20 # Cathedral of Yongsin (2)

Cathedral of the Sun.

This is where Clara, the hero of 'Le Daeyeon’, was born and raised.

It was January 983 when the young woman snuck out of the cathedral and went on her own journey. After half a year, she is being chased by the dragon cult by tails.

However, Clara continued to live as a fugitive for so long that she never reached out to the church for help.

The reason is simple.

It's because the solar cathedral was completely destroyed while she was on the run. She suddenly became ointment-free, and it wasn't until five years after she ran away that she met Epio.

Clara, who was in shock when she heard that the church was about to collapse, finally came to her senses and asked me.

"Sun, what do you mean, the Church of the Sun is doomed? How can you be so sure?"

"I'll catch my breath. Calm down."

"Oh, yeah."

Clara lets out a light deterrent.

Soon, he asked me with a calmer attitude.

"· · Aiden. Have you ever seen a future where cathedrals break down in your visions?"

Linia has already explained that I know the future. Clara, who received great help from us at the ruins, also accepted the story of the visions without any difficulty.

"Like you said. In a vision I had not long ago, I saw the cathedral crumble with a flag engraved with the sun symbol."

"Hmm · · · ·."

Clara's mind was scrambled with fine Ami's frown. She opens her mouth suspiciously, no matter what.

"· · But it's hard to think of a cathedral that would break so easily."

"Is it the 'Black Creed Cradle'?"

"Wow, you know that, too? Be sensible!"

The four Cathedrals that worship the dragon god are enchanted by the conclusion spell of 'The Black Creed Cradle'. It is a large-scale defensive magic that can only be maintained by the dozens of wizards who are proficient in the Cathedral's pagan spells who constantly provide magic.

It's as durable as it takes to maintain it, but it's hard to make a hole even if it's as strong as twelve continents. Of course, some of the monchkin-class strongmen that appear later in the work can easily break through. However, at this point, even before the first part began, it is almost unbeatable.

"But in less than five months, the solar cathedral will be completely annihilated with its final spell. I can assure you of one thing."

"Is that so · · ·."

Clara frowns.

The reason or circumstance for the destruction of the solar cathedral has not been clearly stated in the original or setup book. However, my readers and I speculated that the Dragon Bridge had broken through the solar cathedral using the weapons‘ Weiss Wolf ’.

A contradiction arises here.

To guess correctly, Archbishop Hagel Vinter had to charge the Weiss Wolf by now. However, he recently appeared in the Snow Blossom Swamp, which means that the Solar Cathedral was destroyed by something other than a magical blast from the Weiss Wolf.

We need to find out who, why, and how destroyed the solar cathedral.

Given the value of the sacred objects or treasures stored in the cathedral, a very low number of McGuffin may win depending on luck.

I told Clara.

"Just so you know, the path our clan now has will never stop the destruction of the Sun Cathedral. I had to explain this to you when you were born and raised there, so I called you separately."

"· · Right."

The golden eyes sank deep. She has a tendency to be kind and fears that the destruction of the Cathedral of the Sun will result in countless casualties.

I told Clara with a dark expression.

"I'm going to infiltrate the Solar Chapel to find out what really happened. If we're lucky, we might be able to save quite a lot of people."

There's only so much I can do.

In situations where there is not enough energy, we can not go underneath the sky in a way that says that we saw a future where the church is destroyed through a prophecy. If you think that the four churches that were worshipping dragons in the first place had a very conservative and closed disposition, it is unknown whether they would believe me even if I put up a struggle seal.

Clara shakes her head.

"· · No. Even if the Black Creed Cradle is damaged, I don't think Aiden will be able to do much."

"Yes. To be honest, there is a limit to the number of people who can be retrieved with their invisible robes (S)." Was there anyone close to you in the church? I'll get it as far as I can. "

Clara opens her mouth thinking.

"· · There's only one person I really want to save."

"Who is it?"

"I'm a friend of Tanya's. He helped me escape the church. I promised to meet again someday in the outside world · · ·"

Hearing that name, I kept my mouth shut.

There you are, Tanya Ornik.

It is a name that must never be forgotten by a person who did not appear in the original article, or readers of 'Le Daeyeon’. Because Tanya is the one who sent the anonymous letter from Part Two to get Clara out of the party.

I nodded.

· · · Tanya. I'll keep that in mind, and this time I'd like to discuss how to get into the Solar Chapel. "

The four main churches that worshipped Yongsin were very exclusive.

Once in position, little is known in public due to security reasons.

Clara, the Witch of the Sun, knows the location of the Cathedral, but it is only during certain religious gatherings that an outsider can enter through the gates of the Chapel of 'Black Creed Cradle'. And only a small number of pilgrims can participate in the gathering, who are recognized for their deep faith.

For the record, the next rally is in five months.

It was the day the Cathedral of the Sun was destroyed.

That's the only chance we have of getting McGuffin and Tanya back.

And there is only one way for me to join a rally, not a follower of the martyr. Ask the outside believers to join us, who are very trustworthy from the church.

