An Ton's Journey

The moment I saw this kingdom clearly, was the moment I saw tens and Even hundreds of fishmen swimming in my direction, weapons ready for battle.

Looking as they decided to meet me, I stopped to wait for them to arrive, I didn't want to start unnecessary fight with anyone.

Sitting down on seafloor, I took out a fishtail from my last hunt that I carried on my back, I didn't have enough space in my storage for anything so big, it would be a waste of space.

As I chomped on to the fish, I saw fishmen getting in a formation of some kind, but they didn't surround me, they created a 'wall' that separated me from their Kingdom.

" Who are you giant? Why are you coming this way? " Asked one of them, I think an officer from their army.

"... " I can't really speak underwater, so I didn't know how to respond, so I tried showing them with signs that I couldn't speak underwater.

It took couple of minutes, but they brought some kind of device and encased my head in a bubble full of air, but if took them some time to modify and combine couple of their existing devices to form one big enough.

" Now, can you answer my question? " He asked, after more than an hour.

" Yes, I was just walking randomly on the seafloor, eating some fishies " I said, waving almost finished tail of sea giant.

" And looking at beautiful sights in the sea, when I saw your Vill... Kingdom, and decided to take a closer look. " I replied, almost saying my thoughts about their Kingdom.

" Sorry, but you can't enter our kingdom, you are too big, we wouldn't be able to accommodate you.n" Their commander replied, not touching a subject of me being non fishmen species.

" Oh, that is bad. Then, could I look from outside? I want to see how you managed to create a Kingdom this deep." I said, standing up.

" ... We will have to follow you, so you wouldn't accidentally destroy something " he replied, after thinking a little bit.

Being big is good, no-one is trying to pick a fight with me, except for unintelligent beings.

Being followed by small fishmen, I arrived to the border of their city, that was tall, but their streets were too small to allow me to walk through while being that big. I should visit them later, after I eat enough to strengthen myself and my body. I still think that I have enough time until ace gets captured. I don't really want that man to die. Luffy would be sad.

And knowing him personally, I couldn't stop myself from thinking that I should save ace, but only at the last moment. Luffy should have his own journey, suffer some difficulties, and grow stronger.

After almost stepping on couple of guards, I went away, to the new lands. To the part of the red line, where I could feast on extremely strong fishies.

I was no longer thinking about doing much before I become strong enough. Only thing that I was doing outside of creating a list of sea creatures and eating them, was the thing that I had to do. I was trying to learn more about travel through the dimensions and worlds. It was extremely difficult topic, even having good memory didn't make it easy.

Even simplest of things about were hard to understand. It included so much non-scientific things, that I had hard time accepting it, especially after living with mindset about science being the main thing that defines the universe.

Nope, science, the way I know it, is just a small part that explains basic rules of many universes, the ones that are similar in almost any universe. Obviously with exceptions.

It is hard to explain, I don't really understand much yet. It's hard.

Yes, they were much faster in this part of the sea, don't even talk about how they almost managed to bite my hand off at our first meeting. It is not a joke. I had to stop my blood from flowing out, while I spread a chemical that cleaned any residue.

After that blunder, I slowed my progress down, getting back a little bit, so I could eat weaker seakings first.

After a month or two, I finally was satisfied with my body, so I sat down on the seafloor, and began trying to compress it, not Change. compress, so it would get denser and stronger.

It is going to be hard, but I have a lot of time. receiving news from AI made me realize. this place was bigger than in a manga or anime. And the way things were going, Luffy is still far from achieving everything he would before ace gets captured.

Interestingly, in manga only action parts of his travels was shown, and not everything that he has done at that. What I found out, is that in manga only the most important things were shown.

Thinking about it now, it is obvious, it was just a manga. And it had to be interesting all the time.

While I was relaxing after my learning process and thinking about the world, I began falling asleep, not realising that It was not really a good idea.

Waking up after couple of hours, I looked around and saw that I was in some kind of fleshy cave filled with a liquid.

Why didn't I wake up? I obviously was swallowed. I should've sensed danger.

Being big and strong, I thought that this wouldn't happen to me, I thought it would be impossible. But no, I was swallowed. And by a being that could easily swallow 50 meter giant without chewing.

What is this creature?

Well, it doesn't really matter. This fish made a mistake. It managed to create a situation where it couldn't run away from me.

So, I started shoo... eating.

Yes, from inside-out, obviously not eating stomach itself, I just punctured it and went inside the flesh. I didn't feel repulsion from doing it, I felt normal. I was partially zerg, and it must've helped me.

