Amongst the Stars, Out in the Ocean, There's You

Staring at Ye Fei's crying face, Su Mohan felt himself suffocating a little. In just a few leaps, he had already kneeled down before her, held onto her arms tightly, and checked her out up and down.

Feeling the pain in her arm, Ye Fei looked down to find his giant hand there. Her tears fell down in pitter-patters and her warm teardrops fell on Su Mohan's hands, unsettling him.

"Don't cry." He frowned and tried to wipe off the tears on her face. Her warm tears made him feel heated.

Ye Fei turned her head and dodged his extended hand. His words only made her feel sadder. If it weren't for this monster before her, she wouldn't have fallen, she wouldn't be in so much pain, and she wouldn't be feeling so degraded. As she thought about this, her tears gathered, blurring her vision, disallowing her to see Su Mohan's expression.

"You are banned from crying." Su Mohan's face darkened.

"Waa… waa… go away!" Ye Fei felt more and more bitter as his tone got more aggressive.

Hearing how she wanted him to go away, Su Mohan felt strangely unhappy. His eyes spat out fire, "You want me to leave, who do you want here to take care of you! The man from this afternoon?"

The green vein popped on Su Mohan's forehead. He very much wanted to snap this little thing before him into pieces. All his life, Su Mohan has never cared so much about a woman, yet not only did this woman not appreciate him, she is saying anyone would be better than him!

Kicking away the bottles on the ground, he turned around to leave, planning on never paying attention to Ye Fei again.

Hearing the sound of objects being slammed around, Ye Fei's heart dropped and her rationality restored. She very much wanted to slap herself a few times. What was she doing? Throwing a tantrum before this man?

Ye Fei asked herself again and again: do you really think you are different from others? You really think you can be unreasonable before this man and do whatever you want?

Why should he treat you nicely? Why should he listen to your pleading? You are merely a tool he uses to get rid of his emotions!

Su Mohan lifted his leg to leave, but a pair of fragile and weak hands grabbed his calf. He lowered his gaze and saw a tearful and pitiful pair of eyes staring at him.

This sight calmed much of his anger. He somehow found the patience to squat back down, "You hurt something?"

Ye Fei bit her lips and nodded.

Before she could speak again, he straight up carried her and left the bathroom.

Ye Fei was gritting her teeth from the pain but only silently wiped away her tears. She curled gently into the man's chest, it was as if the person who had an anger outburst just now was a different person.

Carrying her and sitting down on the corner of the bed, Su Mohan quickly dialed his executive assistant, Chu Zheng, "Hurry and call Doctor Huang to Wan Xin."

Assistant Chu Zheng was a little startled and his tone sounded a little flustered, "Young master Su, you are hurt?"

Su Mohan was also a little startled, unable to comprehend why he would ask for Doctor Huang, his personal doctor. He lowered his head and glanced at Ye Fei, who was wiping her tears away. Su Mohan frowned, "Why do you have so many questions!"

Chu Zheng couldn't fully understand the situation based on that phone conversation but quickly asked his subordinate to pick up Doctor Huang.

"Look at me." Shifting Ye Fei's face towards him, Su Mohan asked with a frown.

Ye Fei wiped her teary eyes and looked at the man before her with resentment.

"Where does it hurt?"

"Everywhere." Ye Fei pouted.

Su Mohan wiped the tears off her face a little violently and said impatiently, "If you cry anymore, I am kicking you out!"
