An Ton's Journey

After looking at the speed at which probes were constructing new probes, I even felt that all the previous stages were at snail pace.

After a week I had a big factory filled with working probes that were beginning to create Factory, at which speed of creating any type of robot would increase.

for now, I received two fully robotic zealots that were equipped with advanced shields from my inventory and long ranged rifle. Unlike real zealots, these didn't have precognition, so shooting was better.

With these two guys, modified to look like big humans, I returned back to my house and placed stationary shield generator that would cover my plot from any danger. After that I allowed AI to stop blockade on any talks about destroying the Racoon City.

Yes. I will stay behind the shield if necessary.

After that, as I finished first circle of improvement of my body, I began experimenting with magic. It might be not good for killing, as it had some aftereffects, but for anything else it is incredibly helpful.

Taking a simple wooden box I began enchanting it with space extension, making it bigger inside. After successfully doing it, I began trying the same with smaller objects.

Next few days I was just trying to increase the size of a bullet. You know, I wanted to put something stronger inside the shell.

Receiving news that government began discussing dropping hydrogen bomb, I left to the factory and ordered AI to establish a legal corporation that would be public face of anything I will be doing. It already could create human-like robots.

Now was the time to expand. To make my own construction city. Yes, a huge construction city that would allow creation of incredible things.

I don't plan to just watch the world. I had enough of troubles from people who think they are strong and influential.

Also I stored couple of drones in my storage, just to be safe.

Getting out of factory I looked around. There was a road close by, and forest all around. It was perfectly comfortable place to have.

In other countries, Unlike this place, I had no factories like that, I only had people create controller hands. Ones that were technologically close to existing ones.

After that, as they were being connected to internet, Production began. All around the world. I didn't need to spread out from one place, I had access to one of the greatest inventions of humanity. Internet.

Thankfully it existed in here.

~ After a month ~

Rocket launch was approved. Factories appeared all around the world. First factory began producing invisible satellites that would spread energy field all across the planet and allow warping technology to be used efficiently.

As for me, I was in the middle of pouring hundred kg of nitroglycerin inside the bullet with increased insides. Finishing it, I proceeded to load that inside the sniper rifle and shot it at hospital from which zombies were still coming out of.

As bullet impacted the building, it exploded in a strange pattern creating unexpectedly huge explosion.

As for my own training, I was in the middle of loading my left leg with insane amount of psi energy. It was bleeding, but turning off any pain reception helped. Obviously, all the blood was being destroyed by psi energy before it could travel even one centimeter. Looking at all the cracks on my leg might've been scary at first, but it brings best effects.

Pushing myself to feel pain was useless, so I now oriented on outer look. It must be able to heal fully from outside to proceed to next part.

The most problematic thing is that I have to keep constant concentration of energy that is higher than I am used to, and I have to do it smoothly.

This forces me to pay some attention to it at all times, making me lose matches in games countless times.

You know, it's hard to win when I accidentally break pc with psi energy breaking out or while paying a lot of attention to it, so it wouldn't break out.

Night before rocket launch.

I think I saw some people riding out, and even saw one of infected with minigun. It must be fun.

Should I help? Nah. I better finish my cereal first.

What? You don't eat cereal at night? Why?

You know, couple kg of cereal is nice for night meal. Especially when I have show to watch.

Looking at the time, I went back to the house and turned TV on.

Just in time for the news about evacuation order. city is abandoned and locked.

Getting back out, I see how helicopter flies out of the city.

Strangely, I don't feel bad about everything that happened. Even if I could stop it. Maybe could.

'Protoss Probe' is the name. Yea, not original. But, I want to leave a sign of me being here, even if no-one will know about it.

After reading about creation of multiple offices all around the world, I was satisfied with numbers that I received.

Now, in my possession, I have around thousand artificial humans that work in my offices. No humans needed. Only the best.

Obviously, I now could act publicly, without need for underhanded tactics like controlling the orders of government.

Yes, I could just begin spreading out my protoss.

After I finished reading, I finally found what I looked for. Information about laboratory. The one that will be used to test my compatibility with virus.

But first things first. I want to finish watching Walking dead...

I almost enjoy the irony. Watching a movie about zombie apocalypse while being in zombie apocalypse.

At least I am enjoying myself while getting better and stronger.

Finishing watching episode, I walked out and saw the destruction brought by the explosion. Nothing survived, except for my house and a hive below the hospital.

How do I know? I am standing right above the closed entrance. One rocket was not enough to destroy underground facility. It was underground for a reason.

And looking at the surrounding area, I decided to take action.

I ordered to publicly announce that army couldn't destroy the infected completely and didn't even check, while I bring different robots to annihilate the menace and correct government's.

Obviously, I wouldn't be the one doing the speech. I am awful at it. I left it to the AI who had a lot of information about proper speeches and opinion manipulations.

After half an hour, as my first group arrived, Gates opened and mutated zombies began crawling out. Everything was being recorded and streamed online. I didn't need to hide anything. Even technology. Even myself.

As they poured out, my zealots with guns began firing at them, successfully melting any monster that came out.

After an hour, when this stream was spreading everywhere, Support groups with materials arrived, allowing the creation of rapid firing cannons. These, unlike old version, were shooting smaller energy projectiles that were enough to destroy anything coming out.