Bo matter how much it struggled, no matter how it tried to poop or barf me out, I was not affected. After a week or two of eating, I managed to eat it's part, and after eating most of it, I realized that I kept my strength and hunger, but my weight became smaller, I didn't have to use that much psi energy to passively negate it. It was a strange result from eating big and heavy fish. But as two weeks passed, I ate my way out to see groups of shark-like sea kings eating this big guy from outside.

Getting out, they didn't pay me any attention and just pushed me away from their food.

Obviously I collected many things from it's body. Some bones, meat, skin, liquids, brain parts, and even part of it's eye. I wanted to know reason for this change.

Yes, I came out of eye socket.

Getting lighter allowed me to compress easily up to twenty meters, at which It became harder. It was difficult to become smaller, at least at speeds that I wanted to do it.

Ahh what a nice view. I missed it so much. People, living, bowing people... Wait, why are they bowing?

Looking around, I saw that some kind of 'carriage' moved by slaves was moving through the streets.

It must be those clowns wearing space suits in public. What a ridiculous fashion.

I knew that I could've just bowed my head like the rest and evade trouble, but even though I didn't like unnecessary and useless fights, these 'noble' shits were not worth me bowing to them.

Not willing to bother with them, I tried walking out to the different street, but I stopped when I heard a person shouting at me.

" How dare you! Lower your head in front of lord Shipoopt! You, peasant!! " Came the voice that was directed at me.

" Don't shout at me, I'm not deaf. " I replied, turning to the guard that walked far in front of carriage.

" Then bow down! Don't just stand like a stupid moron! " He said in a loud voice, swinging his whip in my direction.

Catching it's end, I said : " Don't swing it like that, it is dangerous " I said, trying to look like big simpleton that didn't understand situation.

Why? Well... I really managed to become stronger rapidly, these sea kings were strangely good as a source of genetic material.

" Let go!! " Guard Shouted, taking his gun out, pointing it at my head: " Or I will shoot! "

" These things are bad " I replied, using my hand and making gun into a piece of scrap by just by gripping it in my hand.

" what is going on? Why is he still standing in front of glorious Shipoopt? " Asked a guard that walked right in front of carriage, as they arrived.

" What is it? " Asked voice from inside the carriage.

" Just an insolent bug not willing to bow his head. " Replied guard, while lowering his head and bowing a little in the direction of the carriage.

" Then squish it, continue moving " Voice replied, as a person looked at me by opening window a little bit.

From inside, I could see an ugly smile that looked at me with ridicule and expectation.

" As you wish " Came the reply, as guards took their swords out and rushed at me, while carriage moved forward slowly, not to skip the show.

" Really? Just like that? " I asked no-one, as swords were approaching my body.

* Clang *

* Cling *

* Clong *

* Break * * Crash * * Boom *

Came sounds of impact, as one of swords broke, and one exploded in to the pieces.

" How dare you!?!? " Came the shout of this 'dragon noble'.

" You dared to attack me? " He shouted, showing his spacesuit damaged from exploded sword.

" Die! Die! Die! " Shipoopt shouted, Shooting at me using his pistol.

" I am calling Buster Call down!!! You will suffer for attacking me!!! " He shouted, spitting inside his helmet, making it dirty.

It went to shit pretty fast. lol.

Not willing to fight against government, I even though about fleeing, but seeing a certain old man in the distance, I decided against it. I definitely could use this chance to promote myself, but my unwillingness to create troubles made me choose invisibility.

Yes, I just went invisible and walked to Rayleigh, as he was the one in the distance, watching, while everyone else tried to either escape or find me.

Surprisingly, or not really surprisingly, Rayleigh noticed me getting closer. Well, he is good with Haki, so I guess ot is obvious.

" Glad to meet you, sir. Did you enjoy what you saw?" I said, getting visible.

" No, you unnecessarily brought Buster Call on the island, thankfully They didn't call admiral. " He said, not getting surprised at my appearance, not even trying to look surprised.

" I've done nothing, just stood there. They attacked themselves. And why do you even care? With your strength, you shouldn't mind them at all " I said, and he looked at me more seriously.

" I'm old, I just want to live Peacefully " He said, looking in to the distance.

" I don't think that is true " I replied.

" Would you like to talk with a drink in hand? I have some good stuff with me " I said, as I had a lot of things in food fabricator, alcohol included.

" I will have to decline " Rayleigh replied.

" Oh, don't be so shy, let's have a drink " I said, looking kinda dumb, as it was a dumb joke, but it was too late.

