Bride of the Dragon Emperor

"Sir, pardon me but the young lady.." the doctor lowered his head with a gloom on his face. The man in red robes was struck. He lowered his head in disbelief.

No! It cant be. His gaze turned at the frail young lady lying in the bed. His daughter.... His prescious daughter, she cant be dead, she is just too young to die.

The man in red robes fell on his knees while sobbing.

My poor daughter, this is all his fault. He didnt pay much attention to his daughter's security.

If only he has tightened the security around his daughter earlier, this should'nt have happened to her.

"Please save her! Please doctor! " the man in red robes pleaded.

No! My daughter is still breathing, she has to be saved. She has to!

The doctor kneels on the ground.

"Great general! Young miss' body is already weak before the accident and her, falling on the water just worsen her condition. Her pulse is getting weaker. Im afraid we-"

"Noo! " the man in red robes cried in agony.

Seeing this, The doctor even lowered his head on the ground.

"This servant is in capable, this servant should be punished"

The news of the second lady's condition brought the whole general's household in sadness and you can hear countless cries everywhere.

Despite of her sickly condition, their young lady is very smart & a good person. She treated every people around her as her friend and family, even the servants.

So in return, the people in the general's household treats her with respect.

On the other hand, Hera suddenly felt weird.

She is starting to regain her consiousness as she hears sobs and cries from people around her.

What's happening? She ask to herself.

In her mind, She recalls everything that happened before she got in the situation.

She clearly remembers that she was seriously hit by a car.

She's certain she was dead.

But why is she hearing something?

Perhaps, the afterlife? She thinks to herself.

Thats the only possible reason why she's hearing things. Perhaps, she's in the place called afterlife.

Hera was struck when an unknown hand reaches hers.

The man holding her hand suddenly speak. "My prescious daughter, father is very sorry for being unable to protect you *sobs* my only daughter!! *sobs* *cries*"

Hera was dumbstruck.

Questions are now appearing into her mind. She was completely confused.

What's happening?

Why is this unknown man calling me daughter?
