Chapter 7 Antique Market 3

Many people who want to identify antiques in their hands hesitate.

I am afraid that they will tell from the mouth of the old appraiser that their antiques are also fakes.

No one wants to go up and appraise, the apprentice shouted again, "Is there anyone who wants to appraise antique jade?"

Gu Yan heard these words as soon as he entered the antique shop.

She did not hesitate, holding the teapot in front of the appraiser.

The old appraiser looked at the teapot, frowning.

This is picked up from the garbage dump.

He looked at Gu Yan, his brows tightened, "Little girl, are you here to appraise antiques?"

   "Yeah." Gu Yan nodded gently.

"Where did your teapot come from?" the old appraiser asked again.

Gu Yan answered honestly: "It's on the floor of the antique market."

  Old appraiser: "..."

Other antique collectors onlookers also lost interest in Gu Yan’s teapot.

The antiques on the outside stalls are basically fake, and they are really sold out.

And Gu Yan is not very young.

She mostly came to have fun.

The old appraiser touched his beard and kindly reminded: “It takes two hundred yuan to appraise antiques, and most of your teapot is fake. Do you still need appraisal?”

Gu Yan touched her pocket, she now has only fifty yuan left on her body.

However, if the teapot is sold here, then there will be money for identifying antiques.

Gu Yan frowned and asked, "Can you guarantee that there will be no identification errors?"

The old appraiser was questioned again, and his beard curled up with anger. "If I make a wrong appraisal, I will give you 100,000 yuan, right?"

   "Okay, let's get started."

Gu Yan was not polite with the old appraiser.

The old appraiser gave the teapot to his apprentice, "After cleaning it up, take it."

The stain on this is difficult to remove. It took ten full minutes before the apprentice came back with the teapot.

He handed it to the old appraiser.

The old appraiser looked at the cleaned teapot, his original inattentive gaze suddenly stopped, he took it, and muttered, "This looks very deceptive, but there are many antiques that look very similar. Is it a fake?"

He picked up the magnifying glass and looked at the teapot carefully.

In the past, there were many people watching, but at this time, there were only a few people standing in front of the counter.

Five minutes later, the old appraiser screamed.

The apprentice came to curiosity, "Master, what's wrong?"

The old appraiser didn’t lift his head either, “I’ll take a look again, don’t talk.”

For fear of misreading, the old appraiser checked it carefully and put down the magnifying glass.

He was very surprised, “It’s true. This teapot was produced in Jingdezhen in the Qing Dynasty, and it should be used by dignitaries.”

The people next to    all started to discuss.

"This little girl is lucky too. You can find real antiques on the street stall."

"Who can imagine that this dark thing is really an antique?"

  "……"

The movement on this side was noticed by the antique collectors in the room, and they all came around.

The old appraiser looked at Gu Yan. Gu Yan stood there casually. She was wearing a mask, but from her delicate eyebrows, it could be seen that she was a real antique and did not have the slightest surprise.

He couldn't help but asked curiously: "Little girl, are you sure this antique is real?"

"Um."

  "Then have you studied antiques?"

   "Intuition." Gu Yan said concisely.

Gu Yan didn't say anything about this. She usually looks at antiques through intuition, and she has never made any mistakes.