Nothing could hold against energy weapons that had a temperature enough to melt the metal on impact. And it was not even final version, I had no material to provide for proper weaponry. Earth just didn't have them.

Obviously, army already arrived at this place, they saw the news. They even tried to force us out, but it didn't work for them. I might be breaking the law by not following their orders, but I don't care.

Obviously, everything was being streamed across whole world, and even translated automatically to every language needed.

This forced government to not approach us too forcefully, but looking at them, I could tell they didn't like it.

As monsters were pouring out infinitely, flesh hill was getting bigger and bigger, even though most of it was getting evaporated.

This was making people anxious, as they saw how one place could produce so much monsters.

Getting uncomfortable around the flesh hill, I called for immortal with energythrower ( like flamethrower, but using energy or electricity ) to arrive and clear out this shit.

Army didn't let it through. They forced me to either go against them, or somehow get it in by air.

Well. they asked for it.

"AI, go through them. Don't shoot. Try not to damage too much. " I said, as I heard the shouts in the distance.

Arriving at my position, officers with a group of swat ordered me to go with them, as I attacked their army.

" Surrender. Attacking USA army while being live is against the law! Don't resist! " Said one of the Swat members, as they slowly walked to me, while watching at my people, who were not caring even a little bit about me.

" I didn't attack anyone. And I won't go with you. I have important business to do here. " I said, pointing to my back.

" Don't resist! " They said, as they approached me and tried to apprehend me.

" And what are you trying to do? " I said, as I was standing while they tried to force me on the floor.

" Stop your resistance! It is futile! " Shouted one of the officers in the distance, who looked at swat team not being able to do anything.

" Guys, back off! " I shouted, pushing them off using force, making them all fall.

" You don't understand the situation, do you? " I said, taking a psi blaster out.

" You can't force me to do anything " I said, shooting at the tank, making melted hole in it.

" Shoot him !!" ordered one of commanding officers.

" Didn't you watch movies about people with superpowers? You are making a huge mistake " I said, as bullets were striking against me and bouncing off or getting destroyed.

Taking out my wand, I waved it and took rifles from soldiers and threw them in front of me.

" You really don't see anything strange right? " I said, getting miniature energythrower and using it to melt guns.

" You seem to not understand that anything you saw is much more advanced then anything you have " I said, taking psi gun in my hand.

" You should understand that this infection is not only your problem, and you don't decide what will get done " I said, killing the one who ordered to shoot.

" Anyone else wants to die? " I asked, as I looked at shocked officers that were previously looking angry.

At that moment, I received information that government decided to bomb this place, and they would target me, instead of bunker.

" Really? " I asked in to nothingness, knowing that hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people were watching me.

" You really decided to shoot hydrogen bomb on me and not on to the hole through which these pour out? " I asked officers who were just receiving the order to retreat.

" You think I won't find out? " I asked rhetorically, looking at AI placing shield generator in the middle of battlefield.

" It seems I will have to show you why you shouldn't try to go against me. " I said, as shield appeared around us, as doors to the bunker closed.

Someone connected to government is definitely controlling this place. I don't believe it's accidentally closing right before the rocket launch.

" H-h-how did you... " one of the officers asked, before being shut down by others.

" We don't know what you are talking about. We just received orders to let you clear this place by yourself. " said their leader. Not a sign of worry on his face.

" We will see. " I replied, allowing AI to release the order publicly, for everyone to see. But only after launch. It needs credibility.

" Now. On to the main problem. " I said to the audience.

" I am going to order a infiltration group soon, you won't have to wait much. But for now, let's enjoy the sky view " I said, moving the main view to the skies.

Obviously, to catch Everything that is happening, AI created it's own service that only streamed tens of views from my stream.

Yes, I had many cameras flying around, making it impossible for people to think that it is a lie. Obviously, all of them currently moved behind the shield, to be protected from the rocket that is getting ready to fire.

And no. they wouldn't be able to stop the launch. they tried.

Looking at the rocket, while it flies in 16k is fun. Especially as it will show everyone that ot is useless to fight me, and might make public outrage on government for such a move.

Obviously, AI created artificial robots that were following the books written about human psychology and I didn't know what really happens on the internet.

What I knew, though, was that rocket flew right at me, standing on the edge, protected by shield.

As it hit, streams turned partially to the cameras on the distance. They were showing explosion from both inside and outside the shield, just like the destruction this explosion brought to the already nonexistent city, clearing out everything except my property.

" So, ladies and gentlemen. You saw that I was not lying. You saw that It was flying straight at my position, without caring about me, they didn't even confirm that it was launched. They said that it is lie. Now, let's get back to the monster den. Time to infiltrate it!" I said, changing view to the immortal that was melting the entrance while everyone else closed in, to shoot any enemy on sight.

Obviously, audience was provided with many types of sight. infrared. heat. night vision. ultraviolet and many others.

Entering inside, I was met with a living being. the whole facility was covered by living flesh.

Going down, we burned everything and spread out to establish a holding point inside.

These news brought a lot of disturbances across the world. People were scared.

Some were scared of monsters, and some called us monsters...

This world, as every other, have many idiotic people.

mostly this all was written three days or so ago. I wanted to write more.

I will try to spend more time reading and getting in the mood. hard times.
