342 Vacation to Jamaica 1

December 20

Liz is relaxing on the floating terrace of their private house on the water and enjoying the view of the see-through ocean that is about to be kissed by the descending sun.

Liz traveled a lot, on her own and with her father, but this is her first time enjoying such a romantic place, designed with lovers in mind. Everything is luxurious and comfortable and set up for two: the bedroom, bathroom that opens to the ocean, the above-ocean hammock that can easily accommodate two people, swimming pool with two showers next to it… there are lights at the bottom of the house, pointing down at the ocean floor and creating a wonderful effect as if they are floating on magic and Liz can't wait for nightfall so that she can see its beauty in full. They have a kitchen that is stocked with fresh ingredients and frozen ready-made meals that only need to be heated, or if they don't mind the staff stopping by, they can call for a room-service. Unless they call, no one will disturb them.

There is a number of these private homes on this area of the island, but they are strategically distanced and placed between the tall rocks and other foliage, so that it gives an appearance of total privacy.

Since she met Irene at the Alpha group, Liz's confidence got a boost. At first, Liz was a nervous wreck, but slowly that nervousness subsided and Liz realized that Max was not friendly with Irene, and that his arm was around Elizabeth, and that unless Max decides to give a chance to Irene (or any other woman), they can only continue trying and fail every time.

Two days ago, in the hallway of the Alpha Group HQ, Liz was reminded that she and Max are a team. And she saw with her own eyes that Max is doing his part in keeping Irene at a distance… and if those are not the facts that can boost her confidence, nothing is.

Of course, Liz will need a few more of these interactions to get to the state where she is satisfied, but this was a great start. Max passed this test with flying colors and he managed to calm the restlessness that brewed within Liz for a month.

Max shared with Liz one email that Foxy sent him: Irene wanted to schedule a meeting with the CEO, and Foxy found her a slot on the next day. Foxy used emoticons to describe Irene's expression when she left the CEO's office, obviously disappointed that the person she met was not Max. Foxy even provided a transcript of their interaction after Irene's meeting with Nathan:

Irene: "Do you know when CEO Maximilian will be back to work?"

Foxy's observation: Irene is smart. It didn't take her long to understand that 'CEO Anderson' could be Max or Nate, and that she needs to be specific.

Foxy: "No one knows. He is still recuperating."

Irene: "He was fine yesterday!"

Foxy: "That was yesterday. How much I've heard, his symptoms are unpredictable."

Foxy: "You will need to ask the CEO's doctor about that."

Irene: \u003cstomps away dramatically\u003e

Foxy's observation: I swear that her nostrils flared, and it looked like she was about to breathe fire!

Max and Liz both had a laugh while reading the email. Foxy is awesome.

Back to the present…

"Here we go…", Max half-sang as he brought two cocktails he personally made. They had orange wedges on the rim of the glass and little umbrellas.

Max took a seat on a lounging chair next to Liz's and lifted his glass, offering a toast. "For us…"

"For us…", Liz repeated and clinked her glass with his.

Max smiled and took a sip of his drink. "What do you think of this place?"

Liz understood that Max wants to be praised. Well, he deserves it. "I like it. I was never in a place that is so romantic."

Liz tasted the cocktail. It was sweet and refreshing with a hint of alcohol. Perfect. "This drink is just right. You could be a bartender if this CEO thing does not work out."

Max chuckled.

"As for the place… It feels like the two of us are the only people in the world.", Liz added.

"That is how I feel even when we are in the biggest crowd."

There was a moment of silence, and Liz felt the warm breeze caress her cheeks and her arms, and then her exposed legs… as if reminding her what she is missing: Max's touch.

She thought how she must be the luckiest girl in the world. Max comes with some baggage, but don't we all? Liz does not have ex-boyfriends, but she is not an easy woman either.

No matter how she looks at Max, he is the full package. He has the brain and the looks, and he knows how to treat a lady and how to please a woman… and the power and financial standing of his family are not hurting him. But the most important part is that his gaze directed at her is full of emotions and he is willing to fight for them. He is willing to fight for her. Even if that means pushing away others while waiting for her to tell him that it's OK to touch her, as if he is perfectly content just to be by her side.

Liz kept her drink on the table and moved to sit on Max's lap.

Without a word, she cupped his cheeks and kissed him. It was with some reservation, at first. And then the kiss deepened, and she pulled him closer and the air around them became heady.

"Make love to me, Max…", Liz demanded.

Max's hum of approval was almost a growl as he lifted her up and carried her into the bedroom.

For a month he didn't touch Liz because he waited for her to relax and to trust him again. He knew that she was hurt and that she retreated into her shell of insecurity and he decided to give her time to heal. And finally, it happened.

Two minutes later…

"Ahhh!", Max exclaimed. "Who deforested my grove?"

Liz lifted her head and observed Max whose face was hovering above her exposed crotch area.

"That is not your grove. That is my flower."

"Well… the petals are gone."

Liz was not sure how to respond to this. She always kept it neatly trimmed, for hygienic reasons, but this is the first time she waxed it. It hurt like hell, is it possible that he does not approve? Ah, she suffered for nothing!

"The girls told me that guys like this… Brazilian waxing."

Max looked at Liz and blinked. "You did it for me?"

Liz pressed her lips into a line and avoided his gaze. Somehow, admitting it was more embarrassing than she thought it would be.

Liz jolted when she felt him caress the waxed area.

"Oh, my baby… did you suffer?" He kissed her flower lightly. "What did they do to you?"

Max's eyes flashed at Liz. "Who did it? A man or a woman?"

Liz was not sure if she should laugh or cry, but then his touching and kissing were arousing. "A woman. Do you like it?"

Max looked at Liz and saw her biting her lower lip nervously. He thought that she is super-sexy.

"I love you, Elizabeth, just the way you are. There is no need for you to suffer to please me. But this…" He brushed his lips over her deforested grove (how he called it). "It's making you more sensitive. Let me show you…"

His last words were a murmur that vibrated between her wet folds for a second before he invaded her with his tongue.

Liz gasped and her body arched, and she confirmed that Max was right. She was more sensitive and the colorful explosions within her were wonderful.

Max licked her thoroughly, enjoying all the lustful sounds she released, and then he moved higher.

"Ahh...", a barely audible moan escaped his lips while he made his way inside her. He was there a month ago, but it's still perfect and he can never have enough of her. And he needed to make up for the month he was holding back. They both did.
