Bro, I Love Him!

Chapter 42:Nate and Nara’s Plan (2)

"Where's Dru?" Nate whispered to Nara.

"I don't know, but I certainly can make sure he's still out monitoring because he said he would prepare for us to leave tomorrow as long as you wanted to come with me."

"Okay."

"Hey! What do you mean to tell me to go home?! Can't you see Dad's still lying here? Why are you even telling me to come with you? And your reasoning doesn't make sense Nate, you don't understand my feelings."

Nara was surprised that Nate suddenly shouted in front of her. Of course, she immediately took a step back and looked at Nate, annoyed.

Couldn't he have coded herself first so she could get ready?

"Sorry, it's a plan. I think Dru was eavesdropping on our conversation," Nate said in a half-whisper.

Inevitably Nara followed Nate's game.

"Dad will be fine, Nara, you trust me. If my exam is over, we can come back here. I need you there. Don't you feel sorry for me alone there?"

"Why should I pity you? You're a boy."

"Come on, Nara, please, if you come with me and help me, then I will help you no matter what."

Hearing this, Nate seemed to be silent for a moment as if giving a pause between the two's conversation.

"Please."

Again those words came out of Nara's mouth while persuading Nate.

"Ish, you're really weird to use those words. Okay, I'll accompany you home."

After saying that, Nate gave a code with his hand as if saying "okay" to Nara, while Nara herself seemed to smile and nodded her head.

Behind the door....

As Nate suspected, it was true that Dru was really eavesdropping behind his bedroom door. The young man was interested in eavesdropping after hearing Nate yell at Nara earlier.

'Tch, the boy succeeded too apparently, I think he failed, I can't help but have to prepare him for their departure tomorrow.' Dru's monologue was right as he carved a satisfied smile.

Dru's relaxed footsteps, he stepped away from the door of Nate's room.

"Slow down, Nate."

"What did I say? Dru has been eavesdropping... just watch the way," Nate whispered, half-whispering to Nara, both of whom were now peering through the gap in the door they opened.

Shortly after, Nate, who was proud of his younger sister who wanted to suppress her emotional feelings regarding her father, immediately hugged his younger sister.

"Thank you, Nara. You want to understand."

Nara nodded her head while smiling at Nate.

"Nate, shouldn't we find out about us too?"

"That's also included in my plan when I get home later, don't worry. I've thought about it before you."

Again, only a nod that Nara can give to Nate.

A young man with a sturdy body and a fierce look on his face looked down slightly when the man in front of him was instructing him.

"How did it take you so long to find him! Didn't I tell you to bring the traitor alive in front of me?" Cale said, slightly shouting at his subordinates.

"Sorry, Mr. Cale, things didn't go according to plan. He tricked us just before the accident that happened on St. Georgia Hill."

"What do you mean? Were you involved in the accident too?" Shocked Cale.

Calmly the young man in front of him said that they were not involved, but they were almost framed to follow the car used by the person they arrested, luckily he realized it so turned around, and as a result, he didn't manage to catch the person Cale was referring to.

Cale took a deep breath and massaged his forehead. Honestly, he felt even more guilty for Sue, as if in front of his daughter, he was a criminal who blindly killed people.

In fact, he still thinks rationally!

"Who is behind it this time? Who persuaded him to defect?" asked Cale.

"here, Mr. Cale," said the young man in front of Cale while handing him a piece of paper that he was holding.

"Damn it!"

"Find Garry ASAP! and you, Roy, I don't want to fail again, be careful with the person behind Garry. He is more cunning than you can imagine."

Roy simply nodded his head and soon said goodbye to Cale to exit the room.

After Roy exited his room, Cale seemed to be sitting down weakly, and his thoughts were forked.

On the one hand, he seemed to be cornered and felt guilty for the only daughter he had. Moreover, his daughter had tasted him, which he didn't, and on the other, he felt disappointed with Garry, who even though he had been treating the young man like any other child he was protecting, it's just that now he has betrayed his own greatest enemy.

Wouldn't that be much more painful for him?

Cale could only massage his forehead where his head felt like it was being stabbed by a needle.

"Sue, can't you believe Dad that the accident wasn't Dad who did it? and who exactly was the person Garry attacked to make Sue so furious?" Cale's monologue slowly tried to think of the interrelationships with each other.

Feeling too dizzy from what was happening, Cale finally chose to lie down on the chair he was sitting on and closed his eyes for a moment to try to calm his emotional self.

"Excuse me, Mr.Louise," Jack whispered in a voice that was different from usual.

As if he didn't hear Jack's call, Louise just stared at his laptop screen blankly.

Jack, who felt Louise's behavior was getting strange in his eyes, finally decided to stop the game and immediately closed the door to Louise's work while stepping closer to Louise.

"Gosh! I thought you were looking at what on your laptop screen it turned out to be the girl who was actually on your laptop screen. Where did you get Nara's photo from?"

Louis's hand reflex covered the screen with his hand.

"Since when have you been here?" Louis was surprised to find Jack already beside him.

Jack just smiled at the nervousness of Louis, who seemed like a child making a mistake in front of his parents.

"A few minutes ago, it's your fault that you didn't hear my call when I came in here," Jack whispered as he stepped his foot to sit on the bench in front of Louis.

Louis took a deep breath. He himself honestly realized that he was out of focus and more interested in the photo he put on his laptop wallpaper.

"I miss her Jack, when do you think she will be back here? Will, she not come back here because her father is still being cared for there?"

"You lovebird, after toying with many women, you finally fell for a woman."

"Hey! Don't make fun of me like that," Louis snorted angrily at Jack.

Jack just chuckled at Louis's words in front of him.

"Careful karma Louis, I'm afraid you get dumped this time."

The reflex of Louis' hand throwing his pen right at Jack's head.

"Shhh… it hurts, Mr. Louis, I'm just worried about you."

'Is it true that I would be like that?' Louis's monologue was getting influenced by Jack's words.
