A Certain Hogwarts Magician Professor

Chapter 29: Thinking House

   Felix clearly noticed Hermione's gaze.

"Oh, those are indeed black magic books, but there is a saying? If you want to defend against black magic, you must have a certain understanding of it. As far as I know, the Auror of the Ministry of Magic will teach it. Some black magic."

   "But I rarely see..."

"Some wizards don't use black magic, but that doesn't mean they can't use black magic."

Felix smiled gently at her, "I have traveled all over the world for a year, and I have to mention that when it comes to solving certain problems, black magic is indeed more effective."

Hearing Professor Haipu’s explanation, she quickly thought about it and felt that the reason was barely acceptable, but she still said with a straight face: "Professor, I still recommend that you use less black magic in the future. I read about it in a book. : Black magic always invades your heart quietly, causing you to be corroded unknowingly—"

"—Many young wizards have gone astray, especially for minor wizards. Dark magic is a poison that is hard to reverse." Felix followed Hermione's words.

looked at the little witch a little surprised, he blinked, "I have read this book too."

"However, thank you for your advice."

Hermione pursed her lips, looking very much like Professor McGonagall.

Seeing that his assistant was a little angry, Felix changed the subject without a trace. He praised: "I didn't expect you to read so many books. At your age, it is quite an achievement."

Following the professor's gaze, Hermione realized that the other half of the room—the side near her with the small table as the dividing line—turned out to be decorated in a completely different style.

The warm sun shines a large area of brilliance. The light brown carpet and goose yellow curtains give a very comfortable feeling. In the center is a small round table on which there are two pots of green plants.

On the wall directly opposite is a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf. There are hundreds of neatly arranged books in it. On the second floor from top to bottom, there are seven or eight photo frames, including photos of a family group and photos of Hermione from childhood.

Close to the bookshelf is an ivory door.

Hermione covered her mouth in surprise. This half of the space was 70 to 80% similar to the room in her house.

She turned her head to look at Professor Haipu, her heart was full of doubts, and now only this professor can answer him.

Professor Haipu really gave the answer, "This is the world of thinking, the dwelling place of fantasy, you can call it anything. Of course, none of this is true, we just exist here in consciousness."

Hermione was amazed. She stood at the junction of the two spaces, staring wide-eyed and constantly looking left and right. She waved a little hesitantly, "So, this place is built by us together? Half represents your inner world, half Represents my inner world..."

Felix pointed to his head, "It's just part of the external mapping and projection of our inner world."

"And the deepest secrets in our hearts are all behind the door." He glanced at the ivory door, and then lightly waved his wand. The dark green curtain behind him was rolled up high, revealing a tall portal.

Hermione obviously relaxes, but she has a lot of secrets and is unwilling to disclose it lightly.

  Such as Harry’s Snake Voice.

"Professor, why do we come to this...thinking world?"

Felix did not answer directly, but first introduced part of his experience, "After graduation, I first spent a year traveling around the world, and then settled in London, specializing in Muggle research."

"Muggles are not inferior to wizards in wisdom. They are superior in many aspects, such as logic, reasoning, and problem-solving methodology. And the more important point is inheritance."

"They will pass on their knowledge and accumulate it from generation to generation, and change in quantity will cause qualitative change."

"Wizards also have inheritance, such as Hogwarts, but they are far behind in inheritance and development."

"I realized this and I started to read Muggle books. To be honest, I am used to moving photos, and I am not used to reading Muggle books."

"Their research on the mind and the brain caught my attention. I found that they have come ahead of us in this area-and this should be a field that wizards are better at-after all, we have a series of memory magic, like a forget All empty, mind-trapping, occlusion."

"But unfortunately, we only inherited the spell, not the idea."

"So, I combined my Muggle knowledge to create a magic. Although it is still not a small distance from my expectations, it is more suitable for our teaching today."

"What's the use of this magic?" Hermione asked curiously.

"Thinking accelerated." Felix explained, "Here-I call it the thinking cabin-your thinking speed will increase, and with this place, we will have the illusion of time being stretched. I can only do it at the moment. When it is increased three or four times, no matter how high it is, it will be dangerous."

"Similar to this magic, it is Buffy Brain Rejuvenation Potion, but the performance of the two is not exactly the same. The latter can enhance the brain power of the user."

Hermione's eyes widened, "Professor, this magic is really amazing."

Felix shook his head, "It's not perfect yet."

Seeing that the professor didn't want to say more, Hermione began to practice depicting ancient magic texts. She used the chestnut chips provided to her by Felix—this is also one of the drawbacks of this magic. If you can't understand, you can't appear here.

Most of the next time, Hermione practiced on her own, and Felix gave some guidance every once in a while.

   Seven thinking hours later.

Felix noticed that Hermione’s face was covered with sweat, and her figure was getting lighter and lighter, looking a bit like a transparent ghost.

   "Professor, I can't concentrate, I can't keep...attention."

"Well, it's almost time, then come here first." Felix snapped his fingers, and the next moment, the world turned around, the two thoughts returned to the lounge again.

Felix’s wand was still resting on Hermione’s head, and he staggered and almost fell to the ground when he was still.

Pressing his forehead with one hand and waving his wand with the other, he flew out a bottle of potion from the suitcase.

Under the command of the magic wand, the potion bottle was quite conscious. Not only did he open the lid, he also called two cups and poured out a part of the potion.

On the other side, Hermione was in a miserable situation. She fell directly on the sofa, her face full of pain, as if she was about to faint in the next second.

"Drink it, it will relieve your symptoms."

   Hermione reluctantly drank the potion.

"Eat a chocolate." Felix stuffed her with another chocolate.

After seven or eight minutes, Hermione was relieved. She kept whispering, "It's terrible, terrible."
