An Ton's Journey

As we were walking to the sith, I was thinking about ways to hide our technology for a while, so I ordered to hide immortals, Archon and move Sith to the cells from the lab where he was being researched.

As our stasis technology is different from any other, I decided to not answer any questions about how it is being done.

As we were coming inside the ship, I heard some kind of person coming toward us with intention of joining.

I was some kind of senator from Naboo, I don't remember his name.

" Hi, I heard that you captured a Sith?" this man said to Windu, joining him on our way.

" It was us, and might I ask who are you? " I said while stopping from getting to our ship.

"Sorry for being rude, My name is Palpatine. Senator of Naboo " He said. Where did I hear his name? I don't remember.

" Hello. I am Anton, the captain of this ship, and the one who captured Sith. Can I ask you, where did you hear this information? It should've been kept a secret" I said, while looking right down at him.

As I read, it is not wise to trust senators, as they are corrupted deeply.

" Ah, I heard it from Jedi " He replied.

And I looked at the Windu, waiting for explanation.

" He have a deep friendship with us, and he is one of the few good ones in the council. " He replied.

" usual is exaggerated rumour " Yoda said right after Windu.

" Still, I am not happy that now anyone can get to know about sith. " I replied.

" So, what do you want? " I asked senator straight away.

" I, as senator, heard the news and for the safety of the Republic had to come and see sith myself, as it concerns us all " He replied.

" I won't let you in, this is my ship, and I don't trust you" I replied, be while sending news to the ship, for them to remove stasis from Sith and make him fall asleep using medicine, as I don't want for a greedy senator to see what we can do.

" Sorry, An Ton, but You don't have a choice here, for the safety of the Republic, I can go anywhere. " He replied.

As I looked at Windu, he just nodded.

" Argh, fine, you can join, but don't touch anything and I won't answer your questions. " I said, not wanting to make an enemy out of republic just because of this. At least not yet.

But still, I feel like I've heard his name somewhere.

As we walked in, Dark templars were invisible, but I saw how Yoda, Windu, and even Palpatine looked at places where they were.

So, Oden was right. Force users can feel them somehow. But why did Palpatine looked at their position? Interesting.

" Dark templars. Look closely and research everything about this Palpatine guy. He might be force user " I said telepathically to them.

" Feel the emptiness I have. " Yoda suddenly said.

" Grandmaster, you too? I felt some emptiness in the air, like force was nonexistent in some places. " Windu said, while we were walking to the cells.

" What are you talking about? " Palpatine asked Jedis.

" Do you know anything about it? " Windu Asked me about it at the same time.

" Maybe. maybe not. We are here for the Sith. Not for answering your questions. " I replied.

" Turn invisibility off when out of view, and walk like that for now. At least while they are here. " I said telepathically.

As we arrived at the cell, Maul was asleep, cuffed to the table and was wearing only undėrwėȧr, so he won't be able to hide anything in clothes. In his clothes some things were found that we try to understand functions for.

" Here he is. Sedated using a lot of sleeping drugs and cuffed using strong metal. He won't be able to get out " I said.

" Could you please open the cell and let us see his eyes? there are no other way to test if he is sith while he is asleep " Windu said.

" Uughh" Came the sound from the cell, it seems that it is almost impossible to keep him sedated and asleep using medicine, at least for now.

" He is waking up. But we can enter. " I replied.

" Open the door" I said out loud, and then door opened.

They took some blood from him, looked at him and talked quietly to each other, while Palpatine was standing to the side and just watching.

" Sith he is. Dark times I feel. " Yoda said, while turning to me.

" So, Siths returned, we must bring him to the temple. Senate wouldn't believe without proof. We will take him " Palpatine said.

" No, you won't. he is mine. " I replied. annoyed, but understanding that I made a mistake bringing sith with me and not sending him back to our planets.

" Sorry, but when it concerns Sith, Jedi can do anything. This is the law." Palpatine replied.

" I. won't. give. him. to. you. " I replied, annoyed as I really had no real choice. Republic was way too influencing and strong for now. I had no reason to start a war with them just because of a sith.

