Help! I'm In Love With A Liar

I rushed towards the door giggling and he abruptly opened his eyes. I pushed open the door, blowing him a kiss. He was grinning from ear to ear. He pretended to catch the kiss and put it in his shirt pocket.

I wanted to devote more time to him. But, I had so many things piled up, in my agenda; I rushed out of the room. I was sprinting towards the porch joyously and instantaneously, everything blanked out.

"What happened to me?" I questioned, struggling to get up from the bed.

"You just over exerted yourself, the doctor inferred," my mom replied, sounding anxious.

"All thanks to Amelia," I chuckled. Everybody in the room was contented to see my conventional, joke cracking mode. I struggle to get down from the bed.

"You take rest, dear," my dad suggested, holding my hand.

"I am fine dad. Trust me," I reassured him.

"Don't worry uncle, we will not leave her alone now," appeased my friend. I looked at her and noticed Wang was standing next to her. I looked at him and he forced a smile on his face. He looked perturbed.

"Exactly uncle, you go ahead. We all are there with her," validated the other friend.

I glanced at the time. I had passed out for good long, ten minutes.

The wedding ceremonies had initiated. I had to admit, looking at my sister all decked up as a bride, made me cry somewhere deep in my heart. Between all the fun and fights, we both had grown up so fast. In another few years, I too will get married somewhere and leave my parents. Oh! Not somewhere, I will have to go to Beijing, I corrected myself and a smile appeared on my face.

I had to be present on the stage for most of the time, so I could not spend much time with Wang. I was craving for another lone moment with him.

The rituals had started and most of the visitors had already left. Only the close relatives and friends were attending them. All my friends also stayed back to be with me, including Wang. The rituals commenced and everybody got busy.