" No " He replied, looking at me.

" I have some information about Roger's son " I said, making him stop.

" Shall we have a drink ? " I asked again, not willing to face awkward ragelike reaction of one of the strongest beings in the world.

" I hope It would be a good drink, otherwise you will pay. " He said, sounding a little angry, or annoyed. I don't really know. It was hard to understand emotions of some people.

Especially experienced and strong people. They were the hardest, they mainly kept calm facade. At least from what I understood.

I MIGHT'VE been called old myself, but on reality, my mental growth slowed down when I became immortal. I mean, ageless.

My mental growth was different from normalcy, especially considering that I didn't really know how life like mine would affect me. But, it was too unpredictable and unknown for me to think alone. I will most probably come to the answer that would be wrong in a year.

Yea, I am still changing. I didn't reach a point where my though couldn't be changed.

Well, it's not the best thing to think about while I walk with Rayleigh.

Reaching the bar, we sat at the table.

" So, what is this? What do you know? " He asked, not even talking about drink.

I, obviously, took out one of the best alcoholic beverages that I had. It was some kind of elite wine. Then I took out whiskey, vodka, absent, champagne, and many other drinks.

" Choose what we will drink, before we talk. It would be much easier that way " I said, taking out last drink that I wanted him to try...

Guess it, I won't name it.

" Talk " He said, pushing pressure on me using haki.

" I'm not your enemy, mister Rayleigh. And I am here not to reveal any knowledge about him to the outside world " I replied, feeling the pressure on my body. Still, it was far from enough to take me out. It just helped me to compress myself a little bit more. a Tiny bit.

" Then what is it? " He replied, as I began opening bottles, which he began to sniff.

" I have a knowledge that he might be soon captured by marines " I said, making him to look at me tiredly.

" Tell me more ! " He said, trying to be calm, at least I think so.

" First of all, I would like you to promise me that no-one else would know about our talk. No one. " I said, after removing any other drink except some kind of scotch and whisky that Rayleigh chose.

" This is not a problem, but it depends on information " He said, making me unable to see any worry in any of his later actions.

" In next half a year, I don't really know exact date or time, Teach, a person who betrayed Whitebeard, will capture Roger's son, whose name I wouldn't really want to say in a public place, and deliver him to marines " I said without caring to explain details, at least he should know the main issue.

" And why are you telling me this, and not whitebeard? " He asked, taking a sip from a glass filled with scotch.

" I am not that knowledge to know where he is currently, and I don't think that he would be the best person to speak about it. Especially if you consider what I'm about to say next. " I said, taking couple of big glasses and filling them with different carbonised drinks.

" What are you talking about? " He asked, looking at me, as I took fabricator out of nowhere, like everything else previously.

" The thing is, Ac... Roger's son need to be captured by marines " I said, creating fries and a cheese sticks.

" Why? Why is ot needed? You could just tell information to the whitebeard, receive your reward and live happily. Why do you need him to get caught? " He asked, as I gave him a basket full of cheese sticks and fried potatoes.

" It is hard to explain, and I can't really explain everything " I replied, as Rayleigh looked at fabricator with wonder.

" Tell me what you can then, don't go around. " He replied, eating one of cheese sticks.

" Do you want to save his life? ' I asked, taking three cheese sticks and shoving them down my throat, as I was pretty hungry.

" Yes. "

" Then I would suggest for you to find a way to replacement for him, replacement that would agree to play as his son. " I answered.

" I don't know how you would manage to find someone willing to die and act as someone else, but it is the only way for him to stay alive. " I continued.

" And why do you think I wouldn't just go and save him ? Why do you think I would follow what you want? " He asked, smiling at me.

" Well, Otherwise everyone would just find out who he is and his life would become hell,he would be hunted down and killed by marines. He would be targeted by admirals, and you know that he is not strong enough to fight them. " I replied.

Obviously, this talk continued for a long time, but details doesn't matter, as after important parts we discussed possibilities, next actions, and other miscellaneous stuff.

He even tried to ask about fabricator, but he stopped after I declined to explain anything about it.

Obviously, this information was not free for him, and he agreed that he would pay me a favour after we save Ace and make a replacement.

As the last solution, I explained that I might have a way to find a replacement for him, but it would cost him a lot, so for now he would search for a way to save and replace Ace in the prison, obviously when he would get there.

Obviously I talked with Rayleigh about possibilities of him teaching me Haki, at least basics, but he wouldn't do it unless I use favour for it. Well, I might just wait and watch as he teaches Luffy in the future.
