Arranged Marriage : I'm destined to love you

When Chen Xixi had awaken, she realized that her husband had already went to work. He didn't woke her up on purpose to let her sleep more. Alice prepared a nourishing meal for Chen Xixi and her fetus after she came out from her room.

Alice prepared a lot of food for Chen Xixi, she couldn't finish the food with Alice so she decided to pack lunch for Bai Hao Yun as she didn't have any arrangement on that day. Betty saw Chen Xixi coming out from a cab holding a lunchbox.

"Xixi, I thought you aren't coming today?" Betty looked at her surprisingly.

"I was bored at home and there's extra lunch so, I thought of sending some to Hao Yun." Chen Xixi replied.

"Aww~ That's so sweet of you. Coming all the way here just to send lunch for boss on your day off. You guys must be very in love." Betty said with a subtle envious tone.

"Yes we are. He take care of my needs pretty well so I must be nice to him too." Chen Xixi replied.

"I am so envious of your relationship with Mr Bai. I wish my future man is like Mr Bai too."

"Don't worry. You are so beautiful and nice. One day, you will meet a good man too."

"Aww~ Thank you!."

"Bye Betty. I got to go. The lunch is getting cold." Chen Xixi went to Bai Hao Yun's office after talking with Betty.

Bai Hao Yun saw his wife was coming. "Why are you here? I didn't wake you up for work so that you can rest at home today."

Chen Xixi raised her hand to show Bai Hao Yun the lunchbox she was holding. "See, I brought you lunch today!"

"Hmm, did my wife cook again?" Bai Hao Yun took the lunchbox from her hand and opened it. "Look good and smell delicious too."

"No, I didn't. Aunt Alice cooked a lot of dishes for me today. The both of us couldn't finished it, so I decided to pack the extra portion for you. Aren't your wife thoughtful enough to think of you?"

"Yes you are. Thank you!" Bai Hao Yun patted Chen Xixi's head lightly before he had his lunch. He didn't expected his cute little wife could be so thoughtful.

Bai Hao Yun didn't had much to do after lunch. He was sitting on the couch while reading news on his phone. Chen Xixi took the opportunity to place her head on Bai Hao Yun's lap as she lied down and played with her phone. Bai Hao Yun was rather distracted as Chen Xixi was putting her head on his lap. He placed his phone aside to take a look on his wife.

"Hello, am I your pillow?" Bai Hao Yun asked.

"No."

"Then what am I?"

"You are mine." Chen Xixi covered her face with her hands after replying him.

Bai Hao Yun chuckled. His wife was getting better at flirting. He didn't mind her lying on his lap. He started fidgeting with her hairs as she was playing with her phone.

Betty passed by Bai Hao Yun's office when she was delivering a document. She could see the interactions of Chen Xixi and Bai Hao Yun through the gap of the glass blinds. Bai Hao Yun was the most perfect man she had ever met. He was good looking and wealthy. How nice would it be if she could turned him into hers?

A feeling of guilt rose inside her as saw the tender look on Bai Hao Yun's eyes when he was interacting with Chen Xixi. It seems like he really loves his wife. He didn't even gave Betty the chance to get close to him when she took the initiative. Betty walked away and thought, maybe she should just give up on him. She couldn't bear to tear apart the couple after seeing their way of bonding.

[5 months later]

Bai Hao Yun was ready to work when Chen Xixi was screaming in pain. "Hao Yun, it hurts!" Chen Xixi pressed her hand on her stomach. Bai Hao Yun went towards his wife and asked, "Can you walk?"

Chen Xixi looked weak at the moment, without waiting for her response, Bai Hao Yun carried her into his car and hit the accelerator hard after he helped Chen Xixi to fasten her seat belt. Bai Hao Yun contacted their families when Chen Xixi was sent into the labor room.

Bai Hao Yun kept pacing back and forth after Chen Xixi went into the labor room. After a while, the sound of baby crying was coming from the ward. Everyone surrounded the obstetrician when she came out from the ward. "Congratulations! It's a girl."

Bai Hao Yun rushed into the ward and saw his baby girl was lying peacefully on top of Chen Xixi's chest. "Thank you darling!" Bai Hao Yun planted a kiss on Chen Xixi's forehead and looked at them lovingly.
