry!"

She laughed.

Then he ruffled Cassandra's hair.

"I'm gone, and I don't know what will happen next, but I want to kill him. If one day, I need you, will you help me?"

Cassandra tucked the hair that had fallen around her face behind her ears and nodded gently.

"I always wish you wanted me more, it's my pleasure, my friend."

She lifted up her skirt and bowed lightly.

Vesey blushed, and after Cassandra walked away, she scratched her hair in embarrassment.

"How should I respond to Slytherin's salute like this? I didn't think about it for a long time. Will you think I'm rude?"