FCK.

" You have no choice. An Ton. " Windu said.

" Sith is too dangerous to keep him in the hands of non-Jedi." Windu continued.

As I looked at Yoda, he just nodded.

" Aargh. At least you will have to pay me for him. and pay a lot. " I said, looking at Windu and Yoda.

" Discuss we can the payment. Fair doing so would be " Yoda said, surprising Windu, as he looked at Yoda strangely.

" Fine. Sedate him, double the previous dose. he woke up too fast" I ordered a guard.

" And bring something that will distribute sleeping drug at certain intervals. " I finished.

" Okay, lets discuss the price. And sir Palpatine, you confirmed existence if a Sith. Now, please, leave. " I motioned, ordering one of Templars to lead him out.

" I saw what is important. And I have work to do. " He replied, and followed Templar out.

As we came in, sat around the main table, our negotiation began.

We talked about Sith, Qui-gon, and even mentioned Anakin.

Well, decision was that Qui-gon will apologize Privately to the brothers, and will come with us to apologize to our leaders, but not absolutely publicly. As it concerned Jedi as a whole, and they as compensation, would support our race and create a small temple on our planet, that we captured.

Also, for the sith, we would receive some more detailed maps, that are really hard to come by, a lot of credits, and a way to get in contact with Jedi if we ever need help. And last, but nit least, After Qui-gon completes mission, he will be based on to our planet as the temple leader.

Well, credits are always welcome, and connection with Jedi us always welcome. Especially when we might be able to do some testing.

And now I know that Telling anyone about capturing a sith is a big NO.

As Windu and Yoda brought Maul out using force, I suggested that they wait until device that can distribute sleeping drug will be finished, but they declined and said that I don't have to worry about anything. They will be able to keep one sith in prison easily.

Well, I hope so, but knowing incompetency of people, I really hope they are right.

As they walked away, I decided to go down to the bottommost level of the planet, and build a pylon there. And maybe even outpost.

Protoss can easily live without food, water and air.

So, they will be pretty hidden down there, on to the main capital planet. Well, there are some kind of mutated beings down there, but It doesn't really matter.

As I was going down, level by level, I could see changes in style, material, and quality if buildings.

The lower I went, the lower it became.

Surprisingly, it still didn't fall down.

Interesting. I should find out reason for this, I don't want to lose protoss because one of the floors fall on them.

As I was lower then 1000th level, quality became disgustingly low. How could this be on the same planet? Technologically advanced planet at that.

Lowest levels resembled postapocalyptic medieval world from some kind of fantasy story.

Slavery, killing, stealing, and much, much more. No rules, no reason. only survival.

How are they even staying alive? I don't understand.

As I reached bottom level, I could see rivers of filth, some piles of burning materials that had all more and more stuff dumped in them, lakes of slimy disgusting goo that was releasing some colored fumes, destroyed buildings that were mostly falling from the touch, as they decomposed with time.

As I was moving and searching cleaner space, I saw some kind of rotting pile. As I came closer, I saw eyes, fingers, intestines of creatures laying in one big, extremely big pile. On this pile, I saw some kind of humanoid creatures one of them was taking eyes in to the crude looking bag, another was taking bones, selecting bigger and sturdier ones by hitting them at some kind of metal stick, another were cutting meat out and throwing it to others who packed them in big woven bags.

As I was getting closer, they saw or heard me and scurried out, spreading in all directions.

From what I was able to see, they were greyish colored, with different hues of green and purple marks, their height was around one and a half meters in height or less. Extremely skinny and fast, as I saw how they ran away, I would say agile too.

It looks like there are even some sentient beings down here, well. Still not my business.

As I continued on my way, I found some kind of hilly place that was above general height of the place, and decided that it would be good place, as it was pretty big, almost empty zone.

As the sound of pylons being warped filled my ears, I was thinking about the Palpatine guy. I know that I heard his name in SW, but where?

As Pylons finished warping in, I proceeded to create Warp gates, and the connection spire that I took from the ship. As presently, warping took a lot of time, I decided that putting it in the capital might be good idea. As it was last available spire, I will have to warp new components on to the Naboo, as it seems soon I will have to go with Qui-gon so we would be able to finish his job faster.

