Help! I'm In Love With A Liar

I was just 18 years old, when I joined the college, and now I am 24, when I suddenly plan to pen down my story. In another exactly two months, comes the day when I am getting married. This speculation reverses me, to ponder at what I have learnt in these past 6 years. Love is not about staying together for whole life. Whatever time you get with the person you love, make the most of it.

So, coming back to the second year of my graduation, this was the year when my life took an entertaining turn. This was the year, of making new friends every day. I didn't know much about most of them, but they were friends who were divided in different groups. Some were friends from economics class while others from English class. Some were friends who met during lunch while some, met me at the dinner. The closest friend was my roommate Chunhua, with whom I shared economics class, lunch, dinner and a close bond.

The results of our first semester were out and I scored pretty well in all subjects apart from, economics. This was the historic moment in my life, when I decided that I needed extra coaching for this subject. This added to another group of friends 'the coaching friends'! What was different about this set of friends was that this group had guys too, from different colleges. The coaching was on alternate days but our teacher, Mrs. Feng Mian was generous enough to give us coaching passes for each day. So, one day was coaching for us while the next day was an illegal day out, frolic for us.

The best part of the day was always the coaching, which was more of delectation and less of studies. The coaching started with the roadside readymade snacks and ended with a Baskin Robbins ice-cream. The gate pass limit was till 7pm and it was always a race till the college gate to reach at dot 7 pm, not a minute early and not a minute dilatory. I literally begged Chunhua to join the coaching with me, but she refused since she had topped in economics and reckoned it to be useless. In a month of span, I made many new friends- Changying, Sophia, Wang, Biyu, John and Sam.
