“What nonsense are you talking about?”

Alexandra glanced at Kaiden awkwardly and changed the topic immediately. “Are you done eating? Get Kaiden’s stuff upstairs if you’re done. Are you expecting him to take so many things upstairs all by himself?”

“It’s fine, I can do it.”

Kaiden rejected casually as he placed his cutlery down. Then, he went to grab the shopping bags and walked upstairs.

He finally witnessed what grandeur and luxury meant when he entered the bedroom on the first floor.

Alexandra glanced at the empty room and said, “Just make do with this first. The closet is too empty now, they will rearrange the room when your clothes arrive. They’ll get to your requests one by one if you have any.”

“Do you want to view the rooms upstairs? Jaz and Von’s bedrooms are up there, you can take care of each other after this.”

Kaiden nodded. “Sure, I’ve never visited a girl’s room before!”

He could not imagine how the sisters’ rooms would look like, especially because of their distinguished styles.

He followed Alexandra to the second floor but none of the girls were in their respective huge rooms.

“Those brats must be in the basement playing games. Fine, we will not visit today, you’ll see them eventually anyway.”

Alexandra was exasperated and the two of them returned to the first floor.

Alexandra helped Kaiden to sort out his clothes from his luggage in the room patiently. He still had many pieces of clothing although she already helped him to sort out a lot.

She smoothed out the wrinkles of a shirt and said, “Our basement is our entertainment area. We have a gaming room, a pool, and KTV. You can go there to have fun if you’re bored.”

“Alright, sure.”

“I’ll hang all your shirts here. I’ve folded your pants and placed them in the small drawer there. This drawer is for shoes and socks, shoes on the left, socks on the right. I’ve compartmentalized them.”

“Alright. Thanks, Alex,” thanked Kaiden.

Alexandra who usually did not do any housework, took off her light jacket immediately because she was sweating from all the tossing around. Her shirt drenched with sweat stuck onto her skin, revealing her curvaceous figure.

Kaiden’s gaze on Alexandra’s back hesitated for a split second before he turned away and continued passing his clothes to her.

They sorted out the items from his luggage, leaving only his undergarments.

His clothing and shoes custom made from high-end branded stores were still intact in their respective packaging because he did not have the time to unbox them after they were sent over.

Alexandra carried the boxes and said, “Send them to my room, I’ll clean them for you for hygienic purposes. You should change your underwear once a day, but I don’t think that I have to tell you this. You can pass your dirty underwear to the housekeepers if you’re too lazy to wash them.”

“I did Jaz and Luna’s underwear when Mom was not around because I was worried that the housekeepers wouldn’t clean them well enough. These are intimate apparels, we have to keep in mind of hygiene.”

Kaiden nodded. There was no reason for him to refuse since she was willing to help.

Once again, he got a glimpse of the riches’ lavish lifestyle when he was moving the boxes into Alexandra’s bedroom!

Her bedroom was twice the size of his room on the first floor and he could pick up a faint and fresh floral scent the moment he pushed the door open. He guessed that the perfume was not the easily acquired type.

The closet under the white lights was fully hung with clothing and countless accessories. She has at least five of the same sweater of different colors and her high heels were piling on the floor.

The balcony out the French window was fully hung with underwear. Kaiden could tell that Alexandra would not allow others to help when it comes to objects put near her skin.

“What an exquisite woman!” Kaiden muttered to himself, astonished.

“What did you say?”

Alexandra appeared behind him all of a sudden.

She then closed the French windows and pressed on the automatic curtain system button.

“What are you looking at? Don’t you know that you shouldn’t look at a woman’s personal items?”

Kaiden nodded in embarrassment. “Alex, I…I should go back to my room!”

He felt uncomfortable being in a room with a woman.

“Unbox all these for me first. I always hated to remove packagings, especially gift boxes like these.”

“Alex, they’re all done. Where should I put these useless boxes?”

He glanced around but he did not notice a bin in the room.

‘Does she usually not have any trash?’

“Just throw them into the garbage room,” replied Alexandra without turning.

‘Garbage room?’

“Where is it?”

“…”

Alexandra only remembered that Kaiden was new and unfamiliar with the villa yet.

“Forget it, you’re done here, go play. I’ll ask the housekeepers to get rid of these!”

Finally getting released, Kaiden fled back to his room swiftly and closed the door. He washed up and stared at himself in the mirror.

“Thank God I didn’t blush, that would be so embarrassing!”
