Chapter 38 - Arc 2: Monster

His eyes. They weren't the eyes of my Black. They weren't kind and lively. They were cold and scary. This angel wasn't the one I always saw early in the morning with a gentle smile on his face. This angel was just too different. I was frightened of that Black...

"Stop it, Black. " I said loudly but he didn't hear me. It was as if his mind has gone Blank and there was nothing in his heart but unquenchable wrath.

"Be a good girl and go to sleep now," Black said without waiting for my reply, my apology, and I could feel myself getting dizzy. Darkness started to engulf my vision. I so wanted to hold on to my consciousness but it started fading away. My eyelids became heavy all of a sudden and I couldn't keep my eyes open.

The last thing I remembered was that he stood up and turned back. His wing appeared out of his back. I reached out for him, trying to stop him with my powerless hand but he was too far. He flew away from where he came from. He disappeared among the clouds...
