I'll give Vervantos a few days to think about it, so he asked me to stay in Albrecht's room.

As I listened to him, I felt something about reality fading. Everything I experienced, felt, and painful human history seemed to be a nuisance.

So Albrecht went out on his own in a hoodie. I climbed the hill where Zairex ascended, holding people and the sea in my eyes, hearing the sound of waves and birds in my ears, and feeling the sun and wind in my skin.

Since Albrecht was feeling the world for a long time with his senses, he gradually felt the world and soul entering his mind and settling back into its place.

I don't know if Vervantos' words are true or not, and I don't know if he's lying to himself, but somehow my mind is already leaning toward what he said as true.

Let me put it this way: It was just a long time ago, way before Zairex showed up. There was no such thing as the secrets of the world.

Unlike Humans, dwarves could only preserve their own records.

Over time, if human history develops as much as the modern world, it will be history you don't even want to know about. He thought he only knew it sooner.

Albrecht looks up at the sky.

‘I don't know what a prophet is, but you really are a great man. ’

Even Elves, Dwarves, and Dragons fled from the earth, integrating Humans and driving out Orcs and Goblins, I thought Albrecht was a greater accomplishment than I had ever imagined.

Then he turned around and headed for the palace.

Randolph came into the palace one day and saw Herman and Carpen. Herman looks at Albrecht and shouts.

“Master! D, dwarf! Where are you? Show me! ”

Albrecht is no longer the Master, but Herman is still the Master.

Albrecht shakes his head and shakes his hand silently.

I felt sorry for him somehow. Vervantos is not some strange animal, and I feel like he's giving me a tour of the zoo.

Albrecht walks into his room, and Bervantos scouts Albrecht's Gauntlet. He was furious and saw people coming into the room.

Hermann, who was usually too quiet and lacking in words, pointed at the Bervantos and shouted for the palace to leave.

“Oh, my God! You're a real dwarf! ”

Randolph and Carfen behind him, their eyes torn open, and they couldn't keep their mouths shut. Hermann was almost ready to pass out, his eyes turned upside down.

“God......”

Even the carpen, which was always so relaxed, was shocking to see a dwarf. Rather, calm Albrecht was a strange thing.

For Albrecht, Dwarves were curious, but they were considered to be just another race, like the White and the Yellow.

But for the people of this world, it seemed like the fact that they had seen it with their own eyes, leaving the privatization stories they had heard when they were young, shocked the world view.

Randolph simply opens his mouth and looks at Bervantos. What the hell is this?

“Say hello. It's Vervantos. This is Herman, Randolph and Carpen. ”

Vervantos opened his eyes and looked closely at the new arrivals.

“Wack!”

“Aah!”

“Hiic!”

“Unh!”

When Vervantos was suddenly surprised, Randolph and Hermann turned out to be bloodshed knights, and Carfen threw off the world's seemingly masterful eccentric image.

Albrecht looks at them frowning and startled. What the hell is wrong with him?

Albrecht told Bervantos he could go around freely. And Vervantos can't go back until he hears the answer.

After all, there appeared to the people of this world a legend or myth, and the surrounding palace was a barrel of drums, not a time.

People tilt the walls of the palace to see at least the tip of the dwarf's head.

The officials, knights and soldiers, Randolph, Hermann and Carpen all watched from afar, but did not approach Vervantos lightly. I heard magic can make horns grow on your butt. Is that true?

Vervantos surprisingly enjoyed that look in people's eyes. I used to hide in the corner of the building and surprise people.

“Wack!”

“Ugh!”

One of the maids who was doing the chores was startled, crushing her butt, and she left all her laundry behind and ran away.

“Heeheehee!”

Albrecht summons him to his chambers. Vervantos doesn't even look so frightened at Albrecht as to how he got used to this place. However, when I looked at the eyes, I felt ready at any time.

“If I were to follow you and catch a dragon, what would you give me? ”

There is no free in the world. Especially in this world where knights were not loyal without receiving anything.

“Give me what? I don't know, some kind of treasure? ”

Albrecht started with Carfen, and he felt that only the strangest people around him have been luring him lately.

“What treasure? How much?”

When Albrecht asked, Vervantos thought about it and said,

“At least I think I can fill this room with gold. ”

Albrecht's room was quite spacious. It was unbelievable.

“Don't be ridiculous. I hate lies. You'd better watch your mouth. ”

Instead, Vervantos lets out a cry.

“Hey! We're not like you! I may not tell you the truth, but I don't lie! ”

Albrecht said with an unbelievable expression.

“Didn't you say the evil dragon woke up last time? After all, it's not, is it?”

