A New World: Star Wars System

Chapter 19 - Nineteen

As they arrived back at the temple, they landed and Indigo began splitting the clones between the LAATs.

John walked into the temple and saw Chris and Charlotte both kneeling in black robes. Chris now has two lightsabers on his side.

"Where'd you get the second crystal?"

Chris looked up. "One of those Jedi found us, Master." He took hold of his new saber and ignited the blade. "I killed him and took the crystal. I made sure to burn his body and leave the hilt next to the site." It was a bright blue. Both of his crystals were natural.

John nodded. 'Levels 34 and 26. They are growing too quickly. It must be the temple.'

"Tell me, Chris, was one of your parents ever a Jedi?"

Chris shook his head. "Not that I know of, Master."

John walked past the two before stopping. "Come with me, both of you." They went into his room and all sat down.

"I believe that you have killed an experienced Jedi, Chris. Tamet's apprentice told me more than half the Jedi have yellow crystals. Those are usually synthetic crystals."

John removed his helmet before continuing. "Only a powerful Jedi could find a natural crystal in a barren world like this."

Chris tilted his head at that statement. "Master? What do you mean barren?"

John looked at the ceiling. "I can sense stronger life on other worlds far from here. Places where the Force is much more powerful, and where the Jedi may have come from."

Charlotte nodded at that. "The man that showed up at the estate once said he had fallen from space."

John sighed. "My plan for now consists of taking control of this world."

Charlotte spoke. "Control?"

John nodded slowly. "I left my droid army to be found by a nation, so that they would send the world into chaos. It was a big facility. When the world is in turmoil because of it, my new army will show itself, wiping out the droids who have fought for so long."

"An empire will rise in place of this worlds orders, before it spreads its influence among the stars."

"That's very ambitious, Master, but..." Chris looked at his sabers before he looked at John. "...We don't have the forces for any of that."

John smiled as he stood up, putting on his helmet. "Not yet."

He touched the side of his helmet. "Indigo, What was it you found?"

Indigo, who was going over plan with all the clones stopped and spoke. "General, we found a weak point in the wall of the one of the outer Elven cities."

John smiled. "Get all the men ready. We'll siege the city in two weeks. John built fifteen more LAATs, leaving him with 5,000 gold. Since two weeks passed, he made 400 gold a day due to Chris and Charlotte, making John have 10,600 gold.

Once that was done, the LAATs lifted 288 clones when night arrived to a secret position where the city couldn't spot them. They came back and picked up John, the two siblings, and the rest of the clones, including Squad 22, who now sported more advanced looking Phase II armor.

It was pitch black and only had a red marking on their shoulders.

All the clones and John waited for a day to pass, allowing it to become dusk. Indigo walked up to John.

"They all know the plan?" John asked as he unsheathed his lightsaber.

Indigo nodded. "Charge through the weak spot and kill anyone who resists. Any children found will be spared and captured for inspection. Our main target is the Senator's office."

John nodded as he and every clone ran to the wall. He used the force to push the weak spot apart, creating a massive hole in the wall. Buildings collapsed and people died as the wall fell.

John went for the Senator's office, followed by thirty clones.

Chris and Charlotte immediately ran for the barracks of the city, while the clones began to exterminate the resistors.

The operation was finished in a few hours, and no one left the city. Smoke rose through the city as citizens were rounded up. They were split between their race.

The groups made were human and elven, and were split between gender and age. Anyone over sixteen was classified as an ȧduŀt, while anyone under was a kid.

"Tell me, girl, were you a slave?" John asked one of them. The girl nodded before shedding a single tear, too scared of John to cry more.

John stared at her for a moment before turning to one of the elves who had his eyes on her. He grabbed the girl and brought her forward.

"Chris give me your first lightsaber." Chris handed it to him without hesitation. John gave it to the girl and then ignited it as a clone brought the elf boy forward.

The girl stared at the boy and then the blade before turning to John. "What am I supposed to do?"

John took out his saber and slashed one of the elves before pointing to the boy. "Get your revenge."

The girl looked towards the boy, who could run because of the clone holding his arm, and slashed him with her eyes closed.

When she opened them, she didn't cry. Instead, the girl smiled as she turned to John and handed him the weapon.

John gave it to the other seven who also took revenge without a second thought. When they finished, he handed the lightsaber back to Chris and spoke.

"You eight have a choice. Once we leave this city, you can stay and be slaves to the elves." John stopped as the kids looked at each other, before back to him. "Or, you can join us and help to get rid of the Elven dominion. What will it be?"

John and Indigo looked at the rest of the captured people.

"General, what do we do with them?"

John thought for a moment. "We can take the humans as our own people, and free them from slavery. The elves however..." John turned and looked Indigo in the visor before waking away.

Some clones moved the humans while the others raised their blasters.

Indigo raised his hand before dropping it. "Fire!"

John walked into the senator's office and removed the floor to reveal a basement. When he walked in, the stench of death invaded his helmet for a short moment.

"I wonder if what I've done has caused a wound in the force?" He continued to walk, even past the people who wanted his help, until he reached the back wall.

He pushed on it with the force, cracking it until it fell apart, revealing a place for the holocron to be inserted.

When he inserted it, the wall completely opened up and John stared at hundreds of sets of armor.

"This..." John stared at the armor before deciding. "I guess I'll be building a new temple here as well."