As a collaborator, Clara asked me if I had the right person, and the answer came right back.

"There's an outside congregation called Elcoro Dubao, who's part of a dozen continents. Maybe he can get a new recruit to the rally."

"· · · Of course."

I got the name I expected.

Elcoro Dubao does not appear directly in the original, but is simply referred to as one of the former continents. According to the timetable, he died five months later. Although the cause of death was not mentioned precisely, considering the aftermath and timing of death as a follower of Yongsin, I speculated that he was most likely killed when he joined the Solar Chapel rally.

"Let's talk about this later."

"Okay, Aiden."

4.

"Cloheria. You know why I paged you, don't you?"

"That's · · · · ·."

Cloerra Altus, executive officer of Karakol Clan House, kneels with her face blue.

The man who was sitting on his seat, looking down at her, was an adult who began to have white hair. He was the father of Cloeria, master of the great clan Karakol, and a member of two continents, Citrio Altus.

He looks at his daughter and kicks her tongue.

"I expected a lot from you, but I guess I was wrong. In the meantime, I've been able to find your soul mate in the Kingdom of Glish. Now that you've finished all your talks with the widow, leave Elano and prepare for the ceremony."

Cloeria bites her lip.

Citrio is clearly trying to subdue her.

Citrio Altus has expanded the clan's power with an alliance of children so far. Of course, their children were completely excluded from their doctors, and often had to get married unwanted.

However, Cloeria, who has consistently performed as an excellent wizard, has been the exception, and so far she has been drawn to a dark sense of superiority, laughing at brothers and sisters who are marrying into other families. Early use as an ingredient in the marriage alliance was because they did not have the ability to stand out for themselves.

Therefore, I couldn't quite accept the reality of my life that I had become like that. Such emotions remained exposed to Cloeria's expression, and Citrio's eyes frowned.

"You can't argue with this decision, can you? Your foolishness has resulted in the loss of one of Arthus' heirlooms. Consider this a very merciful death sentence when you think about your mistakes."

"· · · Okay."

"Get out of here."

Cloeria, who was trembling, jumps to her feet at Citrio's banquet.

Suddenly, I see a man standing still behind Citrio. A candidate for the Karakol Clan's most prominent sub-master, Adelio Altus, her half-brother.

He sends a small talk to Kloeria.

"Hehe."

"· · · Profit!"

Although the two of them have been competing to become successors of Karakol, the upper and lower relationships have become clear at this moment. All Cloheria can do is leave the Oval Office devouring the Fury.

Citrio opens his mouth.

"Did he say the child · · · Iden who was handed over as a fighting seal? You must be pretty lucky to have survived even though that child had hatred. Brenda Morillo of Teakan was a talent I've also seen."

"Should I put my hand to it?"

"Arthur. I'd like to avoid any conflicts with the owner of the fighting seal."

"A seal doesn't make you a stranger."

"You know that. The fact that an old bear from the North might pop up after he mistakenly touched an unknown child in the world."

Like Citrio herself, she was wary of Ebel Stroke, who belonged to two continents.

"It's better to focus on something else than caring about a kid like that. The Karakol Clan won't be able to touch anyone around this neutral city of Elano anytime soon."

Citrio looked at the map unfolding on his desk. His gaze settles on the east side of Elano, near the Kingdom of Gleasia.

"· · · 2 years. After two long years, the Kingdom of Gleasia will be in the hands of our clan. It's not a dream to expand your influence to the entire central region. Adele, how are things going with the civil war?"

"Excellent, Father."

"Very well. I have countless children, but of course you are the most trustworthy of them all."

"A compliment."

I had a deep smile on Adelio's lips.

5.

"About a year or four months from now, civil war will break out in the Eastern Kingdom of Gleasia. Karakol is trying to trick the royal family into playing a puppet in the process."

"A civil war? In that peaceful kingdom of Gleasia?"

"Yes, we need to be ready now."

Arent's eyes widen as if my story could not be trusted. But if we look closely, we'll know soon enough. There's already a strange air current lurking among the royal Gleasians.

Putting a kingdom in your hands is not the same as just saying that.

In fact, in its original history, Karakol's power on the back of the Kingdom of Gleasia rapidly expanded, and the surrounding clans were all absorbed by them.

And so does my plan.

Like it or not, when Gleasia enters a civil war, we must mount a battle against Karakol.

Of course, we still have time to prepare for the civil war. The issue of immediate fire at the foot is related to the solar cathedral, which will be destroyed in five months.

In order to survive in a place where danger is imminent, I must first build up my personal strength.

"Master Lindall. I'm going to take four men on an expedition in three or four months. Do you mind if I leave it to you?"

"Not bad. You heading south like I told you before?" "

"Yes. I'm meeting with the Quentil Demihuman Mercenary Clan." "

They work together to obtain the Elixir of Wings of Non-Profit (S). Then our clan's power will rise tremendously in a short time.