“It's evil for us! ”

Albrecht trembles but has no choice but to convince himself. Then I saw the gauntlet on the table. He picked it up and said,

“Can't you make something like this? ”

Vervantos looks at the Gauntlet with a puffy mouth and says,

“Even if we're better than you, we can't build that anywhere. We need to use the Dragon's Flame Furnace to make it. You take out pure iron and you mix it up with something else. ”

Albrecht was saddened by something, but it seemed impossible for a dwarf to mass-produce body armor.

Albrecht sits on his bed staring at the floor silently. It seemed a little early, but it seemed like it was time to leave. Something cold came over me.

“Fine. I'll follow you. But we can't leave right now. I have work to do. In the meantime, make me some weapons here. ”

Vervantos looks back at Albrecht and says,

“Swear by Sigurd. ”

Albrecht's smile leaks out. From the memories of modern people on Earth, legends and myths were viewed as skeptical.

However, this power of his made me constantly think that it might really be his descendants. The truth is out there, unless we find his remains and run a genetic test.

“Yes, by Siegfried, the great hero of my ancestors. ”

Vervantos nods, listening to Albrecht's oath, and pulls something out of his front pocket like Doraemon. It looks like a lump of iron ore.

Albrecht's eyes widen. I don't see anything in his pockets.

“No matter how good your skills are, if your ingredients aren't good, you won't get a good weapon. I'll make a few while I wait. ”

Albrecht ordered a sword, thinking of the change bags and Randolph, Herman and Carpen. Bervantos nods and heads for the forge within the palace.

Albrecht told Randolph to gather the change bags. A week later, they all gather at Zairex.

There were changing bags, Randolph, Hermann, and Carpen standing in the living room of the official. Albrecht looks at them and says,

“From now on, I come down from the Guardian of the Holy Land. When I leave, you will choose the Guardian of the Holy Land. Since this is a newly established country, I will recommend two generations. Franz, step forward. ”

With Albrecht leaving, Randolph and Herman's eyes shake. What are you going to do with them?

Albrecht smiles bitterly at them. This world was a time when we would never know when we would see each other again.

Carfen looks at Albrecht and smiles with an unknown smile.

Franz trembles at Albrecht's call. He served faithfully as a lead knight while Albrecht led the army.

Of course, all the change bags were on the mission faithfully, but he was especially serious and calm and had the ability to control his senior drivers.

And above all, he had insight into how the whole system worked.

Randolph and Hermann have performed well in each of their roles, but they still think they lack leadership skills.

Well, Carpen's a freak, so there's no way to lead people.

Albrecht raises Franz next to him and says,

“Elections are always in your hearts. But I want two to be Franz. And before I leave, I have a gift for you. ”

Albrecht glances at his servants, and his employees come out with a luxurious wooden box with a sword.

And then I handed out boxes to everyone.

“You heard the story, right? There's a Dwarf here in the palace. Haha. This sword was made by a Dwarf. It will be expensive to sell, but not to sell, and I want you to always inherit from me for generations to come, thinking of your obligations. ”

One of the change bags carefully opens the box and grabs the sword placed on the silk. His shivering eyes slightly pull the sword out of his sword, and the blade has an incredibly beautiful wavy pattern.

“I tried that, and every time I got hit by a black, they all caved in. ”

As a change bag draws its sword, you suddenly start pulling yours, too. A beautiful wavy pattern was left on the sword.

They look at the sword with dazzling eyes. One of the change bags raised his sword high.

“Hail the Guardian of the Holy Land! Hail the Holy Land Guardian! ”

At first, he shouted, "Long live the Guardian of the Holy Land," and then others began to follow him. At once, everyone raised their swords and shouted, "Long live the Guardian of the Holy Land."

Albrecht puts his arms around Franz's shoulders and smiles at them.

Albrecht is fully armed and mounted in Schwarz, riding out of the palace in front of him with Vervantos.

It was already night outside, but after the full moon, the world was bright. I could have gone the next day to sleep, but I was going to recommend two consecrated guardians from the beginning and leave immediately.

For a long time, I thought that everyone's heart, including myself, was only sincere.

All the people came out and drove away. Randolph and Hermann look sad, and Albrecht had to be furious.

Albrecht's expression is filled with parting sorrow. They're still looking at their backs. If you look back, Albrecht doesn't look back, either. Randolph, Herman. Live well.

Albrecht thought he had to get on the boat at first, but Vervantos said he had to go east.

So I made my way to the east, and walked freely through the trenches while the full moon lit up the world. And as I was walking along the road, I suddenly remembered the past day when I left the Crusaders.

You met the Pope, took him to Ramus, founded a knight, met a storm and drifted, told the knights and soldiers not to pillage, fought a battle, and won a glorious victory on the Eijas Plain.

I thought about whether or not I should kill Philip. If I killed one person and saved many people, it would be right, not just with my head, but with my heart.

But now, it's time to leave. Hello, Holy Land.