Well, with my army it would be much easier. But how would I explain it? maybe me being pretty important person? well, maybe.

As building it by myself would take too much time, that I don't have, I called for some probes to come here. And as they got here in around an hour, Warp gates are still being warped. It seems distance is really big, for building to warp for so long, considering that building can warp faster as it have no living beings from inside.

As probes began setting a defensive perimeter, I went up and back to my ship. As I was walking to the ladder, I decided to not care and use inbuilt thrusters and flew up to the ceiling and through entrances and vents, went higher and higher.

As I reached a ship, I was confused as I saw some kind of soldiers and a person standing in front of my ship.

" Hello, why are you standing in front of my ship? What do you want?" I asked them.

" So it is your ship? I see. I understand now. You, filthy alien, took my place in hangar, and now you will have to pay for this! " He said, while looking at me with disgust.

As his men began surrounding me, I was mentally confused.

What the heck? Who brought Xianxia villain in this universe?

Or maybe it is just extortion?

Well, I don't really care. they can't really do anything to me.

As I opened the ship, And ignored shouts from that annoying man, I felt that I saw being shot at. Saw by using my sensors and their reaction.

Well, and maybe In the shiny door that was lowering Down.

" Seriously? Just like that? " I asked, turning to them and enabling protection system, making immortals walking out and pointing their weapons at them.

" Well, now what would you say? " I said smiling at their expressions. Well, trying to smile.

" Nothing, it was a mist...a...ke..." Said their leader while he was partially disintegrated by immortals. Just like his guards.

As I thought, right after it official representative of the government came out and shouted: " WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? DO YOU KNOW WHO'S SON. HE IS?"

" Nope, and I don't care. " I replied.

" And You should!!" He hysterically replied.

" He is son of a very influential person. He can crush us both like nothing." He said.

" Oh no no no. I will die... " He said mumbling to himself and running away.

" Well, trouble s always find a way. Well. Aden, order to look in to his past and find who is his father. "

" understood. " Came the sound from the ship's speakers.

" Sir, in approximately two hours We will be leaving to Naboo. " Oden said from behind the immortals that were getting back in to their position inside the ship.

As I was getting comfortable, I heard that Aden found who was disturbing us.

He is one of many sons of multitrillionaire or even quadrilionnaire, Joku Forfanu. There were no real way to calculate what he have.

Joku, have a lot of influence upon a couple senators, as he is using his money to bribe them and let him do anything he wants on their territory.

He have tens of planets of his own and have pretty big mercenary army, loyal to him and willing to do any job.

He is famous for being arrogant and having a tendency of being overly emotional.

He is obviously not the richest person in the world, but he is definitely one of the richer ones.

" Well, didn't expect that much. " I said to Aden.

" I suppose we should prepare for war? " I said.

"Yes, we will begin preparations. For now, though we cleared the scene. That would give us some time. " He replied.

I hope he won't notice his spn's disappearance too fast.

As I was reading a file about him, It seems that every half a year they have a family meeting, and next one in five months or so. Except for these meetings, they don't usually communicate much.

That is good. plenty if time to prepare. Should I just ȧssassinate him to evade the war?

" Aden, what do you think about killing him and just not spend any resources for war? " I said.

" Are you ok with that? I remember you telling that you don't really like stuff like that. " Aden replied.

" Yea, but considering the other option, we better kill him silently and quietly. " I replied.

" And do it before they all meet, so they wouldn't care about one kid. " I said.

" Understood. It will take time to search for his position, and getting there, but it will be done" He replied and went to work.

Ahh. How good when you can easily order tasks being done. I should've just let them go down to the first level and build outpost there.

But I wanted to look at the levels myself and it was worth it.

Not really, to be honest.

But it was interesting experience.

As time was getting closer, we flew to the orbit and waited For Qui-gon there.

As we waited, I enjoyed looking at ships bypassing us, and then gone to read some more books. Books are more interesting then just waiting for them to arrive.
