Bro, I Love Him!

Chapter 38:Ambiguous

Dru and Ed were walking toward Nara and Nate, who were in front of Craige's ward.

"Why are you outside? Shouldn't you be inside accompanying Mom?" Ed asked Nate and Nara too.

Neither of them answered immediately but closed their mouths tightly.

"Were you calling someone earlier? Who were you calling?" asked Dru this time.

Again, the two of them were silent at each other, trying to cover up what was happening.

For a moment, Nate tried to look at Nara, who was beside him. Nate's eyes gaze seemed to be asking what to answer this time.

Nara slightly shook her head slowly in response to Nate because she herself didn't know what to do in a pinched condition like this.

"Ah ... that, I was about to call you, we were about to catch up, but when I saw that you had come, of course, I didn't call."

Dru and Ed simultaneously nodded their heads to confirm Nara's words that sounded reasonable.

"Are you thirsty already?" asked Ed this time as he handed over Nara's favorite drink that he remembered.

"Thank you, you are the best," said Nate, following his younger sister's habits.

"So only Ed is the best? Then what about me? Aren't me the best for you?" Dru asked, pretending to sulk to Nate, who he thought was Nara.

Nate looked at Dru and pretended to think, but before long, he gave Dru a thumbs up and told Dru and Ed that his two brothers were the best.

"What about me?" softly Nara suddenly did not want to be left behind.

"Mmm ... I considered," Nate whispered suddenly while teasing Nara.

He wanted to know what Nara would say if he said so. Is Nara going to turn back into herself again, or keep her acting as Nate because so far, Nara has often made many mistakes in playing each other's roles.

"Hey! You're annoying. Shouldn't you comfort me with your sweet words just like to Ed and Ka Dru?" softly annoyed Nara.

Suddenly Nate laughed hearing Nara's answer. Not only Nate but Ed and Dru also laughed at what Nara said.

Really according to them, what Nara did, it can be said that it is a rare thing.

"I don't know if you can sulk out of jealousy if Nara says a word like that to us," Dru said casually to Nara, who is still in Nate's body.

She wanted to scream and tell her Brother that she was not Nate as Dru and Ed thought, but was Nara, the girl who had been loved and cared for by her siblings.

"Okay, I think I just got carried away," softly Nara, finally trying to hold back her emotions, which are actually still passionate about telling the truth that in reality cannot be revealed until now.

Ed, Dru, and also Nate just nodded their heads at what Nara said. After all, it really doesn't matter if Nate is what they think will act like that. It's just that it seems extraordinary.

"Come in. I think Mom is also waiting for this drink," said Nate, pointing to the cup Ed was still holding.

"I think so."

Sue's car went fast like a racer. Her heart was racing to blame herself and blame the people who she thought deserved responsibility for what happened to Craige.

How could Sue really be sure? Isn't it not clear from the CCTV that Ed got, and the car plate that was recorded was a fake number plate, right?

It didn't take long for Sue to arrive at a magnificent residence, with many guards around the house.

Many people dressed in black greeted the girl from a distance, and of course, they did not greet her directly but bowed half of their body to Sue, and only Sue replied with a wave of her hand.

Bam!

"Where is Mr. Cale?" asked Sue hastily.

None of the servants in front of Sue dared to answer. Even when Sue asked the person the servants meant, she lowered her head.

"Odet, did you hear my question? Where is Mr. Cale?"

Odet momentarily stared at the far behind Sue, but after that the girl shook her head in response to Sue.

"Odet?"

"Can't you call me right? I'm your father and nobody else, dear."

Thump!

Sue turned her gaze directly behind her.

"Who is your target this time?"

That question was precisely what the girl asked Cale for the first time. Cale frowned in confusion. He never expected or thought that Sue would return to his house. Instead, She asked about his job and did not welcome him warmly.

"Wait ... what do you mean? Why do you suddenly ask like that? Shouldn't you be a small talk or do spoiled things to your parents like other girls. Moreover, you just set this house back after almost seven months you didn't come home at all?" Cale said at length as if complaining to his daughter.

"Mr. Cale, who is your target this time? Didn't I tell you that I hate you if I find you doing the same thing I found before?"

Thump!

Cale's eyes were slightly rounded. Anxiousness suddenly swept through his heart. He didn't expect to hear the sentence he wanted to stay away from.

"What do you mean? I didn't—"

"St. Georgia Hill, you did it, didn't you? " asked Sue, who cut off the rebuttal from Cale.

The servants, who had been not far from Sue and Cale, slowly began to distance themselves from the two house owners, as the unwritten rules of the house were to close their eyes, cover their ears tightly and not interfere with the privacy of the family.

If previously Cale had insisted on refuting what Sue said, now Cale is slowly digging up information about the extent to which Sue got the information that the girl had.

"It doesn't matter. The most important thing is I want to know the truth."

Cale massaged his forehead lightly. This is what he doesn't want. He doesn't want the daughter he loves to be involved.

"Thief and traitor."

Sue frowned in confusion. She couldn't conclude anything from Cale's seemingly ambiguous words and a refusal.

"It's not me, but me."

" Arggh, Mr. Cale. Don't confuse me! "

"Call me Dad," Cale said in a voice that sounded cold compared to before. "Don't interfere. Until now, I can only tell you what I said before. I think you're smart enough to conclude it because you're my daughter," Cale continued before leaving Sue full of confusion over Cale's ambiguous statement.
