100% Psionic Power In Marvel

Chapter 7 The Origin of Disappearance

Ivan felt a little moved in his heart.

As a robber, after hearing that a stranger has been hungry all day, he pays five dollars out of his own pocket to a stranger.

This redhead guy...isn't he really an angel?

"I've been through it, when I've been starving for a long time."

The young man looked at Ivan: "The stomach is twitching violently, that kind of pain... So don't treat your stomach badly."

"Thank you." Ivan didn't take the five dollars. "Why did you rob?"

"I don't want to do these low-level things if I can." The young man looked at Ivan, "Hurry up and take it."

After some hesitation, Ivan took the five dollars.

"Can you tell me why you have to do it?"

"The boss asked me to do it."

After Ivan took the money, the young man turned and walked towards the big tree he was leaning on before.

"What would happen if you didn't do that?"

"He said the gang was in an economic crisis recently, and forget it, it's not something you can understand as a kid."

The young man leaned on the tree again and took out his mobile phone to play.

Ivan was speechless, yes, he was fourteen years old in the last life, and he was fourteen years old in this life. Although he was twenty-eight years old in total, he had never grown up after all, and had always been a teenager.

Saying that he is a child, he is not easy to refute anything.

"You don't like robbing other people's money." Ivan said.

"It's so annoying, especially since the boss arranged me here just to make me steal the money from the students. I was in conflict from the bottom of my heart and had to do it."

"Why should you listen to the boss?"

"If I can't grab $200 today, I will hand over $200 myself."

"Why don't you pay?"

Hearing Ivan's words, the young man's pupils shrank slightly, then he smiled lightly and responded in a relaxed tone: "There will be some consequences."

"Will you be beaten?"

Seeing Ivan ask this question, the young man hesitated for a moment, and then he said slowly: "I will be beaten, if I can't stand it, I will even die."

"Why do you still stay in this gang." Ivan said.

"There is no option to quit, otherwise I will definitely be beaten to death. The original choice is permanent. I have been beaten for some trivial matters. I have thought about quitting several times, but I know that I am destined to escape." The young man tightly held the phone in his hand.

"Nothing is doomed."

"Little devil, don't disturb me, let me play some games, and I will block the next person." The young man said this, and began to play with his mobile phone seriously.

"You can get rid of it," Ivan said.

The young man has ignored Ivan, and pressed the button intently, as if he was playing a game.

"If you don't resist, you will really be used all the time."

The young man seemed to have never heard of it. He didn't want to waste a word with Ivan at all. He just controlled the tank on the phone screen and bombed the virtual monsters on the screen.

The monster rushed towards his tank. He pressed the fire button, wanting to blow up the monster, but suddenly found that the fire button could not be pressed any longer.

"What's the matter?" The red-haired young man pressed all the buttons of the phone hard, and each button seemed to have lost its elasticity and could not be pressed.

Then, the mobile phone that he was holding suddenly rushed out of his palm like a loach and went straight to the sky.

He raised his head in surprise, watching the phone gradually turn into a small dot in the sky, and finally the dot disappeared.

"Look, the phone didn't have the option to withdraw from your hands, but now it's out of the clutches." Ivan looked at the blue sky and said so.

"You...it, my phone..." The young man's eyes widened, and his words were incoherent.

"I am a superhuman."

At that moment, the young man was stunned. Having witnessed the super power, he finally believed in the recently rumored Townsend Harris Commencement Ceremony.

"Are you... a superboy?"

"Uh... no, I'm not, my name is Ivan, Ivan Jones."

"Mobile phone, can it..."

"certainly."

Like a meteor falling to the ground, the mobile phone wrapped in blue light hit the ground straight. After the smoke and dust dissipated, the young man's mobile phone was lying flat in a tiny shallow pit.

The young man hesitated for a moment, then quickly picked up the mobile phone and checked it. He didn't know whether a mobile phone could still be used after being tossed so much.

"Amazing..."

He wiped the skin of the phone while sighing.

The phone, protected by psionic energy, was unscathed, exactly as it was before it was released.

"Now let me help you get out of your gang, how about that?" Ivan smiled.

The young man was stunned for a moment: "Why are you willing to help me? We just met..."

"Look at this." Ivan took the five dollars out of his pocket, "Why don't you remember when you helped me."

"Superpowers...will they be hungry too?" the red-haired youth asked blankly.

"Of course I lied to you, but I had a very full dinner~"

"Well... so I didn't help you at all."

"That's not important, the important thing is that you are willing to help, so I decided to help you."

"Thank you...boy, if you can...I really want to quit, I don't want to go on like this, I...I really need help! Can...help me?"

"I repeat, my name is Ivan, and it has nothing to do with Super Boy! It's not the same person, that person's name is Angel!" Ivan corrected.

"Oh, my name is Karen, Karen Farrell, yes... by the way, in that case, are there many superpowers in this world?" The red-haired youth felt his cognition collapsed a bit.

"There should be some..."

Ivan didn't know what the world was like, maybe what he saw was just the tip of the iceberg.

...

Twenty minutes later.

An abandoned warehouse located a kilometer away from Townsend Harris High School.

According to Karen, this is where he and his boss meet, and their gang's nest.

At this moment, in the warehouse, there are four people besides the young Karen and Ivan, three of them are sitting on the wooden barrels relatively casually, while a white man wearing sunglasses is sitting on a large wooden chair with his legs crossed.

He was smoking a cigarette, his eyes hidden under his sunglasses seemed to be staring at Karen.

"So, you really don't plan to do it?" the white man asked.

When Karen was questioned like this, he subconsciously looked at Ivan who was standing behind him to the right, and then he plucked up the courage to look directly at the white man.

"Yes, I'm going to quit."

"That's alright, let's go." The white man exhaled a thick puff of smoke and pinched off the butt.

"What?" A dark-skinned man with a pink back almost stood up when he heard the words.

"Head, you just let him go? He didn't even finish today's task."

In the face of the pink-haired man's questioning, the white man waved his hand to stop talking.

"Let's go, you are in this business. You are free to quit and join. You are still young. I respect your choice." The white man said this, tapping his index finger rhythmically on the armrest of the wooden chair.

"Well, then I'll go, thank you."

Karen couldn't believe that this usually stern head had become so reasonable when he was about to quit. After thanking him, he hurriedly pulled Ivan away.

After watching them walk out of the warehouse, the pink-haired man stood up.

"Let him go like this? Head, what happened to you today?"

The white man sighed and took off his sunglasses. There was a scar on his right eye.

"Baker, don't you think it's unusual?"

"Abnormal?"

"How dare he quit in front of me, don't you think it's worth thinking about?" The white man said lightly.
