Hmmm, I wonder when big brother will wake up? The human females are somewhat entertaining but they aren't the same. Sigh. I don't like the look of this new female either, although she does smell kinda tasty. I wouldn't mind trying maybe just a finger, I wonder if big brother will kill her so I can have a snack?

I feel kinda sleepy, big brothers blood is slowly changing me, I can feel it. Big sister said big brother will be in for a surprise, I wonder why? YAWN. Hmm, I think I will sleep for a bit.

(Hunter POV)

Wow, I'm tired. It only took us what three hours to finally get to wave ten. It's been a real pain. After the fourth wave we started to lose ants and spiderlings. We lost the cousins Allen and Steven on the sixth wave, Andrew on the seventh. Sandra and Jacklyn made it to the eighth. Most of the spiders and ants have died. Ruby still has her three main guards defending her and about a dozen or so others. Camille on the other hand is left with only the other two tier 1 spiders. I dont think were gonna make it passed this wave to be honest, were pretty beaten up with Brandon looking the worst. Chunks of flesh have been torn off his body from his arms to his legs.

After the roaches we had to fight snakes, cats, birds, a few reptiles. If the animals weren't bad enough they also moved up from goblins and gnolls to draconians and elves. We even fought off lamia on the last wave but this wave really is a back breaker. Trolls, we have to fight bloody type 6 trolls. Considering none of us humans are even type 4 yet the fact that we didn't instantly die is amazing. Type 6 is pretty much the peak of tier 1 and apparently trolls are pretty near the top of the food chain. Each one is about three meters tall and seems to be on steroids. Their arms about the size of a tree.

Than after looking past how mean they look let's talk about how hard it is to kill them. Skin as thick as leather and so resilient that my machete is useless, only my nails can tear it and getting up close has left me with a few close shaves with death, Worst part is even if you manage to injure them they just heal up almost as if taunting you. Wave ten consisted of fifty type 6 trolls and we whittled that number down to fifteen but it isn't looking great.

Derek already died from getting his chest caved in from a punch he couldn't dodge. The ants were slaughtered and only Ruby and Crixus are left, but they are kinda just running and dodging right now. Camille is left with only the other type of tier 1 spider, Legolas was killed within the first few minutes after they torn his legs off and stomped him to death.

Erik and Max are even worse, grins like demons. Max still seems like Max maybe just a bit more uninhibited but Erik, I don't recognise him. He is giving off a completely different vibe once this wave started. Half of the troll deaths are from him. The two of them are supporting Brandon the best they can but they are surrounded.

What am I doing you might wonder, well I'm kinda in the middle of riding a troll right now. How did I wind up in this situation you might ask, well it's actual a really short story. While in the middle of running around trying not to die this troll I'm riding. I'll call him jimmy for the hell of it, so jimmy launched a punch that almost took me out and to dodge it I wound up running up his arm and now I'm using my nails to hold onto his head while dodging his flailing arms. Why not just jump off you might suggest, well that would be a great idea if there wasn't three other trolls nearby waiting for me to do just that. So in the meantime me and jimmy are getting to know each other real well. My poison should be taking affect and his arms are getting easier to dodge so I hope it's working.

Dam it worked a little to well. Jimmy seems to be at his limit and is falling over. Jimmy your friends aren't waiting any longer, it's been a blast big buddy. With that I ripped the top half of Jimmy's head off. Oh, that angered them. I leap towards a gap and I think I almost made it. Oh wait there's a foot coming towards me, yup this is gonna hurt.

UURRRGGGHHH

Well that blood tasted like crap. Ugh, at least half my ribs are broken. Well I think that's as far as I go this round. Don't worry you ugly bastards, when I tier up I will be back and when I do Imma enjoy ripping you to shreds. The last thing I saw before the world went black was a grayish green fist coming towards my head before bang. Everything went black for a few minutes and then poof I was back in the lobby we started in.

I look around and sure enough everyone was there, even Max, Erik, and Brandon.

"So you guys beat wave 10?"

"Nope, we managed to kill off another four before they finally finished us off. Hang on I just got a message from both leaders. They want to go over what we learned, also Hunter she wants you to play some chess with her in the cafe?"

"Ya, I promised her I would teach her the game. I guess I'll go see Frost and the twins first. See ya guys later."

Log Off

Ugh, my body is stiff. I sit up and do a few stretches before standing up. No one is here but what's that in the corner. It looks like a large white egg, must be about the size of a small child. Did the twins buy something off the forum for a pet? Oh well might as well just go see Ruby and teach her a few games. All limbered back up I lay down again and get comfortable before heading over to the virtual cafe. Once I opened the game option and started to teach her, I couldn't help but notice the shine in her eyes getting brighter. It hurts, please stop with the pure gaze.

(Erik POV)

Well I would say that went well. The two leaders seem to be interested in working together and I found an outlet to let off some steam. All and all today has been a good day. Huh, someone left me a message. Nightshade? Do I know someone with that username. Any ways there is only one way to find out, let's read it.
