Xiaochun: Female. The undergraduate major is English, studied MBA, worked as a sales and trainer in the top 500 companies, and is now a professional manager. For many years, white-collar workers in foreign companies have a lot of work experience, but writing a book for the first time in his life is a literary dream in high school.

The Creed of Life: Read ten thousand books, travel thousands of miles, and listen to thousands of words.

These years of experience basically follow this credo. I love reading history books and management books. Although my family is not full of sweat, there are many books. I love walking around the world with my suitcase, and my feet tickle without going out for months. Over the past few years, I have walked more than a dozen countries and regions. Love to make friends with people, friends all over a dozen countries.

In July 2007, after long thinking, I quit my last job. White-collar workers in foreign companies are usually bright and powerful, but they can't withstand complicated personnel disputes. Years of hard work, but no time to stop and think about what kind of life I want? The result I want to understand is to resign, take it easy, and carry my suitcase to do my favorite things.

I met someone with the best car skills I have ever seen online. Coupled with another girl, we drove along China's Scenic Road 318 National Road, took the southern Sichuan-Tibet line to Tibet, and the China-Nepal Highway to Nepal, and then returned to Tibet to go to Ali. The Xinzang line bumped all the way to Kashgar and Hotan. Cross the Taklamakan Desert Highway to Kuche. Then Ili, go north to Kanas, and turn around in Xinjiang to Urumqi.

This is by far my most difficult, highest altitude and longest travel experience. The whole lap lasted two months. During this period, I experienced several times of danger. At an altitude of 4,800 meters, the car was stuck in a swamp. In Ali, drive during the day and repair the car at night. On the Xinzang line, the throttle line was disconnected because the road was too upset. So, sitting in the co-pilot's seat, I pulled out the throttle line to cooperate with our friend who was a special car driver, and arrived in Kashi all the way.

The visual feast for two months was amazing. And the biggest gain that this tour brought me is this "Let's live up to life".

It was mid-August at that time, and we spent a whole day from Hotan to Qimo, crossing the 550-kilometer Taklimakan Desert Highway, and it was more than ten o'clock in the evening to reach Kuqa. My friends originally did not have a Kuqa station in the itinerary, I asked to go, because Kuqa was the most important country in the 36 countries of the ancient Western Region-Qiuci. Because Guizi has one of the most prestigious people-Kumarajiva.

(More than nine o'clock in the evening, because of the time difference, the sky is still very bright. The edge of the Taklimakan desert, the endless Gobi, the Xiaguang is extremely beautiful.)

Arrange freely the next day. I got up early in the morning and couldn't wait to charter a car to the Subash site, 20 kilometers away from Kuche County. According to the history book, Queli Temple, Xuan Zang is translated as Zhaolili Temple.

The site is very large, with the Tongchang River as the boundary, divided into the east and west areas. The distant Tianshan Mountains stretched to the horizon beyond the blue sky under the blue sky. In the summer morning, there was still some chill. There were very few people visiting the ruins. I stepped on the gravel alone and wandered through the ruins thousands of years ago. The earth walls are tall and solemn, and one can imagine how grand the scale was at that time.

When Xuan Zang travelled west to Guizi, this largest temple in the Western Region was at its heyday, with tens of thousands of monks. Two hundred years before him, one of the most famous monks in the Western Regions had hosted here. Because of this monk, the ancient country name "Guzi" added more meaning. The "New Silk Road" series filmed by CCTV in 2006 introduced a series of "A Man's Turtle" for this monk.

I like the last shot of this documentary: an old man guarding the Subash site picks up a stone. This stone was picked up by Kumorosh before 1650.

After swimming in the Subashi in the morning, I went to Kuqa Old Town. Before going to the Qizi Museum, I finally found the ancient walls of Qiuzi. An old Uyghur man opened a courtyard door for me, and the broken soil wall appeared in front of me. In the noonday sun, the earth wall was covered by the surrounding branches, glowing with a golden halo. This is the city wall of the Ming Dynasty, more than 500 years, only a few meters long.

