Devil's Music

Fifth: The first lion you met? Part 1

When Kamagin and Pymon were giving blessings in real life.

In the dream of continuing to be gentle.

It stood in front of a grey brick building in Tennessee in 1953.

When I looked around, I saw a young foreigner with his eyes wide and nose hanging around his back with a guitar bag. With a dark blonde head, he looked very anxious.

He approached the young man who seemed nervous and asked.

“Sir, what are you doing here? I don't think I've ever seen you before in my life. ”

The blonde boy looks at what he is saying while holding onto his trousers. He was originally a child-loving person, but for some reason, his nervous expression did not seem to be relaxed.

He looked down at the case and said,

“I'm a truck driver.

He's got nothing to do with making a living. ”

Gun lit up his eyes and said,

“You're a truck driver! Wow! Cool. I want to drive a big car, too. ”

The young man shakes his head with a bitter smile.

“I don't think that's a good idea, boy. It may seem cool to be able to drive a big car, but a big car, not a car, is poverty the size of that car. ”

The gun tilts its head and asks.

“Well, my dad has a truck, too. You don't make a lot of money, but you make enough money to make my mom and me and my brother happy. Isn't that you?”

The young man laughed as he dislocated his cute head.

“I see. You don't have to make a lot of money to be happy. I'm learning from you, young man. Actually, I came to buy you something for your mother's birthday. ”

The gun looks up at the man and asks.

“How much do you hesitate to buy a gift? If you don't have enough money to buy a gift, don't you think you should make more? ”

The young man bent one knee, making eye contact with the gun.

“No, the gift I buy is not an expensive gift. I've come to record my song for my mother with the money I've saved up. I want to give you my song LP as a gift. ”

The gun opened its eyes wide and asked.

“Wow, you're a good singer, aren't you? I want to give my mom the song I sang. Would you be happier to spend a lot of money on a gift from a department store? ”

The young man stood up with a smile.

“Yes, it is. You're making me nervous. It's a record I made with my own money, but I felt like a fool for being nervous about what the officials would do if they ignored it. My mother's the one I want to be recognized, not some record label. Thank you, child. What's your name, by the way? ”

Gun smiles brightly at the young man who seems to have regained his confidence.

“Gun. It's about Kim. Mister.”

The young man raised his hand as he opened the door to the gray brick building.

“Yeah, well. One day I'll take you downtown to the world's tastiest hot dog shop. Thank you today."

The young man laughed and shouted as he entered the building.

“Mister! What's your name? ”

The young man walked into the building and said without looking back.

“Elvis. My mother named me Elvis Presley, boy. ”

When I heard the name of the young man who entered the building, I was dumbfounded.

“How can a man who sings music like that be such a young brother?" I mean, Mom said he was dead, but... was it because of a dream? ” ”

Suddenly, the air around the gun swirls like a vortex, and the countryside buildings outside Tennessee falter.

Gun stood still and looked around.

The surrounding city was changing rapidly. An old, low building collapses, a new building is built, but another collapses and a higher building enters. The ground was full of dust and soil, and the asphalt came in, and the riding cowboys disappeared, and the cars went around.

I closed my eyes for a moment to the curious but dizzy landscape.

I closed my eyes but still felt dizzy.

I waited for my dizziness to go away, holding my two fists tightly.

After a while, a clear and cool wind came back.

The gun opens its eyes with deep breaths.

Army Unit of Tampa, Florida, 1957

A man was taking an elongated picture with a manual camera.

Gun looked at the direction the camera was pointing so as not to disturb such a man.

Thousands of soldiers, their families, and lovers were dancing hand in hand. Everyone seemed happy, eating, drinking, and falling in love with music.

The main character of music that makes them happy

I was a young man singing on stage with a big fork guitar.

The dark-brown, black-haired young man was sweating and singing in a wide barrel of trumpet shorts.

In order to get a closer look at the unknown young man, the gun met him.

The young man who saw the incident stopped, startled, and jumped off the stage.

Suddenly, the music stopped, and everyone who was dancing, everyone who was drinking and eating, stopped what they were doing and looked at the young man.

The young man dropped the guitar he was holding and ran up and grabbed a small shoe.

“Gun! Gun, right? Hahaha! When you look like that, you don't see me here! ”

The gun tilted its head while being lifted up in the air by the young man.

“I'm sorry, mister. I don't know you... who are you? ”

And the young man smiled and said,

“Oh, you don't recognize me because my hair is black? Do you remember me? I met Elvis four years ago in front of a Tennessee record label, Gunn. ”

That's when I said I was surprised.

“Elvis? Four years ago? ”

The young man lifted the gun with one arm and took the guitar lying on the floor.

“Yeah, well. Thanks to your courage, I was able to make a record for my mother. I'm now a famous singer because of my relationship with the record player. Haha”

Elvis patted the butt of the case, still staring blankly.

“Let's go to the waiting room. It's not the hot dog I promised you at the time, but it's full of food from the fans. We should give him a chance to express his gratitude.”

I carried the case into the waiting room in Elvis' arms, expressing that I still didn't know what was going on.