The Guizi Museum has a detailed introduction to the ancient country of Qiuz. The most precious is the language of the tortoise, the Spitfire, and the bones of women who were found in the Subash site more than a thousand years ago. The skull was obviously pressed. This is a testament to the custom that Xuan Zang said in "The Story of the Western Regions of the Tang Dynasty" that "his vulgar sons bear their heads with wood and want their plaques to pass on". The tortoise family uses flat heads as status symbols, which is also an interesting exotic custom.

Out of the Guizi Museum, walk into the alleys of the old city. The masonry paved road and the typical Uyghur courtyards on both sides have not changed for hundreds of years. At noon the sun is dazzling, the sky in southern Xinjiang is always so high, and the alleys are quiet and peaceful. Suddenly the heart became calm, and the impetuousness of infection in the city felt instantly meaningless. The labyrinthine alleyway, walking and walking, suddenly shook to a lively street, and there was actually a large bazaar in front of me.

I bought a piece of naan and sat down on the street and nibbled slowly. The donkey car walked slowly, with a family on the car. The women wore headscarves, Uyghur men wore little flower hats, and the expression on their faces was so serene. A small shop selling bronzes, flower hats, and fruits, without shouting, the shopkeeper took a cold bath under the tree in twos and threes. There are some trances. If the time goes back two hundred years, no, five hundred years, if you remove the roadside poles, does everything change much?

The next day we continued on the road, along State Road 217 to Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves in Baicheng. Across the Tianshan along the way, often traveling between the canyons. The maroon mountain is very magnificent. The road between these canyons is also an ancient road along the Silk Road. I imagined that businessmen from all over the world would march in the canyon, and the camel bells lingered and echoed on the clear blue sky.

In front of the Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves is a bronze statue of Master Kumorosh. I have seen photos of this statue in the travel book before, very impressed by the master's style. Now I can see with my own eyes that my heart is surging for no reason. I stayed in Kuche for the past two days, and I have been in an inexplicable sense.

This statue shows his appearance between 30 and 40 years old. Bend your knees on one leg and place your right hand on your knee. Wearing a half-shouldered turtle-shaped monk's clothes, she is slender and thin, wise and open-minded between her brows. Reminiscent of his noble origin, he had a long life, and his bumpy life was stunned.

After coming out of the Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves, I have been meditating. This monk who has made a significant contribution to the spread of Buddhism in Central Plains has translated many scriptures to the present day. His mother is Princess Guizi and his father is Tianzhu Brahmin. At the age of seven, he entered the Buddhist temple with his mother. His IQ and savvy are high, and he became famous in the Western Regions when he was young. In the first half of his life, he enjoyed glory in the tortoise of the nation.

His fate took a big turn after Lu Guangxi's expedition. Lu Guang forced him to marry his wife and took him to the Central Plains, but left idle. Until seventeen years later, he was invited to Chang'an by Yao Xing to set up a translation field and translate Buddhist scriptures. We are familiar with the "Vajra Sutra", "Miao Falian Hua Jing", "The Vimalakirti Sutra", etc., are his translations. The beautiful text, simple and complex, and the catchy rhythm are the reasons why his scriptures are still widely circulated in 1650.

What did he go through in the chaotic world of the 16 countries? Marrying a wife and having children, he was forced to accept the ten palace tricks sent by Yao Xing. He said in the note of "The Vimalakirti Sutra": "For example, the plateau land does not have lotus flowers, and the humiliated silt is the flower." All troubles are like this. For example, if you don’t go to the giant sea, you can’t get priceless orbs. If you don’t enter the troubled sea, you can’t get all the treasures.” This is clearly his monologue.

After I came back, I checked a lot of information, and I was more and more moved by him. I hope that there is indeed a woman who loves him and accompanies him through the troubled world, supporting him to complete the mission of spreading the Dharma. So, I arranged for a modern woman to go through the millennium and experience the dark age with him from a modern perspective. Since I was writing real historical characters, I dare not joke that all the characters and background are well documented, hoping to restore the Western Regions, Guizi, and the complex owls of the Sixteen Kingdoms as much as possible.

In October 2007, the serialization of "Let's live up to the law" from Jinjiang Original Online was started.
